Was going here for a while and liked the service and rates, until my last visit. My second to last visit, I was informed by a mechanic I needed a front wheel alignment, and said I would do that on my next visit as I was already getting brakes, an oil change and inspection. When I returned next for my alignment to be done, I was told my front alignment was perfect so they checked my rear alignment (something I didn’t request) and did that instead. And also told me my rotors looked fine, so didn’t replace those even though I wanted them done with the brakes (which still squeak 3 months later). Any who, the MOMENT I pulled it off the lot I felt the same hard right pull I had before I showed up. There’s no way someone got in my vehicle and drove it afterwards to see how it felt. Took it to a different shop and their jaws dropped to the floor when I told them I recently got a rear alignment done. They asked where?! Showed me all details up close. So now I am on my way to a tire shop AGAIN because my front tires are down to the wire basically, and I still have to find a place to get my alignment done correctly. I should’ve returned my car to have them look at it again rather than take his word. Feel like the job was rushed because it was a Saturday and they closed at noon. What a disappointing experience, I will not find myself there anymore.

Was checking prices for tires on our 2001 Chev Blazer. Could not get them without ordering. Called Wimmer Tire and was told that the tire size was very rarely kept in stock anymore and recommended another tire size that was comparable to what we had. No other place bothered to inform us of this. The people were very friendly & nice. Job was done in 45 minutes as we were told and the tires are great. We highly recommend Wimmer Tire. I love this Garage! The manager is always courteous and helpful. He goes out of his way to work with you. They give you an honest estimate on needed repairs and once the price is quoted they stick to that quote. Ive never felt like they take advantage of me being female, in so much as presuming I dont know anything about cars. When they give me a time frame my car is always ready within that time. Ive dropped vehicles off as well as waited. If waiting theres always good conversation and all of the mechanics are genuinely nice, courteous and respectful. Ive recommended them to friends and family and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, reasonably affordable, personable, great group of folks that will take good care of your vehicle and not leave you feeling like you just got ripped off. Ive never been let down, or disappointed. Mine and my family members vehicles are always repaired correctly, weve never had to return for the same problem. So, if youre looking for honesty, great work and amazingly good prices, give them a call. Dont trust these people with your car . They will talk you into ordering parts then when parts dont work they say they will send it back for refund thats the end . NO SERVICE AND NO REFUND . Ive used Wimmer for 2 repairs thus far. Ive been really blown away by the reasonable costs and the level with which they work with customers. Each time I was called and updated when the problem was diagnosed. I have yet to feel pressured into doing anything. It is very much a team feeling where they are giving advice and suggestions, but I am in control of what happens. Further, when a part I needed (because the manufacturer made the vehicle in such a way that I had to get the part from their dealers), Wimmers searched to find the after-market part and had it delivered within the day! Plus, I paid a fraction of the labor costs. As long as this shop stays under current management, I will be taking my vehicles there for A+ service.
