Typical Home Depot with everything you need for do it yourself home maintenance and construction. Clean, well lit, with helpful employees…when you can find one.This location has a busy parking lot, so beware if you have a bigger rig. Generally I wish Home Depot’s would have parking lots which accommodates bigger work trucks.Also, the trend towards full the isles with merchandise and matters is becoming a new sans to shopping. Seldom do I visit a Home Depot without having to accommodate blocked isles.

Home Depot in Roseville is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve never any issue or problem making a return. We especially like their Bear line of interior house paint.

This is a clean and organized store with tons of choices to choose from, for your home improvement projects. Their garden section is my favorite. All the plants look healthy. Also, they had the dirt and cinder blocks I needed for my project. The employees could be more friendly. I only had one employee approached me, to see if I needed any assistance. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

Standard Home Depot affair with all the usual home hardware and tool needs. During holidays, they do have a good selection of Xmas Trees if you are looking for one. Better get there early as they do sell fast.

So tired of coming to this particular store and them being out-of-stock on common items. Today it was a simple 3-way white rocker wall switch, last week it was 3/4 schedule 40 PVC pipe... on and on and on, then I have to go to Ace Hardware who is always flush with inventory but I have to pay double. Thanks for the waisted time and money Home Depot.

Rent there to rent a truck and buy some electrical stuff. The stuff was nice and helpful as they help me find the stuff I was looking for. Also they gave us the best deal for the rental truck.All the employees on duty were helpful & knowledgeable. They had some electronics on deals and clearance as well starting as low as $2.49.

I love this place! I can find pretty much anything I need and the tool I need to do it with, if needed. Their cordless selection has grown considerably and they have three or four of the top brands to choose from. I was blown away at all they make thats cordless. I no longer drag a cord today and its pretty sweet.

The shelves are stocked pretty good and its easy to pay with the cashier less cash registers.

No grief. Parking or checking out. Not happy they are always changing the store making things hard to find. Even the employee had to look at the app on her phone to direct me.7/10 would return. 👍

Okay there employees could use some more training about the store

Superb service by Jen & Ryan. Jen looked up a product Silicone Spray that I needed to spray the squeaks in my automatic garage door. Then she directed me to aisle 11 where I was met by Ryan. He helped me pick out the most popular garage door silicone spray. Ryan & Jen were great! Every other Home Depot that I have shopped in is always void of customer service. The majority of the time you cant find any Home Depot staff to help you. This Home Depot should be used as a customer service model for all the other Home Depots in NORCAL. It was a great shopping experience!

I always find my repair kits and material required to complete landscaping a or gardening jobs. If you are in a budget visit three or four stores to roam around. Toll be surprise what you may find.

Home Depot has never prided itself on great customer service, but it’s bearable most of the time; I’ve been a chain customer for several years, and spent big budgets at Home Depot for home improvement projects.But my experience here was very poor. I was looking to buy a grill here and after 3 garden center calls and a 20 minute wait, I’ve had it. Something about my experience here rubbed me the wrong way; I wasted my time here and I felt neglected and disrespected.Not only am I giving this place a 1 star rating, but I’m never going to another Home Depot again. I’m also telling everyone I know about my awful Home Depot experiences.

Always pleasure able and complete in my shopping needs

Despite the sign outside that says masks are required, I watched a customer come in with no mask. When I alerted an employee to that, she just shrugged and said that they cant force them to put one on. I called the manager to make a complaint, and he said the same thing, that they werent going to ask a customer to wear a mask and cause a fight over it. Really? So what about the safety and well-being of your other customers that are shopping there? Home Depot is a private company, they can refuse service to anyone. If a customer cannot shop there without shoes or shirt, why can they not insist that a mask be worn during a deadly pandemic? It doesnt make sense. Needless to say, I do not feel safe shopping here and am truly disappointed with their indifference in making their customers safety a priority. I will take my business elsewhere.

They have what you need for multiple things in your home.But for all my flooring needs Ill STAY WITH FLOOR AND DECOR IN ROCKLIN CA AND NOW IN SACRAMENTO NEAR ELK GROVE AND Rio Consumes

My favorite location of all of the Home Depot stores that I go to and that is alot. Always helpful, friendly staff with most of the employees having been at that store for many years.

I love Home Depot. Its where I go to get the things I need to get the job done. Ive never not found what I need when Ive gone here. Better than other places Ive had to go to before. The only downside is sometimes its hard to find a person to help you with information or getting a product off one of the higher shelves. But, heres a hint: if you grab a ladder they will drop what they are doing to help you. Hope this helps.

The Home Depot in West Sacramento is the finest place to get your flowers. Just to say it this is just one of the small ones that I planted and look how big it has gotten there Gary the truth I dont know what to do with it its overgrown its container. And I would hate to think if I took it out it would fall apart it just shows you the health of the flowers that I buy there. Fantastic and they grow big so hurry on down the Home Depot it is spring now time to do that planting

I could give it a zero if I can. Repeatedly poor customer service by one particular employee at power tools department who always happen to be there when I go. He has no patience to listen to me when I need help locating an item. I am a customer who always research before I walk into a Home Depot and know the exact location and stock quantity, but this person refuse to help whatsoever until I repeatedly ask and still walks away with an attitude even after I say “thank you”. I hope the store management will address the issue.

Not helpful. Waited a long time. Didnt apply coupon correct. Store manager wasnt willing to help and resolve issue. When employee told him she doesnt know how to refund and process order again he just walked away instead of helping her to assist us. Had to wait for a long time for her Co worker to help us and then they were arguing telling us that there is no point to refund and then try to purchase and apply coupon. Very disappointed at their customer service.

Went to Home Depot Thursday Dec 31st. Customer service not help the person who give out the carts could not help where to find what I was looking for then he sends me to another staff member to ask well she did not know where the batteries were either she tells me to ask the person up front she did know either where the batteries or Air filters were either do I just went and checked out my cleaning products. Extra training help to teach the sale persons were everything at or take the time call find out for the customer where the supplies are. I left ever frustrated. Then I went to ACE hardware on Harding Ave great customer service they ever took me to the location to find what I needed. Not happy with home depot I just got a credit card in Sept love to shop in the plant area but never knew the sales customer was horrible canceling my credit card going to Lowes .b

Guilty. My favorite store. I visit all if the regions Home Depot stores and this one the most, however this is the best ran if all if them with the exception of their garden/landscaping department which is smaller.

Had to run to Home Depot for a weekend project and they had everything I needed from paint to electrical to Cabinetry. Its exactly what I needed I was able to get in quickly and get out quickly and I felt completely safe. I was wearing a mask and so were all the other folks around me. Be safe everyone and well make it through this. Happy projects and we get to enjoy them when were all done.

Usually a very quick in and out. Self pay kiosks are plenty. Well stocked and labeled.

I love the app since I can use it to find things I need while I shop and I appreciate the staff performing consistent clean up of stock. The staff is friendly without overdoing it to the point of insincerity!

Home depot is what it is. A huge warehouse full of building materials, appliances, and tools. It always seems that whatever you want is on the other end of the store, but at least they have it. Its usually worth the trip. Sometimes its a challenge to find a worker to ask where things are.

Went to Auburn Home Depot, said they had 8 hand warmers (rechargeable)... No hand warmers.. (by the way the Auburn store was the most helpful and knowledgeable) went to the north Sunrise store, 49 in stock cant find not one with the woman helping me just wondered off and went on break she was checking herself out as I told her I gave up and she replied ya I had to...... Went to the stanford ranch store, 59 in stock with help finally found 3... One doesnt work need three going to try to get it exchanged. Wish me luck

I LOVE The Home Depot! I worked there briefly, and plan on it again after retirement. Great place to work AND shop. And people can bring their dogs in! Dog-friendly is me-friendly. I will always support dog-friendly businesses first. THD is the best.

Lots of things out of stock. Common tools not carried. Staff, while friendly, werent very knowledgeable. After searching the store, and asking several employees, no one was able to tell me if they carried stand-offs, a fairly common piece of mounting hardware. Not impressed.

My other favorite place to shop.

Always a clean store with friendly staff. The hardware employee is always missing but other than that always good prices. Always able to get what I need when I visit.

My go to place for any home repairs or diy

I have been a Home Depot customer for over 10 years and this was by far my worst experience. I needed a box on the top shelf so I asked 4 employees for help. They each dismissively told me that it isn’t their section so I’m SOL and some version of “ they guess they could call someone if I wanted.” After each announcing someone on the isle needed help, I waited for a total of 20 min without being helped. I guess I’ll be a Lowe’s customer for the next 10 years.

This Home Depot was a lot better than the one in Antelope, employees are friendly, its a lot cleaner no trash all over the parking lot etc. The layout was a little difficult to navigate for the first time but the employees were very helpful!

Curbside service was great!! I waited a brief time, and my tile order was delivered to my car. I was thinking it might be an extended wait that had me wondering if anyone knew I was there. In this case, there was little waiting and wondering.

I shopped here on 7/25/2020. From the lumber staff, to the plumbing staff, to the hardware staff, to the cashier, to manager Mark, to the young loading staff, ALL were outstanding. In 20 years of shopping at various Home Depots, this store, by far, is dialed in. Clearly Manager Mark and the rest of the staff all provided excellent service. Mark took extra time on the phone with the HD credit card staff to ensure I was able to make my purchase. Then, he had two young staff help me load over $2200 of product that included over 1000 lbs of plywood (36 total) and Doug fir 2x6’s (14 total). Thank you To Mark and all your staff for the awesome experience. It was refreshing especially in the crazy, sometimes stressful COVID times.
