This is the only place I take my car. I dont let anyone work on my car except for them. I recommend everyone to bring their car here. Cant find more affordable reliable service anywhere else!!

They gave my car a thorough diagnostic check and diagnosed the issues fast. I drive a foreign car and they had it done in a timely manner. I was expecting to be without my vehicle for an extended amount of time and they pleasantly pleased me. They even made sure that a loaner car was available. I will definitely be returning for any future service needs.

ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON FOR SOMETIME EVEN AFTER HAVING TWO OXYGEN SENSORS REPLACED, STILL KEPT THROWING CODES, ENGINE LIGHT OUT AND SUBURBAN IS RUNNING GOOD.THANK YOU.

Dont go this place. No trust. I made appointment with all my vehicle Information. When I got this place, theyre saying they dont serve?? and they dont have equipment. Im a foreigner. Im sure they wouldnt treat me that way if Im native American.

Every aspect of their service was A+. I called on Friday and was told to bring it in first thing in the morning. Had to replace front struts, breaks, bearing, and hubs. Had the car back at 1pm in time to take my dogs to the park. They were polite, straight forward, and prompt. Highly recommend.

I’ve been very happy to find a repair shop that I trust and feel they do a good job. Brad has been very helpful, going above and beyond to be helpful. The staff is knowledgeable and considerate and I’ve been satisfied with the services provided. I will continue to bring my car to them.

Extremely friendly, quick, and relatively cheaper than most places. I didn’t feel as if I was being conned into anything with my lack of car knowledge, and they followed up a few days later to ensure my issues were fixed. Also, they mailed a $25 off coupon for a future oil change/repair after my visit. Will return to this place for future repairs.

They are very thorough and make sure that your car is getting what it needs, nothing unnecessary like other repair shops con you into buying. They are great with questions and are helpful with anything I had to ask. Believe I found my automotive shop for a long time.

Have had multiple exhaust repairs done at Morisette Royal Oak over the past few years. Everything from flex pipe replacements, complete cat back exhaust replacements, and fixing rattling heat shields. Very fair prices, quality work, and prompt service. Highly recommend them

Had a good experience, great prices. Brad was very helpful. Only qualm I’ll state was that I had communicated with shop staff that my effort to get to the shop before they closed on a Friday evening might be a moment late, which they said they would stay open and wait for me. My Uber arrived at 6:04, four minutes after their closing time, and they had closed up shop and left my car locked inside. Was rather confused what went wrong, but luckily I didn’t NEED the car that evening. Otherwise, a solid experience.

I previously posted a glowing review based on what I thought was excellent service. I have deleted that review. You need to be aware that they are over priced for services performed. The problem i brought car in for was car not starting. They treated the symptom but never fixed the problem. The car was brought back 3 times by a tow truck and couldnt be fixed as the car would start when they tried it. The car is now at Top Tech. Customer beware a lot of what sounds like logic is really an attitude of oh well. What a waste of money and most importantly, time. They had the car the 4 times for a total of 19 days with no solution. This was over a 6 week time frame.

Always takes good care of their customers. Car was ready to run and has been running great.

It wasnt over priced, they didnt try and tell me extra things needed to be done just to try and make more money, and they are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Ive been bringing both our vehicles back here ever since and recommend this place to anyone who needs car repairs done or even just an oil change.

Ive gone to Morisette before for service on my car, but since they changed the staff up they are so much more efficient and on top of things! It was fantastic working with them! I will definitely be going back when my car needs servicing. Theres nothing like being able to trust people in an industry you know very little about and have them not take advantage of you. I have an older car and they did a great job diagnosing ALL the issues at around $1,200. I was clear that I wanted to get the car back running at a minimal cost and they were honest about which fixes are necessary and which are just suggested. They helped me stay under budget to get my car back and running. They also were willing to keep the car an extra couple days to test drive and make sure the issues (ignition coil and alternator) were truly fixed. I worked with Dan and Evan and they both are really honest and do a good job explaining the different issues regarding the repairs

We go to Morisette in Royal Oak for anything auto problem related. From oil changes to major problems. My son comes in from Ann Arbor to have his car taken care of at this exemplary shop. I can only give them 5 stars based on customer service, quality of work and price. If I could give them more I would.Evan and his crew are fantastic and I highly recommend that you bring your auto to the Royal Oak store!

They are not customer friendly at all. They have banned anyone even with a mask from waiting for their car, even for a 30 minute oil change. Whats the point of mandatory masks if this is the case. Winter or not, they dont care . Will never give them my business again

Roseville Auto told me it was fine multiple times and that I was paranoid, Northland Chrysler said it was fine and ignored my concerns. It WAS NOT! I dropped my vehicle off in the morning for an oil change and got a call sometime in the early afternoon with a typical list of additional repairs the technician suggested I have done. I followed his advice to have the repairs done and was told my vehicle would be ready by 5pm when I needed to pick it up. Upon arriving at the shop I found that my vehicle was not ready; the technician still needed to call a local parts store and then went out and picked up an oil filter for my vehicle as I waited. Once the work was done another worker took my vehicle for a quick test drive and returned with the verdict that everything was good to go. I left the shop around 6:15pm causing me to miss another appointment I had for the day.Additionally, I was quickly able to hear a very audible rubbing/grinding noise as I drove away. This should have easily been caught during the test drive, but no mention was made. I had to bring my vehicle back in the next day to have a further repair completed. This was done without hassle and the original oil change was successful.Overall, I was not happy with my experience and will not be going back to Morisette Automotive.

Over charged my elderly mother and tricked her into paying more Money than she could afford on just the diagnostic. Preventing her from affording to pay to have her car fixed.We will never go here again

Went there for an oil change on a 2016 f150. They checked all my fluids and did the oil change.with out telling me they also rotated my tires. I just noticed that today. They also sent me a thank you card for using them and a business card. Recommend them to anyone.

Be very careful on the parts that they sell you. I paid to have my shocks replaced. The shocks failed 16 months later and I had only driven the car 7,900 miles. Garbage aftermarket parts that they don’t stand by.

Friendly, fast and communicative. All of the work was satisfactory and I havent had any issues since the repair.

Ive only taken my cars there about 3-4 times and every time the people in the office were very friendly and they did the work in a short amount of time.

This is my second experience bring one of my vehicles from my company into Morissette automotive, and once again, not surprisingly, they did an excellent excellent job. Every time I bring my car to them he gets a little closer to the way it ran when I had it new!I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner when I pick up my vehicle this time.I was impressed by the fact that he seems like a very hands on type owner, which being machine shop owner myself, is very endearing to me.I get a true sense of feeling that they not only care about the quality of work they do, but they have treated me like family since the minute I walk in the door. You almost get a sense that they do their repairs on vehicles like their own family members will be riding in the car.Again, I just sent one of my employees there for work on his truck,And I am so pleased with everything they do, AND THE CARE THEY HAVE, I willl never EVER take my vehicles anywhere else.Once again Mr. Morissette. Asked Chris Morisette if he would work on my 2003 Ford Focus, advised Chris that my car was not insured because if it was going to cost too much to fix, I was getting rid of the car.Im a Michigan Mechanic (M169931), A.S.E. Certified Technician on Disability from Ford Focus Plant, with Congestive Heart Failure. So I dont work on my own cars so much anymore.My Focus had a Intermittent no crank problem. And prior to that I told Chris my internal voltage regulator for my alternator shorted out and caught a Body Ground Cable on fire. So I asked Chris to give me an estimate on my Alternator too.The next day I get a phone call from Zach telling me I need to replace my Ground Cable from my Battery to Engine Block 300.00. I approved the Estimate, the cable needed to be ordered. So I called the Shop and spoke with a Dan, who told me the car was still inside the shop. so I asked Dan if I could come up and see where this ground cable was broken? Dan Said Sure!However by the time I got to the Shop the Mechanic Richard A. Utykanski (M167821) pulled my car outside. Dan never called me back to tell me this, but did tell me I could stick around and talk to him. I advised Dan my mother is in the hospital recovery from a stroke, that I would be back at the shop later that day.When I did come back and talked to Richard the Mechanic, he try to explain to me that my Body Ground Caught on Fire because of the Battery Ground Cable. I told Richard I had to cut the Three Wires going to my Voltage Regulator in order for my Alternator to quit smoking and the Body Ground Cable to quit smoking. I told Richard I didnt come up to pick an argument with him, however I would bet him the Alternator is bad on my Focus!At this point Richard walked away and Dan the Service manager asked me to take my Car. I told Dan Fix the no crank condition, and forget about the Alternator. However Dan called the Royal Oak Police Department Report No. 18-44327, and Dan told the R.O.P.D. that he had bad experience with me in the past. I had a Brake hose go out on my 1994 Ford Ranger, and While Richard the mechanic replaced the drivers front brake hose. I asked if he could replace some upper and lower ball joints on the passenger side, he said yes. I spent over 500.00 on my Ranger at Morisette Automotive Royal Oak Michigan location. The Secretary of State has Unfair and Deceptive Practice in Michigan Legislation unfair or deceptive (MCL 257.1307).The only reason Im not taking Chris Morisette to 44th District Court, is because he waived the check out fee. And the Next shop I towed my Focus to Fixed it for 86.00 dollars not 300.00, by repairing not replacing the Battery Ground Cable.I have talked to Chris Morisette about employment back in the 1990s, and never thought he would hire a service manager like Dan. And Dan told me that him and Chris have been childhood friends. I gave Chris and Zach and Richard, a 3 Star Rating for the Service on my Ranger not my Focus.

This place is a scam, for sure.I took my car here for a cheaper alignment than Firestone @ 14 and John R in Madison Heights.Gave them my car for alignment at 11 am, they werent busy.Got a call around 2 saying the bushings were shot, needed to be replaced, parts and labor, $457. I reluctantly pulled the trigger.Next day, I get a call around 11 am saying they need to replace cradle, rare part, but luckily he can get one, for $1000 total. I say no, kick rocks. Give me my car back, you scammy bums. Guy says okay, Ill have my guys put it back together best we can, Ill give you a call when its ready. Simultaneously, my father is driving home from work, conveniently driving past as I hang up and call him, and he takes picture of my car chilling in same spot of parking lot I parked it, in one piece, never having been touched. I went right up and got my key back, took my car to Firestone and paid 80 for an alignment. Screw you, Morisette Automotive.Chris, nope, never wrotea review as Ron and yup, drove by and saw the evidence. You guys do bad work. No worries, my car is fine and I didnt fall prey to your predatory business practices. Thanks again for nothing!

Morsiette Auto quoted me a price for brake pads/rotors/calipers that was twice what 13 & Crooks Auto did. Since my visit to Morsiette Auto, Ive also received numerous (UN-wanted) mailing advertisements. No thanks.

They got me in and out fast, did a quality job at a fair price and are a pleasure to chat with. All in all Ill be going back for most work I cant do myself.

This place is okay for repairs being done professionally, however its well overpriced - I had three other places that would have done the work cheaper, but was in a pinch and had to get it done right away, so a $500 to $700 brake job cost me just over a thousand with this guy.
