Great overall

Really helpful staff. I went in to buy brake pads, and i had no idea what to get. But the counter helper steered me in the right direction!

I had my last two oil changes at this shop. The last time, I had to wait while they went to Walmart to buy the oil, and for them to figure out how to get my car on the lift. Recently, I had serious engine problems that should be covered under my extended warranty, but I have to prove I maintained my vehicle. I’m talking engine replacement. I look on my receipts and no one put my VIN nor my mileage. Their laziness just may have cost me a new engine and I still have 3 years left in my note. NO WAY Im going back. So much for supporting local businesses.PS - it was great when Cliff and Lawrence were there. Last time I was there, the gentleman told me he bought the shop so his son “would have something to do.”

This is my official mechanic, and I am always very impressed with the service I receive. I had been a customer of Baillie prior to the name change, and the service and quality are equally great - but the turnaround time was fantastic! They had my truck back to me the that afternoon, and I was expecting it to be 2-3 days at the very least. Very cool classic cars in there being serviced, too.

Great fast service called 4 other repair shops for an emergency repair while traveling to mexico this shop was the only one that was able to fit us in their schedule days b4 Christmas. Staff was friendly and service was great, and the price was true to repair. I had already been given an estimate about how much it word cost and what was needing repaired by my brother who is a mechanic, and when I took my vehicle into the shop to see how much they would charge they quoted exactly what my brother had told me. Felt safe to continue our travel and arrived safely to our destination. Thanks you east side garage

Didnt have any work done here because it ended up being a much bigger problem than I anticipated, but they were very honest and thorough with their diagnostic and only charged a reasonable diagnostic fee. They were very helpful and kind as well.

AMAZING truly recommend them they hooked my car up with new radio speakers and 2 amps if you want a LOUD system go talk to the hispanic kid who works there he even threw in a DISCOUNT for me

Very poor took months after they got my car for me to get it back. Dont go there.

My writing a review is exceptionally rare, just like the service at Baillie Automotive. Sean, Dawnine and the crew are so brilliant in everything they deliver I cant even provide constructive criticism. The service, pricing, quality, honesty, and proactive nature of this organization is absolutely A+++.

Came in close to closing time needing my alternator replaced talked to Edgar who was able to get it done for me same day. Definitely recommend them

DO NOT GO HERE!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! CLIFF IS NO LONGER HERE!! Its run by CROOKS! Someone took this place over and Cliff is gone. We used to take our cars here for years, now its run by scummy CROOKS who overcharge and do JUNK work and guess at whats wrong with your car! Had some work done that should have lasted for 2 years and it broke down after 6 months and they wouldnt warranty anything! They charged us $130 to fix a heater and it still didnt work then charged us ANOTHER $140 before it finally worked.Do not go here anymore!!!

I seldom give 5 stars for anything, because I always feel even the best can be improved upon, but I have to give this business five stars! The superior service started from the moment I walked into the office. Dawnine greeted me with sincere concern and shortly after informing me the tow truck was bringing my car around, she also inquired as to my situation and how I was going to get home. Sean began looking at my car right away since I was from out of town. When he arrived to meet with me, his explanation of the circumstances was communicated clearly and carefully. He informed me of his plan and Dawnine kept me informed throughout the three days of service. It was a large task and they completed it in all the right ways. The price was very reasonable for the quality of service I received. I highly recommend this business.Need to know: It is a little hard to get to as it is on a small side street. Use gps to get you there. Parking is a little crowded, but there always seems to be a space.

They are great

Horrible experience, they claim to work on classic cars but they really have no experience, paid for work that was never completed. I would never go back nor would I refer someone. Cliff will tell you what you want to hear to get your car in, then once its there it will sit.
