Rowlett Service Center is one of the best fleet service providers in Dallas. I have been working with Ron and the GM Richard they are efficient and provide quality work any and all of my concerns with my fleet of vehicles are addressed. I would highly recommend there services to anyone looking for a mechanic shop whether it be a personal vehicle or company vehicle their rates are fair and well worth the quality of service provided.

My son picked up his 92 pickup truck an went to wk, when he was on his way home an the power steering locked up, he pulled over on the highway an the fan belt fell off an the fan blade was loose about to fall off after checking their repairs bolts were loose on the water pump an the antifreeze was low, this was really up setting

This company would not respond to the better business bureau go figure.I have been dealing with location for about a year or so. The owner seemed to be a nice fair person I found out different, anyway I was looking for a family owned place like this due to there a lot mechanics that will take you to the cleaners. I do not have a problem with the amount that they charge for service, but I do not have money to pay for guess work service. I gave the service group here the benefit of the doubt a few months back I was having A/C problems, the A/C was replaced I still had issues with it cooling and took about two or three more tries for them figure out what the issue was after I had spent over a thousand dollars.I probably should have stopped here I had the brakes replaced advised them that I had two other mechanics that could not figure out why the back brakes squeaked even after new ones were installed so I took back a few times for this issue. A few months back I took it in for a sqeaking noise and popping noise in the front end and they could not figure what the issue was and told me to drive it for a while to see if the issue could be verified later and there was no danger in driving the vehicle and made them aware the noise started after I had recently hit a curb. I took it back a few days ago requested the issue to be verified and repaired (including the brake nosie issue which they finally resolved I hope), they confirmed the noise was coming from bad struts, I confirmed with them those struts and shocks had been changed out about three years ago,they confirmed we checked everything that was the issue,so I had them to change out the front struts so I could get the issue resolved and the cost was almost seven hundred dollars for parts and labor. I picked the vehicle up had the same problem the sqeaking noise and popping sound, took it back said they now I have a lower ball joint that needs to be replaced & the cost is three hundred dollars causing the popping noise. My point the struts were not the issue and paid for guess work and the issue is still not resolved. I tried to talk them about the money I spent for this type customer service and there was no effort by the service person here to resolve the issue. I always try to be fair with people when it comes to business dealings and I know businesses have to make money to stay in business, but a customer should not have pay for the businesses mistakes.

I never go anywhere else for my cars repair or maintenance. The people are GREAT.
