He told me exactly what I needed, when I thought I needed something else and was willing to work with me on pricing. He even finished my car before he told me it would be done, and even came to pick me up to go back to the shop to get the vehicle. Safe to say, he has earned my business from here on out!

My car is admittedly very tough to work on and many shops won’t take it but they were happy to work on it. Gave a realistic quote and timeline and stuck to both. Very honest about what was happening and kept me in the loop. Also offered some free preventative maintenance to protect the car down the road rather than waiting for it to become an expensive fix.

I have used Royal Oak Automotive Care on multiple occasions. The most recent visit was to have my brakes checked on my Buick Encore. The Buick dealership told me that my brakes needed work but I knew that I wanted Adel to check them and do the work, if needed. As it turned out the brakes were shot and Adel fixed them with materials that were superior to those that most shops use. I know the price I paid at Royal Oak Automotive Care was far more than fair. I had a list or repairs on a Jeep Grand Cherokee in the past that the dealership quoted almost twice as much as I was charged at Royal Oak Automotive Care. I would not trust my cars to anyone but Adel and would, without hesitation, highly recommend his services to everyone.

Last week my fiancé’s car wouldn’t start, we got her vehicle towed here and they diagnosed the problem immediately. Long story short, they could’ve charged her hundreds of dollars if not thousands, but instead figured out it was just her car key that had water damage which was causing the vehicles security system to not allow the car to start. I then took my Jeep here for new brakes and rotors just days later, and he let me know that my brakes and rotors did not need to be replaced for at least another 6-8 months. Adel explains things in layman’s terms and is up front and honest about the service level they provide as well as cost. These guys are the BEST! My daughters roommate had problems with her brakes and took it to The Tire Store. The brakes started making a weird sound again, so she brought the car here for a second opinion. Adel looked it over and called the roommate in. Wrong sized rotors, paper thin brake pads and they did not check the rear brakes.They put this gals life in danger. When going to ROAC the first time, my husband John and I had the most rewarding experience ever in our lives going to a auto repair shop. Adel was thoughtful, considerate, kind, easy going, conversational, friendly, and accommodating, among explaining thoroughly everything about any of our couple of repairs that we had. On our 2nd from last visit, he told us that our Ford Freestar was not worth repairing because it could get into multiple repairs and he wouldnt know what he would run into after getting to the 1st problem, with possible transmission plus engine work, so we ended up junking it. He was so helpful and compassionate to our financial situation in that experience, among all others. Adel goes above and beyond the normal friendly auto mechanic that I just cant say enough about him. On my last visit, he helped me out with checking something without charge. If there was a way to give a 10 star review, I would. My husband and I also felt like weve gained a new friend, and even though my husband recently passed away, Ill still call him friend. Adel and his team do quality work with honesty and transparency. I went in to get my radiator fixed, and the guys at ROAC went above and beyond to find me an OEM radiator for my Audi, and even re-surfaced my headlamp covers at no additional charge, just because he thought it might need doing. Needless to say, I cannot recommend Adel and Royal Oak Auto Care enough.

I cannot stress how honest this place is. I went in last week and he told me when would be a good time so they can devote the time they need to my car. Instead of getting upset like some, i came back and couldn’t be more pleased. For the best expectation of repair turn around, call ahead. Other shops will take your car knowing they are backed up and keep your car hostage, here they are direct and informative. Whatever that was to be repaired, he showed me my parts and the new parts going on. Explained it to a T and was very reasonable in pricing. This place is NOT here to screw you over (like many other shops who use cheap parts and up-charge) they are here for honest work. Finally - a great mechanic I trust! Adel and his team are reliable, friendly, professional and fair. My car (2007 Honda Fit) had an on-going occasional issue of shaking/stalling out for more than a year. I took to another mechanic in the area twice -- both times paid extreme amounts and the issue was not resolved (though the mechanic said the work they did was needed anyway...ughhh). Royal Oak Automotive found the problem and resolved in the most economical way. Since then, I go to them for everything and have never been disappointed. I recommend them highly. Great guys!

I have used this location twice for services. The first visit, I was having an issue with my brakes. I ended up needing to get brakes and rotors replaced and felt I was offered a fair price for the work. On my second visit, I had an issue with overheating and it was ultimately diagnosed as a low coolant level. While the price of the coolant itself was not bad, the labor that was charged as part of this visit was quite high and I wasnt confident that it was appropriate. At the end of the day, it was only replacing coolant which shouldnt have been that much, despite additional troubleshooting. I also have to mention the workers all were kind and quick to explain any questions.

My car broke down and I had it towed here. They had it checked out within two hours, called me back, told me what was wrong with it and how much itd cost to fix, and when I called around, nobody else was able to match their price. They had the job done the same day (it was a bad coil and a tune-up). Overall, had were the fastest and most reasonable service Ive seen in an auto repair shop. Id recommend these guys to others, and Ill definitely be a repeat customer.

I have never taken the time to review an auto-repair place, but I would highly recommend this business. Incredibly reasonable prices! In my experience their estimates have been 100% accurate. It is so nice knowing how much Im going to spend. Also, they are so quick with repairs. I have been there twice, and so far they have taken less than 24 hours to complete repairs. So, the people are nice. I thought that I had good service because I had brake service and there was significant improvement. Now, I went to switch my wheels to my winter wheels because of the big snow and I could not get the wheel bolts off. I was jumping on the wrench and it would not move. In my desperation, I brought the car to Belle Tire, willing to pay to switch the wheels because I was desperate. Belle Tire called me saying that they cant remove the bolts either. Further, they told me that when bolts are that over-torqued, that there may be damage to the system. Now I may need to bring the car to the Audi dealer and resort to suing the shop for my losses. How does an auto shop not understand that there are torque specs that you need to follow and just not use air tools without specific calibration?

They listened to what I wanted and what we could afford. They made us feel very welcome. Overall, fantastic experience having my car repaired here!

I will start out by saying, Royal Oak Automotive has restored my faith in auto mechanics.1) I never bring my vehicles to a mechanic because I dont trust them, they are expensive and I prefer to do my own work if Im able and have time to. 2) I never spend the time to leave a review, good or bad, because I never cared to spend the time to do it but these guys deserve a good one.I cant say enough about the service, honesty and integrity I experienced while dealing with Adel and his shop. The have a soul that I didnt know most mechanics had! Knowing that Id be without transportation to work, he provided a loaner, charged me for parts/and materials used and knowing he unfortunately couldnt help with the biggest issue, didnt even charge for their time in diagnosing and time in their best effort in repairs.It was a complicated issue (actually multiple) that they were able to pinpoint down to the engine computer (ECM). Doing their best to keep me from having to go to the Ford stealership for a new factory computer ($), programming ($$), and service charges ($$$), they did their best to get used computers to work, but unfortunately they didnt work. They found and fixed other issues for me and accurately diagnosed the rest.Again, cant say enough. Never thought I would trust a mechanic or have one to recommend to anyone, but now I do. They are the guys.
