Clerk said Ambrosia brow pencil was discontinued. She tried ordering it online. Said you couldnt. Said she did not have shade of liquid makeup I wanted. She lied. I ordered things online. Wow, I was there May 26, 2021, 2 pm.

I bought my daughter a $20 gift card for her birthday we went to the store today to spend it and the first time they ran it through it was an error and they had to void the order and run it through again when they ran it through the second time it said my balance was zero they told me to call the number on the back of the car so I did when I did the lady on the phone told me that the store had voided it incorrectly the girl at the register said no they did it correct and basically there was nothing I could do. So I had to pay cash for my items and now I’m at a $20 gift card I will never ever buy a Sephora gift card again I should’ve bought Ulta like I wanted to in the beginning

I always have good experience at this particular store everyone is always willing to help! But yesterday one of the employees named Alexis really went the extra mile helping my mom. She was not biased at all and made my mom feel special.

Went to sephora was overwhelmed by the make up not sure about foundation colors a very sweet girl named alexis helped me she was polite and kind I will be returning! It was in the mall at jcpenney I believe this young lady was very nice love her .

John is the epitome of customer service. After his knowledgeable application of make up I was more than pleased with the outcome. Thank you so much John!

Always have good customer service even though sometimes they are short staffed. They are very knowledgeable about all products and are eager to help you find you the right fit. My only complaint is that I wished they carried more higher end brands like Laura Mercier, YSL, DIOR, Hourglass to name a few. Thats the only reason I have them a 4 instead of a 5.

I had the 15nlmin make up i couldnt ne more pleased.I think her name was Amanda. Knowledgeable personalable over all made mr comfortable.She dod a beautiful job . as a guy i felt completely st ease i give her 10 stars

Went there a couple weeks ago and didnt want to leave. So much makeup, so little time. Will definitely be a favorite place to go on a regular basis

They have the products Im looking for and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only con is that the store is considered a part of JCpenny and if you purchase a gift card from here and use it online, you cant return the product in store.

I was VERY disappointed when I went to sephora to get my prom makeup done. I had the store manager named lindsey and she was very rude. I showed her a picture of a very light mauve eyeshadow look and she did absolutely terrible; everything was unblended and she had loads of black eyeshadow under my eye and in the corner. The picture had NO black eyeshadow in it. When I asked her to fix it, she was very rude and raised her voice with me and said im confused because youre showing me this and im doing that and youre saying its not want you want, so I need to know what you want. She ended up taking it all off and I asked if she could just do a brown look. She literally put a skin colored eyeshadow on and asked if it was okay and at that point I was over her and I was just ready to go home and take it all off. Also, they are not allowed to put lashes on for you and I asked if I could just buy the lashes and apply them at home but she ended up putting them on my eyes for me and the way she did it was very uncomfortable. I paid and then left, went home and took it all off and did it myself. Once again, I am very disappointed with the service I received from this woman. I am a VIB member with over 800 sephora points so I was very hurt by the service I received. I will never be getting my makeup done by them again.
