Staff was professional, honest, rates are decently priced, shop is very clean and organized. The lobby is comfortable and classy, its decorated nicely, with BMW history models.

Ive been meaning to leave this place a 5-star review for a while.My pregnant wife and I were visiting some of my military brothers in Sacramento at the end of June of 2016. Just as we were leaving, I only had access to 3rd and 4th gears. I called this place because of the rave reviews on Google Maps. The receptionist informed me that they were booked for a few days. I had told them that I needed to get back up to Portland that night and asked if they could at least take a look at it and give me a diagnosis. The owner got on the phone and asked me to bring it to him. Not only did they diagnose the problem (snapped shifter cable), but they also had me back on the road with the new (OEM) part installed within a few hours! Their pricing was on point too. Needless to say, the part has not failed, so I can honestly say that they do quality work and use solid parts.Anyone looking for a solid German auto service in Sacramento, look no further. Top notch shop in my book!Great job Lubos Bavarian!

These guys have the goods. They know BMWs inside and out. They have integrity above and beyond and if there is any doubt they error on the side of the customer. It is a family business and theyve built there business on a foundation of value added service.

I lived in Germany for 13 years, even I met little Stefan Qundt, Ive seen so many WERKSTATS and BMW shops, not one comes close to Lubo*s Shop (I gave the nickname *Pharmacy*, why, because it*s sooo clean)! He and his knowledgeably stuff, they can teach Germans about mechanics and cleanliness!

I had my 2008 550i AMAZING job they even found problems that Bmw Niello didnt fix to the end and took care of it. Any one with a Bmw this is the go to spot to get work done on it. Amazing staff great customer service and im finally happy that i found a place were they take good car of my Bmw!

Lubos is the truth. He saved me thousands of $$$s on my classic Bimmer. He spent hours and hours on my car to get the smog specs right and my car never ran as well as it did but when he finished it ran spectacular. Lubo WILL NOT let you down.

Lubos is my Sacramento BMW repair shop. My first BMW was a 1976 2002, and 2 Beamers later, hes still the only person Ill trust my car to. I keep my cars for a long time and currently drive a 1988 325i that has over 200,000 miles on it and still runs like a top. Its quickly becoming a classic and Im getting more and more guys asking me if its for sale. Most people are used to buying a new car every 5 or 6 years, but by taking good care of a car thats designed to last and having mechanic like Lubos, BMWs can actually be more economical than a Honda or Toyota.
