Made an appointment with Firestone Complete Auto Care on Stockton Blvd and they took great care of me and tge Jeep right away. They did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem, completed the repairs professionally and timely, were polite, and I was able to use several Firestone Complete Auto Care Coupons for savings. Very nice and kind people but they also have a salesperson demeanor in them. They dont pressure you into purchasing additional services which is great. If youre wondering about pricing, I paid $92 for synthetic oil change. Been quoted air filter ($70), cabin air filter ($44), coolant fluid exchange ($132), fuel system cleaning ($124). I have always made an appointment online however, I overheard the manager turned down two person because theyre booked. Just a heads up incase you plan on visiting for a flat repair or any other reasons. I had my fuel system clean and purchased the car inspection 6 months ago (March 2021) but both was offered again 6 months later (Sep. 2021). Last March, I was quoted about $30 for a regular? air filter but recently was quoted $70 for a premium air filter. I was recommended to replaced 2 tires for around $400. When I mentioned I purchased them late 2019, the mechanic offered a discount. This definitely rubbed me the wrong way and screams upselling. The free alignment and rotation they offer when you purchase tires are pretty nice. I will continue to use the services I originally paid for but for other services, I will look around for cheaper options. I hope this review helps others who are deciding if Firestone is right for you.

Went there to have so air put in my tire, because the warning light came on, when I left the light was still on! Had to go somewhere else to get the tire done. They checked and found low tire, and quickly the light went off.

I scheduled an oil change for 11:30 the day before and drove 15-20 in heavy traffic the day of expecting for them to honor the appointment. I listed specifically that I was going to wait for the service through the appointment I made online. When I get there the manager tells me there will be a two hour wait. I asked the manager if he would accept a service that he scheduled in advance if they had a two hour wait. He at least was honest and said no he would not. Firestone Complete Auto Cares own manager wouldnt even use their own service. What a joke of a business. Building looks outdated and poorly taken care of. The service staff was understaffed and lagging in speed. I would recommend that you stay away. If they cant even provide decent service time how do you expect them to handle your car compentently. The manager dealt with the situation like a 9 year old rude brat. I am surprised he hasnt been terminated for his poor people skills. He offered no solution and presented a terrible situation with no comprimise. Take our terrible two hour time even though you scheduled an appointment with specific details that you were going to wait. Its pointless to make an appointment with them. They completely wasted my time and gas. Time is money. I rarely ever leave reviews but I feel the people need to know what they are dealing with with Firestone Complete Auto Care.

I do not often leave reviews unless I have something nice to say, but this was an exceptionally bad experience. I had an idea of the issues I was having with my car due to a pre-purchase inspection, and I asked those issues (needing to replace tie rods, struts and shocks) to be accessed for repairs. I was told they could not access my tires because of my wheel locks, and when I instructed them (after several phone calls) that the key was in my center console, they let me know that they could not find it and therefore could not do a tire rotation but insisted they could still do a thorough inspection. As I am out shopping for a new wheel lock key, I get an unexpected call telling me my car was ready. How? They let me know that my tie rods and struts and shocks were in perfect condition and that I needed to replace my break pads. I know my break pads have at least 40% life because of the pre-purchase inspection. They suggested the symptoms of my tie rods malfunctioning was due to “steering wheel fluid” while also telling me they DIDNT check the steering wheel fluid. When I picked my car up, I immediately found my wheel lock key in my center console. Frustrating. After getting a second opinion at a more reputable repair shop I was told that my tie rods were worn, as well as my struts and shocks, and that all of my engine mounts were in dire need of a replacement. This place is an absolute joke and their irresponsible business practice could have caused further damage to my vehicle. Do NOT trust their services!!!

I just bought new tires. Service was great.

Open until 6 pm? Nope.We showed up at 5:28 pm on a Wednesday with a slow leak on a Firestone tire to request a patch job, or at the very least to get air in the tire to hold us over until the next day. They told us that everything was shut off for the night and they couldnt help us.Open until 6 pm means that you are still able to offer services. I would understand if it were five till, but a half an hour early? That is sheer laziness and terrible customer service.

Went in there for a tire rotation and to get my brakes checked since I wasnt able to use my brakes to the point where my car was at a complete stop and told the person hey my brakes arent working Im struggling to stop Ive even had to make turns or switch lanes to avoid an accident. From just that alone I thought firestone would think, oh jeez this guy cant really use his brakes thats no good we should fix that but instead all I get was a diagnostic and then telling me brake system is fine but some other problem was causing it. After that one would think, oh so they know whats causing it they realize its affecting the brakes they probably fixed it it wasnt fixed for about $110 all I got was a car with still unusable breaks with an accident waiting to happen and my car also started acting up way more after leaving firestone not sure why but the people that work there have a good attitude and thats why they get 2 stars

I got a wheel alignment and the service was within a hour as told. The service was very comforting and reassuring. The prices are affordable and they go out the way to let you know everything your car will need even if they dont service it, you still have a report on what needs to be done A+

Went there to ask about a problem causing my van to not pass smog. The manager explained it had to be a certain certified garage due to regulations but still came out and took a quick look. Turns out it was a $4 repair. Very happy he helped even though he didnt have to and he made no money. Very helpful and honest

Been a customer for a long time, and my favorite part is that I never have to wonder if I am being lied to or simply not told the whole truth. How many times do labor costs come in less than estimated because the tech worked quickly? Not a lot except for the Place That Ken Runs. Value and integrity cannot be beat.

I took my Mercedes in for an oil change and an hour after leaving my check engine light and every dashboard light came on. I will never go there again. They even basically said it wasnt there fault, my car is brand new.

Roland was exceptional but you could tell he was new so management did not spend time to train him on letting customers know there options in terms of discounts that are offered then when I mentioned it to management Ken Thrasher he tried to blame it on Ken despicable that he would not take accountability on his lack of making sure his employees have every opportunity to be successful. Definitely don’t recommend any business like this because if they don’t value there employees they don’t value customer service nor honesty to customers either

Warning. They charge you, but fail to do the work. I hand my car tires rotated, balanced and aligned. I had to bring my ca rto a different store to do the alignment correctly.

The customer service was amazing the guy at the front counter I cant remember his name I believe it was rich short for Richard or Mike LOL I cant remember but all I know was and before I even got in the door he came to the door and he open up the door he said good morning how are you doing the service was quick he got my keys he told me that they will call me when they were done I had a oil change so I walked over to McDonalds to eat breakfast while I waited and they called me when I came back he did a full rundown of what they did and what services they suggest that I have done pertaining to my car they werent pushy they werent trying to sell me anything I just really really had a nice experience and I have never had an experience like that when I have taken it in my car usually the man make you feel intimidated they look over you like youre not anybody and especially being a African American female I tend to get looked over a lot but I just really enjoyed the service so thank you thank you thank you so much.

Was having a Rotten Day! smashed my thumb in the car door. the car would not start. After roadside assistance gave me a jump, Firestone Save the Day! got a pro-rated price on my battery and they replace the battery cable end a lot cheaper than I would have expected I was so much happier when I left there.

Service is good and they’re honest! Love appointments... get in early and you’re in/out for routine car maintenance.

I used to actually like this place and always took my Camry here. Until a few months ago I took my Honda here for overheating. I made an appointment. Dropped the car off in the morning with hopefully some news on it in the afternoon. Eventually I had to call because I had not heard anything from the shop. They then said my car has not even been touched. No explanation as to why. I came down and they finally pulled my car in. They then told me the problem and I requested it to be fixed. 2 days later I had to return my car due to overheating again. Same thing happened about not hearing from them again and my car sitting there all day with no explanation or apology as to why. They then said it would take 2k to fix my car after I paid them previously for a problem they claimed they fixed. Not only was I upset about my car but was amazed by their horrible customer service. I will never take my cars here again.

I want to thank the great folks at Firestone located in the Fruitridge Shopping Center in Sacramento. My daughters car wouldnt start. I had to call for a tow. They towed it over to Firestone and Firestone immediately replaced the battery, windshield wipers, made sure they worked all within the hour. This was on a Sunday. I had no appointment. I just crossed my fingers. I was able to use my Wheelworks account to cover the cost, because I was not with her in Sacramento. I was 2 hours away and had to do all of this over the phone. The folks at Firestone were very kind, very nice. They gave my daughter great service! Thank you again for all your hard work. If my daughter needs any more work done on the car, this is where were going to take it. Firestone!

The staff is great. They rotated my tires and checked out a couple of concerns I had. I was there maybe an hour.

I was only in Sacramento for 3 days. I was sleeping in an ICU unit with a friend who had almost lost her foot from a climbing accident. I was stressed, broke, exhausted, and completey depleted of energy when I arrived at Firestone to have a new tire put on after having a blow out the night before. Facing oncomimg traffic and raining I was lucky nothing more happened to myself or my car. Ken, Kristen, and Darnell went above and beyond for me. They made my car a priority as I still had a 7 hour drive back over the Sierra later that afternoon. A couple additional parts had to be ordered and Kristen made sure they were brought to the garage asap. Darnell was not only happy to work on my car but had let me come back to inspect the undercarriage of my car for any additional damage from the night before, offering his own eyes for inspection as I know nothing about vehicles. Last but not least Ken personally came out and made sure my car was getting proper treatment and that I was well informed and comfortable with my visit there. As getting a new tire was the last thing I needed at this time. Ken and Kristen made my experience easy and painless. And for that I am thankful.

Wow! This Firestone location just made me a customer for life. :-) Service manager Ken helped me understand that I did not really need new tires yet, and he showed me how to measure and determine when the time was right. I am shamefully ignorant about car maintenance in general. So, I am REALLY GRATEFUL for that honesty and instruction. In comparison, another company had given me a higher quote earlier in the day to replace my tires without telling me it was too soon! This Firestone did some other work on my brakes and regular maintenance today, and that went very well too. They were friendly, quick and their prices are better. Im a BIG FAN of theirs now!

Just went by and Jon helped me out. I WILL NEVER GO TO A DIFFERENT SHOP. He figured out the problem.. which was a bad ac compressor. He ordered a new one and had it installed in under 2.5 hours.. and installed two new front tires! Thank you for the help!! You guys have a customer for life!!!!!!!

I love this location. The manager is very professional and always makes sure you get excellent service. I have my Subaru setviced here often and it is always fairly convenient since I never make an appt. I have bought 3 sets of tires here as well, they have nice tires and offer full service. When I am on the road there are lots of Firestones, twice I had to stop at different Firestones after road hazards gave me flats and both times I was in and out. Excellent service and reliability keep me coming here!***to the rescue again today, I overfilled my oil and all the warning lights went off! My daughter took it straight to Firestone and they drained the oil and serviced my car correctly and all the lights went back off! Thank you for consistency and excellent service!!! 10/7/21 another great service from Firestone, they pulled a huge bolt from my tire and saved it, I am so happy that this location is so close to me, they have consistently provided excellent service to my vehicle and tires!!!

I just did the oil change yesterday. After their service, they left my car in the parking lot with the engine starting. Then I drove home at night and found the engine couldn’t be shut down. Then I pressed the power button for a long time. Finally, the engine stopped. But today, I can’t start the engine and called them what happened yesterday. The technician said he could not shut down the power after the oil change. And they even didn’t told me. This problem never happened before. I don’t know what happened to my car after their service. The worst thing is they even didn’t told me the problem and let me drive home. Now I have to pay the towing fee to get my car to a auto center. Will never go to firestone again.
