Tim was absolutely amazing. His patience with callers which I witnessed was something that is missed and sorely needed from a customer service standpoint nowadays. The technician that serviced my car was friendly, polite and extremely professional. My experience was excellent.

Beyond impressed by the exceptional 1sr class service provided by this location on Woodward in royal oak. On a busy Saturday, they repaired my tire in 30 min flat, no pun intended. Definitely would recommend and will be back for all things tire related.

I needed a tire replaced on my fifth wheel trailer, so they scheduled me in first thing in the morning so I could take up the parking lot. They were very efficient, knowledgeable, and attentive. I will be coming back in the future for my tire needs.

On my way to work today, my tire lost pressure. I went in and the folks at Good Year took great care of me. All of the guys were friendly and they fixed the puncture hole in my tire and got me out on the road again super fast. When it was all done, they didnt even charge me! I will definitely be going back there for my next set of tires and other service needs. Great Good Year store! A++++

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in at 4pm on Friday with low tire pressure. I was told they only had 1 guy working and it would be a 2 hour wait. I asked if I could schedule to come back and was told no. One hour later I’m told my car was done, that it was a rim leak that they sealed and was sent on my way. You can understand why when I came out to my car this morning the tire is flat again I am very upset. We are unable to remove the lug nuts and there is even one missing! I doubt any work was done on my car at all. I highly recommend avoiding this location. Go to the guys on Dequinder instead.

Everybody here is very friendly. Quick service, I go there for all my flats and other tire needs. All their work they do is very high quality. They have free flat repair. I’ve been there to just get air in the tires, and takes less than 5 minutes. Even when you don’t have an appointment, they can get you in and out within an hour.

Extremely nice; do not take advantage of you what so ever. Honest, and are willing to help if needed. I am a full time student and they took very good care of me. Skip and Anthony are amazing I have worked with both of them and they welcomed me with open arms. They get the job done and they do a great job. Only down fall is the facility is somewhat hard to see. I recommend trying to figuring out a way to get a bigger sign so you can get more traffic coming through.

Life saving service! My mother and I got a flat on Woodward north of 13 mile, but when we stopped at another tire place, one with a bell in its name, they refused to help us. I called Goodyear and the manager Anthony told me he could try to fix it tonight 6 January, 2018. And thank God they were able to, because there was no way we were getting further on our shredded drivers tire. Just a professional clean shop with excellent service. Just before the huge snow storm a few weeks ago I came here to get new tires. The staff was really nice and the manager even went out if his way to make sure I got the very best price possible by beating other local tire companies. Very please and would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for Good year Tires.

Needed a tire patched and put back on my SUV. They did it quickly, easily, and for free! They have friendly and helpful staff, free coffee and a nice little area to wait while they work. So quick and painless - not easy to find as a young, single woman! Would absolutely return.

Two flat tires in a row and they were so helpful and friendly! Also super nice and chatty. Went back for a simple oil change and they were so nice to tell me they appreciated the business. Very clean and welcoming environment. Helpful and honest staff.

Beware of this place! Tried to gouge me for $580 for front brakes and an oil change on a Ford Focus. They quoted the parts at under $200, $108 per hour labor so the oil change was either over $200 or they were going to take over 3 hours to do a simple brake job. They saw a young girl and pegged me as an easy mark. When challenged claim that corporate dictates what they charge. So either this location is shady and trying to line their pockets or Goodyear corporate is advocating gouging customers. Either way, it’s disgusting. If you go here, price check and you’ll find out. Ended up going to Belle Tire and payed $300 for the same services Goodyear quoted me $580 for. Place is a scam.

Great personnel with good attitude and very clean office. However, my appointment was at 12, and barely saw my car getting moved into the shop at 12:45. One hour and thirty minutes to get an oil change done? Unacceptable! Please keep in mind and respect your customers times, especially if its an appointment.

Took my daughter there to get tune-up, thermostat and belt change they charge her $760.00 which I feel that it was not worth. But here is the killer part, the customer service person had the nerve to tell my daughter she didn’t need a part that they took off to fix her belt, just because they felled to put the part back on. Clearly General Motors thought the part was needed, because they built it. What I’m Trying to say never ever take your car there very bad business!!

Exceptional customer service!

My first time here and needed a tire pressure sensor replaced. In about an hour they had it replaced for less then I could have bought the part for. I appreciate how well they seemed to be organized and will be back for sure when I need brakes or whatever is next.

I went in yesterday when most auto repair shops are closed. They were extremely busy. I went in because one of my tires had been leaking air for a couple of days. I put air in only for it to slowly leak out again. The said they could look at it later that afternoon because they were busy. Later they called and told me they sprayed the tires and all tire pressures were a little low, but did not find any nails or leaks or anything causing the air to leak out. I give them one star for adding air. I had a tow truck come by later to put on the spare tire because the tire was still leaking air. Soon as he went to remove the tire he pointed and showed me: there is a nail in your tire, that is why it is leaking air..I didnt get professional treatment and would not return. to Good Year.

They were open on the weekend. I dropped my car off on Saturday, and it took a little longer to complete the work. So they held it overnight and called the first thing Sunday Morning. I went, picked up my truck, got a few recommendations, paid, and drove away.Very convenient and very friendly. I will use them again.Store is very very clean.

The tire techs here are amazing! Brought my car in because i had picked up a nail on the highway. Even though I had a locking lugnut that they had to hammer and drill off, they fixed my tire up and sent me on my way for less than $10!!! Amazing service and super-pro work.

The treated my wife as though she didn’t know what she was talking about (it appeared to be because she was a woman so they thought she must not know anything about cars). She took her car in here, but they only fixed one minor problem. She took her car in a week later for a problem they did not fix, and at the other Goodyear they found about two grand worth of repairs needed. The other Goodyear was definitely great, but this one was the exact opposite. I would not recommend them.

I set up an appointment to get my wheels swapped out with my winter rims/tires. It was almost a week wait, but the price was right, so I dealt with it. I spent an hour lugging my wheels out of my basement and into my car and driving out there. Once I got on site, I was told they wouldnt put my wheels on the car because they lacked low-air sensors. They seemed busy, and Im hard-pressed not to wonder if they didnt want to pass on my $20 appointment for more lucrative customers. Regardless, I would have expected at least a simple apology, especially since they didnt bother to ask about the sensors when taking the appointment. I need new tires come spring, and I know one place I will NOT be buying them from.

I went in for a wheel alignment which was $90. After waiting an hour or so, they came back and told me that the idler arm and adjusting sleeves needed to be replaced... even though I just had them replaced (in preparation for this wheel alignment). New price $270. PASS... I went to Callahan Muffler off Perry road and they did the wheel alignment for $90 no questions asked, no hassle. It just seemed like this Good Year was trying to get what they thought was a dumb millennial to pay more money. Wouldnt recommend.

Got a flat tire on a Sunday, my tire sensor popped out, had my car towed to them got there right when they opened they were actually open on a Sunday. I didnt get my car back till about 5 hours later.I thought was a ridiculous amount of time to keep my car for a tire valve sensor to be replaced.

The staff here is awesome, Jeremy Kalas explained everything I needed to know right down to having the car towed and the best thing yet, a drop box! My car was repaired in a very timely manner and when I picked it up the next morning Zachary Robertson was so courteous when he helped me. My car is working beautifully! The technician was John C. Thanks for fixing (Candy) my red Sebring, and Hi Anthony Goodwin, I dont know if you worked on Candy too, but you did make me smile. Oh, the other part I loved was the REBATE!!! Great job Goodyear!

Picked up a nasty bolt in one of my tires. Went there and they fixed it in no time. Very friendly people and honest. Had they said I would have needed the tire replaced, I wouldnt have known better.

This Goodyear does not honor their service warranty on car repairs. Please read to learn more.I took my Tahoe in for a no start. The day before I took it in its started, and drove fine. However, I came out the following morning it wouldnt crank over. I towed it to the local Goodyear, and after four days of them troubleshooting my vehicle they discovered that it needed a new fuel pump. They quoted me roughly $1000 and said it would be done by days end. I agree and go in to pickup the truck the next morning and immediately after I start the truck it began to misfire and idle roughly and the check engine light came on. This was not an issue I had when dropping the truck off. I was told by the tech to just keep driving it and if you have any issues the work would be taken care of no charge.Unsatisfied with that answer, I went back into the office within minutes. The front desk clerk lies and first told me he had no idea what it could be. He then tried to charge me more money to diagnose and fix my truck. Even after just paying almost $1000 dollars for a repair they botched! He said we can start with a tune up for another $200, but there is no guarantee it will fix your issue!. I told him I just paid almost $1000 for a car repair and the car is roughly in worse condition than when I got it, you should fix it for free or at least give me a supreme discount on any continued service, especially since you caused the issue! He disagrees, and continues to give me quotes on various other things that the truck doesnt need in order to continue to rip me off further.I then demand they return my truck back. I was going to call corporate and I feel the employee got that idea. So, as I was ready to leave he approached me outside and once again tried to charge me for something. This time for an O2 sensor saying he was 95% sure it would fix the issue they made. So as soon as Im out the door he finds the real issue. This whole thing got more and more shady as the conversation went on. Then he finally admitted that from them trying to start my car several times they fouled up the spark plugs, O2 sensors and it caused the truck to run rough.So I call corporate, tell them the whole situation. They call the store get them to install the O2 sensor they ruined for free, and agree that the whole thing was shady. The truck is back to normal now, and Goodyear corporate saved the day on this one. They handled the whole thing with one phone call. I will never return to this Goodyear location, but I will continue to use other Goodyear service centers. That corporate call will keep me as a Goodyear customer but I will no longer use this service center.

I scheduled an appointment online and received confirmation. I arrive to the appointment and they have no tires in the size I requested. No call or email or notice. I asked him why he didn’t cancel my appointment because I would have appreciated it, and he just laughed at the idea and said he tried to call, but we confirmed my number again and no calls or voice mails. Try to avoid this place.

I passed the building. They dont have anything that grabs your attention while you are driving. I ordered an oil change on the web site that gave me a price of $62 when i arrived they told me its 83 because my car needed 7 quarts. A 6.4 liter engine needs 7 I have a 6.2 liter i only need 6. If they are going to quote prices they should quote them for people who need over 5 quarts to so you wont be surprised. I went spmewhere to have my oil changed. That was a waste of gas driving there.
