Like the products and prices. But the sales tactics being used with the sales person I had was a little annoying. I had already read about the deals ABC Warehouse was providing one of which was free delivery on certain products over $699. Which is one of the reasons why I went there in the first place. my sales person was trying to push other products.....saying thing like Ill give you free delivery if you purchase a warranty plan ....first of all my purchase was over $3,000 thats an automatic free delivery. I had to explain this to her..... as the deal was wrapping up again, she went back to if I add this or that she give me free delivery whenever Im dealing with sales people that do these kinds of things it really makes me sick. Keep in mind some of us do actually read the ads and it does spell out what is free and what we will get. We dont need a sales associate going against the ad the company has put out portraying it to the customer as if its part of this miraculous deal theyre giving us if we add this or at that. In fact its misleading the customer. I think its time for some retaining.

I am so disappointed in ABC Warehouse, this location and even the regional manager hasn’t responded to my request. Beware of this company. First, I’ve bought a great stove and refrigerator in December 2020. Absolutely love them! However, third time purchasing was not a charm. I bought a beautiful fireplace for about $1000 March 2021. It did great the first month but the actual fireplace just went out. Long story short, I spoke with 3 different managers including the main manager of the Roseville location whose name is Tommy and reached out to the Regional manager Andrew L who never called me back to fix my fireplace. I was given 3 different dates over a 2 months time span to get my fireplace replaced. When I finally got a replacement the delivery guys noticed that I was given a broken part smh! The delivery guy immediately called his boss to let him know and told us we had to issue a ticket to have it replaced. CRAZY, why should I issue a ticket to have MY BRAND NEW FIREPLACE REPLACED… furthermore, I contacted the manager Tommy twice and even left a voicemail on the corporate manager’s answering machine for help. ALL I WANTED WAS A BRAND NEW FIREPLACE THAT I PAID FOR. I last heard from Tommy 3 weeks ago after sending him pictures of the broken parts to my “brand new” fireplace and he said he would speak to the corporate manager and get back with me. Never received a follow up call. Tried going to the store and the associate whose name is AC who sold me the fireplace said Tommy had just left. I thought I could trust and would be treated fairly and with integrity by such a reputable company. However, I paid for broken merchandise and the store manager and even corporate manager can’t even resolve a simple issue like providing decent customer service. Very disappointed and would NEVER purchase from this company ever again. Super shady business and lack of business ethics if you ask me. Beware!

Decent prices, but dont rely on them to follow through on whats advertised.Just purchased a washer, which included a tow away of the old washer. They told us they didnt have room for the old one, so just put it out by the curb, and within a few hours we had the city called on us. When we explained the situation to them, they said it would be a week before theyd have someone by to get the old one.

I recently purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator online. Not only did it meet my expectations, the staff was courteous from start to delivery. The delivery men were very helpful and professional. I couldnt have asked for better customer service e.

Way better than Lowes. I ordered a portable a/c...order was canceled online because the workers at Lowes do not keep up with their inventory. Thank God for ABC warehouse we dont have to sit in a sweltering hot house now🙂

Unfortunately my 3 yr old TV died and I was looking around for a specific TV. I checked all the wholesale clubs and got prices . Then I went to ABC to talk with a sales associate. He beat all others by over 100 dollars. One of the only places you can go and negotiate a better price . This is why I buy all appliances and things like that at ABC . I love this store. This is the first time my wife and I have ever purchased new appliances. We were looking for a fridge, stove, and dishwasher. Walking in the door we were a little nervous.Well, Monika our sales lady took all the nervousness away. She spent alot of time walking us through everything we were interested in explaining each one in detail. Very professional and honest. If youre in the market for new appliances I highly recommend asking for her when you come to the store. From purchase to delivery it was flawless!

Terrible experience 2 month old refrigerator doesnt work correctly and its going to take 3 weeks for repair to come!!! Wont purchase anything from here again

I paid $2,600 for two mechanical beds and mattresses. The sale person said they would haul the old bed away. they delivered two mechanical frames and one mattress, and said they could not haul the old mattress away. So I told them to take the items they delivered back. I personally went back to abc warehouse and refunded my money. Told them they lost another customer. They did not care. So I am glad that I refunded my purchase. All I can say is buyer beware.

My experience was very pleasurable I was met at the door and was help soon as I walked in the door and not treated as if I was not coming in to spend my money. I thank Abc warehouse for treating me so pleasant.

I bought a 20 cubic ft deep freezer on 6-15-20 paid in full. I have called several times asking when I could expect to receive my freezer my answer has been as soon as we get it in stock. Well its been almost 10 months and I still have not received my freezer.

My recently purchased dehumidifier after about 2 weeks of using stopped working. I spent time trying to figure out what went wrong. I took it back to ABC customer service in Roseville, not having even having the receipt. The rep said that that can happen sometimes, and in 5 minutes he took the old humidifier from my trunk and loaded a new one in for me. No problems involved. I appreciated this. Thanks again!

On 10/27/20, I had a life threatening experience with ABC Warehouse delivery men. ABCcontracts with S&B trucking to make their deliveries. The delivery person refused my request to wear shoe protectors while in my home. After refusing the request to wear shoe protectors, I asked him to leave my home. When I asked him to leave, he became belligerent and started making threatening movements toward me. I calledABC Warehouse and reported the incident. I was told by my sales person that ABC could not intervene because the delivery person is employed by a private contractor. I will never purchase from ABC Warehouse again.

I’ll never shop at this location again! Sales rep kept talking over me and my wife while we were trying to make decisions on the best furniture for us. There was another lady that answered the phone when I had a question that was extremely rude. I had to help the delivery people, that was paid to deliver, bring my own furniture through my window. It’s been about a month since I bought my furniture and my recliner is squeaking really bad. Lastly, I wanted to exchange an UHD TV I also purchased with the furniture for a better quality one, not only do I have to add more money for the TV I really want I have to pay a $140 restocking fee without the option of a refund.

Store is a ghost town, and like it felt post-apocalyptic. Display items are broken, dusty, unorganized and appear to be outdated and on the lower end.You are made to wait ( 10 minutes) in the vestibule until someone lets you in and upon entering you on your own. (Keep in mind there was maybe 1 other customer in entire store)After reviewing other peoples reviews, Im certain this place is going the route of Art Van six months prior to closing up for good. There is no way ABC warehouse can continue to stay in business much longer. The ship is sinking!

Ive contacted my salesman and spoke to the regional manager many times. May 26th we bought a complete kitchen appliance set. During that purchase there was zero communication about factories being shut down and possible delays on our appliances. How do you sell something you dont have?!?! I fully understand whats happening in the world but that sale shouldnt have been made if they didnt have them in stock or wven without communicating that.. Moving forward, our delivery was rescheduled 2 days prior to the date, very short notice. We had to clear everything out for our scheduled delivery as stated in the pamphlet during purchase. We did this 3 days prior to scheduled delivery date due to it being garbage day. Then I sat with zero appliances in my home for over a week. The following week after scheduled delivery I finally received 3 of the 4 appliances purchased, my oven was not delivered, and the refrigerator was the wrong one. My refrigerator was exchanged 2 days later with a dent in the bottom and the left door is higher than the right, still no word on my oven. I have now taken 2 days off of work unpaid due to deliveries and have spent an insane amount of money to eat out due to not having an oven. I understand employees want to make a large sale but the lack of information on the delay has essentially cost us a lot of money with no discounts for this very largeinconvenience.

I understand that during this pandemic everyone is more tired and stressed than ever, but if you’re going to be open for business then please make sure your customers are made to feel welcomed. When I walked into the store not one of the sales reps took the time to greet me or even say hello. I would understand if it was a busy day or if the store was crowded with customers, but it wasn’t. There were maybe 3 or 4 people in the store. I was looking to purchase a washer and dryer and pay cash for it. After walking around the store without being offered any assistance I decided to take my money and shop elsewhere.

After going through the nightmare of coming home to a completely stocked and thawed fridge 2 months after purchasing a used fridge from an appliance store.. We came across ABC warehouse over by Ollies where we shop regularly. Our customer service agent, Nate, not only got us a WORKING refrigerator but also gave us a great price due to just wasting $250 on a used unit at an appliance store. The $450 we easily threw away in groceries and a broken refrigerator he helped us save during these tough times. Thanks so much for doing what you do!

My experience with them has been horrible. I ordered a refrigerator on 7/11 with Kevin. He said he would have it delivered on 7/15. After taking off work and waiting for the delivery 1/2 the day. I received a call saying the delivery had to be rescheduled for 7/22. Again I have taken the entire day off... sat here waiting on the refrigerator with not one word from Kevin or any other ABC affiliate. When i called a 5pm he pretty much told me that he doesnt know when they can have the appliance delivered and to call him back tomorrow. I will couldve went to one of those ma & pa appliance place on 8 mile and been done with it by now. This experience has been so unprofessional and mismanaged I will never return to this place under any circumstances.

Good appliances.. good salesman.. wouldnt buy there again though, their delivery time was horrendous.. was told 12 to 4pm.. they delivered at 7:30pm.. if I had the choice I would have just told them to keep it, but all my food was in coolers since I based the moveout time at my apt. Based on the delivery window..I had to call to get the update.. please update your common courtesy practices to your customer if you are running 3 hours post window.. make a call to your customers.

This place SCAMMED US!!! They told us the sectional We wanted was in stock only to find they only had 3 of the 4 pieces once it was delivered. After getting the run around for about a week, we finally spoke with the regional manager who then had them deliver a broken couch... Now, nobody knows when we will get what we paid for. It’s so unfair!!! Why is This allowed to happen? Why sale furniture you dont have?!?!?

The issue I had was resolved with the greatest of satisfaction. Immediatly the district manager contacted me and asked me what my problem was. After our conversation I was much satisfied and more informed. My sales person Jimmy was #1 assisting me with my purchase needs.

ABC Warehouse installed a dryer at my house less than a year ago. I purchased a warranty for the dryer that extends to a year. My dryer stopped drying clothes about 9 months after it was installed. I called ABC and they sent a dryer test kit in the mail, for me to test at home. The test told me the dryer was not drying (obviously) .. Right on the test it says that the dryer should not have a foil vent, metal vent only. So, I look at my FOIL vent that was installed by ABCs installation company, called, got transferred to multiple people, multiple numbers.. I simply wanted an answer as to why there was a foil vent installed on my dryer and if someone could install the correct vent. Absolutely no one wanted to take any responsibility what so ever for an improper installation that could have caused a huge fire potentially, not one bit of the warranty covers the dryer vent, they also do not even have a metal vent I can get from them. I will NEVER buy from ABC Warehouse again..faulty equipment and terrible customer service. They showed no concern at all. Also, making sure to let everyone know what kind of company ABC really is and hopefully my friends and family will not purchase their appliances etc. either. Completely appalled.

I absolutely recommend this ABC Warehouse location to anyone. My husband and I were shopping for a deep freezer. ABC’s prices were better than Home Depot, Lowe’s, Best Buy etc. We were greeted at the door by a very friendly salesman, and after just buying a couch we thought “Oh great, this guy is going to follow us around the store and pressure us just like they all do.” He did not! He gave us space to look while still making sure he was available for any questions. Honestly, it’s probably why we chose to make the purchase! He was very friendly and helpful. His name was Mohammad Khadre and you should ask for him if you go in! We scheduled delivery for today. They gave us the agreed upon four hour window and called in advance and were on time. I’m 7 months pregnant and the delivery men were so professional and nice! They did an excellent job getting the freezer into our basement, and would have removed the old one if we had one! I could not have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for an appliance more than likely ABC has the best price and service out there. Save yourself some time and look there first!

Totally dishonest store They are liars and will do anything to get your money . We purchased a stove and refrigerator . Organized for delivery . They bring just the stove. They said they did have the refrigerator. They had 90 refrigerators when we purchased one . I thought that one of the 90 refrigerators was ours . We called and ask how they could make this problem right . They said for us to call corporate office . Everybody please call the corporate office . This store needs to be closed for good. They took other peoples money also . They will take yours also.

Salesman ambush at the door. I hung a right just to have a look around before I spoke to someone. Looked up and was hovered over by the salesman I avoided at the door ambush. Couldnt get a word in the next 5 sentences. Just turned and left.

The original washer (bottom of the line GE model) we purchased was super noisy. Mo worked very diligently to be sure that we were taken care of. He was very patient and spent a ton of time making sure that we were satisfied with a new product and his service. I highly recommend that if you have any appliance needs you stop by and ask for Mo.

The worst store around, 90 yr old aunt bought washing machine , after purchasing a dryer a few months prior. On the day of delivery they showed up installed washer and told her they would come back later in the day to pick up the old one. They never showed up , the washer setting outside her side door!! I called the store to tell them they did not pick up the washer and I was advised by the manager (Sunday) that the soonest they could pick it up was weds. And he acted like he didn’t care . I hope everyone will stay away from this store the poorest customer service I have ever seen

Friend ordered a refrigerator was told it would be delivered on Saturday. Was not delivered because of covid. He said when I ordered it there was 90 in stock but they some how vanished. Now she has no fridge to store her sons meds in. She has to get a refund and go buy another fridge.

Just left this place to buy a fridge and stove. tje guy was so rude refused to help us because we didnt know the exact measurements of the fridge. I told him the one we had by showing him the fridge at the store but he walks away and says when u get the mrasuements ask me for help. I could not believe the service here was this bad!!!

I’ve never been to an abc warehouse before but I work in retail myself and am able to appreciate good customer service. I was greeted instantly and directed to the item i was looking for where they assisted me in every way possible! I don’t know a thing about washers and they helped me figure out exactly what I needed and made it super easy. Definitely recommend this location! Super friendly staff as well!

My fridge died Saturday. Compared several stores, then went to ABC and met Bob. He gave me excellent, low pressure service. He answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable and extremely personable. I had to leave the store for a bit, but when I came back, I went right for Bob and purchased a GE fridge. He scheduled my delivery for Tuesday morning (the next day available). I let him know he was the reason I was making my purchase with ABC. Thanks again Bob!

I came into the store with many questions and in need of assistance for appliances and furniture. Bob Arsov (BA) was the sales associate who helped me find what suit me best for my needs and space. Due to his understanding of the size of home I have, required items, and financial budget, I was able to get everything needed in a single stop! Bob took his time to ask questions and didn’t rush to push for anything unnecessary. I now will have a washer and dryer which I will have stacked to utilize a small space, but have full capacity appliances. I will also have an entire bedroom set, with mattress!Thank you Bob Arsov for your patience and no pressure experience! I will definitely return and ask for BA in the future!

We Originally went to Home Depot next-door to look for an appliance. Not one sales person there came by to help us and yet about 10 of them walked by us over 20 minutes. We took a picture of the dishwasher we wanted,and walked next-door to ABC warehouse. Best decision we ever made. We were greeted by Assiciate Bob Campbell. We told him what we were looking for, he helped us look for it. He then explained the functions of the machine and helped us come to our decision without any pressure. He then beat the deal of the business next-door. We were so happy with our no-pressure, excellent customer service experience! I then called the next day to arrange for delivery when I found I could not borrow a pick-up truck. Another excellent sales associate, Justin, answered the phone, was very helpful and friendly and arranged for our delivery. Both of these associates have exemplary customer service skills. This is the best sales experience we’ve had in a very long time! We will not hesitate to come back to the store. So glad they opened up this location. I would recommend everyone check this place out for your next appliance or TV needs!

In the beginning of November we purchased all new appliances and a new mattress through this store. The items were delivered by a trucking company that ABC warehouse uses that is local to my new address where the items were for. I have bought all kinds of things from this store in the past. When the trucking company delivered to my home a day when it had rained and was a bit warmer so the ground was soft, they for some reason decided to attempt to turn their truck around on my lawn, the truck got stuck and instead of initially calling a tow truck they decided to leave holes and ruts throughout my lawn that are extremely deep. First, there was no reason to turn around there, right past my tree line where they were stuck is a paved/gravel driveway that is rather large. Next the driver and his co-worker said they be back that following Saturday to fix my lawn because of how bad the damages were. No one ever came. My mother has sent pictures to our salesman at this location, Ive spoken with the salesman myself, and also a store manager after I didnt get a call back from the salesman, now the store manager has not returned my call. Weve been told now that the trucking company would be out here weeks ago now again to fix it. No one has ever come, now no one calls us back. Its now over a month after all of this and were tired of not being taken care of. We paid you, we were your customer. We were never told the name of the trucking company or who had been contacted there. We have spent thousands at your store, even when we moved quite far from you we still went back when we needed new appliances. Never again, this was truly awful service.

I wanted to ABC Warehouse and I met with a gentleman by the name of Kevin what a great salesperson. I ran into a small snag today pertaining to my delivery. So I had to return to ABC Warehouse and a gentleman by the name of Frank took care of me and he was an angel. Also I had a beautiful lady by the name of Danielle call me on the phone to deliver bad news about my delivery but she did everything she could to take care of me. I want to personally say thank you Danielle. She made me feel like I was number one. I have been a regular shopper at ABC Ware for a number of years. I have gotten to know a lot of employees. They are friendly and knowledgeable about the products that I want to buy. One employee that really stands out is Kim. She worked at the ABC Warehouse on Gratiot and Fifteen that relocated to Little Mack. Still a wonderful person. All of the employees that I have had to do business with were really on top of any of my questions. One young lady that now works at the Chesterfield store still remember my sister and I from years ago, was elated to see us again. Lovely young lady, sorry I cant remember her name.

Prices dont match their showroom when compared to online. They change list prices just to get you in the store. Literally printed out the pricing from the night before just go in store to waste my time the next day. Salesman was useless, and disrespectful. Really lacked any ability to communicate effectively. An absolutely empty solution was provided to the price practices they preformed. I flat out had to ask them, so there is nothing you can do for me what so ever?. Total waste of time.Seriously people go down to Home Depot. Just drive past this dumpster fire of humans and poor business practice of a place and go to Home Depot. Home Depot will price match and deliver that same week.

Gus Sink was and is everything you want in a salesmen- honest, upfront, polite, and respectful of your budget. As soon as I walked in the door and spoke with him I knew it was going to be a positive experience. Not only did Gus get me an incredible deal on a 55’ LG TV but, he even discounted my warranty and gave me a complimentary 4K HDMI Cable ($70 value)!!! I will definitely be going back to see Gus in the future and will recommend him to all of my family and friends for all of their electronic needs! Excellent employee!

I bought 2 beds, a TV, sheets, mattress cover, and a coffee mug. I was shopping around for awhile and they had the best price. The service was great. They even delivered for free.In the past I have bought stuff from there older store on Gratiot. This new store is much bigger and better laid out. Definitely worth checking out.

Stopped in the other day looking for a microwave and two dishwashers, looking to spend just under $1000. On average we buy atleast 1 appliance a month, so we always try to go here so that the people working make commission. I stopped and told the gentleman that was working what I was looking for, so we went to look at microwaves first. The one in particular I was looking for was 199 bucks, so I mentioned Lowes is giving 10% off for military discounts, what could he do in regards to the price difference knowing that Im getting three different appliances. HIs response was nothing, go to Lowes and turns and walks away and heads to the front of the store. This is the second similar experience Ive had there so you might as well just head to Lowes or Home Depot to start with. They also price match ABC and home Depot also gives 10% discount if their price isnt lower than ABC to start with. Save your money and get the product you actually want head to one to big box stores. If your time is valuable like mine you appreciate Not having to waste your time going to multiple stores.

Further down the beaten path I found this store unexpectedly. Inquired of blenders, echo dot I think it was and speakers. Possible bday ideas for self. Happy to get paper app and good customer service. Thx!!

Sales people should work at the CIRCUS. Went in to buy washer and dryer stove and fridge. Couldnt answer questions about price, military discount, delivery, talking old appliances, didnt know products, price match. So I went next door to Home Depot and spent $4,700 Got free delivery and all old appliances removed for no charge. Home Depot answered all questions about products

I found what I was looking for

I do not like how the employees stand out front and smoke cigarettes right as you walk in. Made me want to walk away very quickly as I do not like nasty smoke blown in my face as a greeting. 3 gentlemen today outside all at the same time. And then walked in to work afterwards. Is this normal?

From walking in the door of the store to having my new washer delivered and set up the service here was amazing. I will always turn to them when I need a new appliance.

I like the new location its closer to me now and they always have a deal for you, they price match if the items are exact as the other stores. My only con is they charge for delivery. I think that they should rethink this process.

Excellent service and selection!

The website boasts an impressive selection of refrigerators, called the Roseville location and was assured they had all kinds of units that met my requirements. On arrival I find they have only one unit thats even close. Massive selection of gigantic refrigerators with expensive bells and whistles though. Thanks to ABC, I have no fridge for the Labor Day weekend.

I got a extremely good deal for the appliance i purchased. The did better than price match, went more than below of the price from yhe other store..

We purchased a kitchen range, and washing machine from Mo Khadre. Came back a few days later and purchased a clothes dryer from our super Salesman Mo. He was very knowledgeable and informative. I had researched the items on-line Mo was able to help us to narrow it down. Mo knows appliances! Mo also arranged to have all the appliances delivered and the old ones removed and hauled away on a day convenient for us. The delivery men, Jim and Art were terrific! They were very professional and pleasant, they removed our old appliances and installed our new appliances perfectly!I am very happy to recommend that people shop at this ABC Warehouse Roseville store!

Everything was great. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the products and showed me the best dishwasher to purchase.

The sales department is outstanding and provided service that Ive never received before. The customer service and delivery on the other hand is terrible. I had a refrigerator scheduled for delivery and didnt receive the email with the window of time and top of that it was damaged when it arrived. I received a call that night to confirm my delivery for the next day, which I didnt schedule. After being put on hold twice for about 10 minutes each time I finally was able to reschedule my delivery for today. I received the email this morning that it would be here between 11-3 and it still hasnt arrived. I would only recommend this location for items that you are going to pick up yourself.

As soon as I entered the store, an employee named Mo greeted me and then pursued to assist me in getting what I had came for which was a TV. Mo helped me out, wasn’t too overbearing and assisted me in getting the best deal on a great TV.
