Had my oil changed here . Price was 20% higher last change. Ask why it was so high. He said oil prices went up. Well oil went down. Plus they dont tighten my oil plug and had a leak. I wont go to back there . Beware. I never signed a work order. Price was told after oil change.

Ive been bringing my Mercedes E320 to Edwardo for almost 10 years now. He was referred to me by a friend of mine. Very professional like the honesty and their integrity

I have never felt more comfortable leaving my BMW in the hands of a competent team and quick and efficient mechanics quiet like I do here at TPSM. My car is a 1996 318ti and I would love to have it for another 10 years. Ever since I got my car, there have been random issues that only these guys have experience dealing with. They asses my issues and keep me well informed about the process. I dont think I will be switching shops for as long as I keep my new car, and will probably be here when I get my next vehicle.

Let me start with Pedro is the man. Ive been burned at other shops a couple times, I never get options. It seem like its always you need to do this and this is how much money its going to cost and I get very little explanation. Here I get options and explanations. Ive gone to Les Schwab, Meinke and American Tire for quotes and been quoted for the same services here and Ive usually saved at least a couple hundred dollars each time. Ive had him work on a couple of vehicles now hes done everything from wheel bearings to air conditioner repairs. I never feel any pressure and I definitely will continue to come here for my auto repair needs.
