Visit Tan in TV department. He has great customer service skills and his product knowledge is A+. He is a Product Trainer. He goes out of his way to help you. He stayed half an hour after closing to help us. In fact all the staff at this store seem friendly seem and seem to know what they are talking about.

The sales associate was great, very helpful, but the customer service number is a national one (reps are clearly international) and there was no way to contact the store directly. I give their support a minus 10. I was transferred 4 times, to different departments, was on the phone for over an hour, and they still could not resolve my very simple issue--a credit card refund on a haul-away charge of $29.99 for a TV that I did not have hauled away. Unbelievable. Also, the delivery people for the TV were not helpful at all, and Im still trying to figure out the controls.

Come in store to pick up some TV today and got a such a good deal. Always enjoy to come to this location shopping. Lots of inventories and they will always do price match. Today Owen helped me with my order, very patient and have really good customer service. He checked through all details and helped us to choose the most valuable item we can Get. Very happy for this visit and will definitely come back again! Highly recommended!

Post COVID - like many stores this one is very much different than it used to be. I do like that they have checkers at the front to help expedite online orders. Unfortunately I heard a couple of rude tones from the employees as they were informing me of bad news that repairs on electronics are taking several weeks due to the virus. Maybe they are just tired of repeating the same information to everyone? The facility and shelves were clean and organized, and the restroom was also fairly clean.

I am very unsatisfied with Best Buy and they’re deceptive practices. I ordered an item to be delivered from their website and then the Best Buy geek squad person returned the product before attempting to deliver and claimed they had tried to deliver. However after chatting with one of their customer service agents and talking with two customer service agents over the phone, it turns out that the Roseville store doesn’t even have any of those items in stock to deliver. Throughout each step and after talking with each of the three customer service agents, I was left unsatisfied and trying to figure out why Best Buy doesn’t give their customer service agents any ability to do anything except for apologize for the inconvenience and place another order. They don’t even have the ability to apply a small discount to apologize for the inconvenience. Only the ability to place another order and to apologize.Well I apologize to any other customers who have experienced the same, and I totally understand why some people refuse to shop at Best Buy… I am now one of those people. Best Buy is not capable, or not set up to, give quality customer service. They only want to make a sale and they make it very obvious by how they have set up their customer service.Even when you try calling the local store number, it’s just another way they have avoided the customer and offering quality service. The local store phone number just rings to the Best Buy national phone agents and they have no way of contacting the local store.

Pay for a 3200$ fridge. Wait patiently for 2.5 months to get the panels for the front. (Samsung bespoke)Was told have 15 days to return.Tried to return.cant reach anyone ever by phone.Have been on the Chat for 2 hours. I went in looking for a radio wiring harness for replacement car radio.. I was assisted by folks in the installation area. The first helper quickly found the best product for me, and in the process saved me quite a few bucks. The coworkers in the shop offered tips when they heard my concerns about my impending self-installation. I expected a long drawn out visit to the store, but these folks had me out of the store quickly--thanks!

Car stereo equipment is hard to come by these days. I got a good deal on a new head unit and even though it comes with free installation, they are backed up for a while. I decided to install myself, but since I had questions, I came back and talked to Chris, an installer. He gave excellent service and was really helpful.

Larger location due to the complex its located within. (Everything is there)We purchased a computer (All in one) & bluetooth Buds. Jacob helped up with computers and the process was quick, easy & ultimately my girlfriend decided to go with his recommendation. I agreed as well.The location is clean, lots of willing help - though no one is stalking you that I noticed.I was asked twice by two other employees if they could help while wandering the computer section. (In a 6-9 minute span) Far enough apart to not be annoying and an appropriate distance away in the event I found something I was interested in.All in all a relatively quick & painless trip and we got both; what we were looking for & what we actually needed.Thanks Jacob

We were planning to purchase 2 new cell phones from Verizon but they were too busy to help us so we went to Best Buy. They took us right in, answered all our questions, made recommendations based on our wants/needs and we purchased 2 new phones. We pick them up in a few days and they will transfer all data. Ill let you know more when that process is accomplished. For now, I am VERY pleased with Best Buy and the service we have received.

Pretty cool place, has a decent selection of general electronic and stuff but they never have any new computer hardware in stock (graphics cards, cpus, etc) Im referring to the RTX series and AMDs XT series as well as new intel and AMD chips. Been here 15 times in the last 6 months all of which with no success at scoring anything new.

This review is for Amber Rose at the Best Buy, Galleria Roseville. I was casually looking at televisions for my new home in the area when the salesman I was dealing with referred me to Amber as the one with all of the knowledge about the television sets. Her knowledge of the various models and technical data was impressive to say the least. After a lengthy discussion about alternatives I felt confident buying the Sony 65.Amber was not only knowledgeable, but very professional, courteous, and friendly.I returned to the store a few days later with a question about the television set and dealt with Amber again this time on a dryer. Once again, her knowledge of the product was excellent. I purchased a GE dryer and Amber arrange for delivery in just a few days.I highly recommend Amber if you have an interest in any electronics or appliances. She is one of the best non-selling salespersons I have had the pleasure of dealing with.I highly recommend Amber if you have an interest in any electronics or appliances.

Im inclined to be a little negative when I make a return, it gets put on a card and a month later I go to use the card and my $25 return that was supposed to be on there only had $1.I went in just to use the card up and ended up spending $23 out of pocket for something I didnt really need at the moment.Constantly pestered in there by every employee at every turn. I know its their job, but its over kill. If you see me aimlessly wandering around just looking at anything and everything, it means I want nothing. So no, you cannot help. Unless you want to stop asking me if you can help me. Then yes, you can, by leaving me to my business until I have a question. Ill find you, best buy employee. Youre everywhere like sentry bots.

We didn’t find we wanted this time, but the staff was available and helpful, transparent and not pushy! The store appeared clean and with decent organization, we didn’t have too much trouble browsing the particular areas of our interest but there weren’t pricing signs for all the products so we had to use the website to search some products (TVs) for pricing and details. Overall still a good experience though.

Awful I say! Went in to enquire about installing an alarm in my vehicle. First off, it took nearly 15 minutes before I was helped. Then the guy went to look for help from another guy. After another 5 minutes the original guy came back alone and started farting around on his computer. It was obvious that this guy had absolutely no idea what he was doing. After a minute or two the guy went to get help again. This was my opportunity to run for the hills and not look back. I would suggest that you do the same.

This best buy is the nicer one in the greater Sacramento area. Its a small drive for us up to roseville but always worth it, they always have what we need in stock. Sometimes they are so busy you cant seem to get help. Other than that this one is good.

I went in to purchase a Phillips Smart Sleep Sunrise Alarm Clock. I was looking for the connected version, the one that had the phone app. I ask the greeter if they had that version. He said yes and he took me over to the Sunrise alarm lights. He promised me the one they had included the phone app set up. When I got it home and tried to set up the light, I found out that it was not the version that I was looking for, I had been lied to  The greeter, did not need to lie to me to sell me the alarm light.  Had he been honest, I probably would have ended up purchasing this version anywaysas it was very difficult to find the connected version.  I will no longer go to this store, I will ne driving 15 miles out of my way to go to a Best Buy I can trust.

Front door staff as less than helpful and rude. The rest of the staff was pleasant and stepped up to help me with the issue the front door staff told me I could not get help for. Customer service was a little overwhelmed, which is understandable at this time of year, but they were accommodating and I was grateful that I did not trust the greeter that the front door.Heads up: If you order online for Curbside Pickup, do not trust the website, it has not been updated for Covid shoppers. It can take up to a whole day to get your order, also understandable, but 1-hour or even same day pick-up is not likely...Dont go through what we had to go through just to get a TV. Shop in-store unless you have a couple days to wait and in that case, its better to just have it shipped to you, it might be a better experience.

Its been quite a while since Ive been to a Best Buy that had fully stocked shelves that werent in total disarray. The only downfall at this location would be the lack of employees who were readily available to help a customer in any given department. It could have been an overwhelming amount of customers compared to the amount that theyre used to accommodating, or perhaps theyre under staffed due to this pandemic weve found ourselves in the midst of. Quite frankly it really wasnt too big of a deal. At least not enough to deter me from giving a 5 star rating.

My go-to place for electronics. Sometimes hard to find someone to help. Good selection of a variety of products. To me it is much better than another unnamed store. You can also order online and has the item brought out to your car. In addition, you can recycle things like CDs and cords/cables there.

Like most of you, I too have been to many Best Buys. My experience is pretty much the same every time. Walk around aimlessly looking for someone in the store that works there, and isnt actively avoiding eye contact.Then being left where I started off because the person is not knowledgeable is anything at the store....This time is was different, ... slightly. I did have to walk around for 5 minutes or so before finally getting some help.When I did get help the person was knowledgeable and answered many of my questions. He deserved to get a commission from my purchase for sure.
