Safelite does not allow you to directly contact the stores the store phones all redirect you back to the 800 number after several days and multiple calls to the 800 number with absolutely no call backs and no response whatsoever from them I did finally manage to get through to them and found out that they would not connect me directly to the store because the stores all redirect calls to the central 800 number it was a complete waste of my time do not waste your time with Safelite!Edit: please also notice the totally generic reply they sent (below) that doesnt also tell you they no longer have anyone manning phones... The only way they allow you to communicate with them is through the website good luck getting an answer

The auto glass installer, whose name is Walter, was very professional and did a good job putting in the new window. Because the window did not come in on time for the original installation time, he drove an hour to pick it up, and another hour to my house for the installation. I think that he went above expectations to achieve customer service.
