I’ve had some pretty bad experiences at this Honda dealership in the last 6 or so years. To the point where I honestly didn’t want to come back. But they had a really good selection of cars in my price range and I decided I was going to at least go look at one and try to test drive it to see if I really wanted that model, trim and year. I didn’t set an appointment, I just stopped by on one of their busiest days and walked up to a young man that greeted me close to the front door. He asked how he could help me with a big smile and a professional demeanor and from that point on I was taken care of. Devin Wright was very easy to talk to and really knew a lot about features, trims, specs and pretty much anything I asked about. He answered with confidence which eased my concerns that maybe he was to green in this car sales business. When I came by the next week to test drive a car that we had discussed over the phone, he was with another client so his coworker John Wise assisted me. John is very personable and knowledgeable as well. The test drive was a breeze with his direction with some of the newer features in the car that I didn’t know previously how they worked. Both these guys along with their manager Mike Mannon made me feel completely at ease about my decision to purchase and the finance manager Kevin Mohr made my experience at Priority Honda of Roanoke as smooth as possible of a transaction. I cant say enough good things about the staff at Priority Honda. On the spur of the moment, I decided to look into trading/upgrading my 2017 Pacifica van. Slavi met us as we entered the parking lot and showed us the 2019 Honda Odyssey and I took a test drive. I explained that I lived 2.5 hours away and was returning home the next morning. Over the course of the next 4 days, Slavi kept in touch with me, answering all of my questions. On the 5th day I returned to the dealership in the late evening to trade my vehicle. Made and CONFIRMED an appointment with Walker, but when we arrived, we were passed to someone else (said he was the only one who spoke Spanish, so he needed to serve other customers who needed Spanish support). John, the next guy, was very personable and cordial, as well.First, lets talk about what one may call deception or another may call non-disclosure (might they be the same, conceptually). With an ALL CASH OFFER on the table, to our disappointment, they would not budge on the price of the vehicle, one dime, albeit SEVERAL places of moderate to minor body damage and an odd tire. I say deception or non-disclosure, as none of the issues were disclosed or shown in the 4 pictures posted on the web site nor the 15 pictures that Walker sent directly to me, upon request, before we made a 3.75-hour one-way drive to another state in hopes of purchasing the vehicle. So sad that the used car salesman stereotype was proven to be more that just a stereotype, in this instance.Interestingly, after we said no thanks to the sell, they came out and replaced the price sticker on the vehicle, increasing the price by $700, BEFORE WE EVEN LEFT! Who does that!?!I think I also felt some kind of way when Walker, the one with whom I initiated contact, did not even take the time to come over and greet my adult son, for whom we were purchasing the vehicle. To be fair, he quickly and courteously addressed me upon arrival and departure. Guess this experience has taught me to keep my business in my home state! I certainly hope my race was not a factor, but I guess Ill never know.

I had excellent service at Priority Honda. It was top notch. I worked with Walker who listened to what I was looking for, didnt try to upsell me on anything other than what I was looking for. We worked within my budget. Found the vehicle I wanted with the extras that I wanted.Walker made that ever so important connection between a sales person and a customer. No high pressure on buying or anything like that.And when it was time to finalize the deal, Walker handed it of to Quinn, I believe it was, found out he was a Star Wars fan like myself. Instant connection made right there. Again so important. He also didnt try to get me to pressure me to purchase he extra packages.He simply presented them to me. Answered my questions about them. And then I made my decision. Simple, clean, and again zero pressure. Exactly how it should be.I can tell you, if some is looking for a New Honda or a used car, I would definitely recommend Priority Honda and tell them to ask for Walker.

As much as Id like the oil change to take no more than an hour, my representative said it would be between 1:15 and 1:30, and thats exactly what it was. I appreciate the honesty most of all. I was so impressed with our service! We are a first time customer with service appointments. We bought our van back in December with the lifetime service. I honestly thought there would be some sort of catch. But it was legit! And they took care of us every step of the way. I was able to make a timely appointment within the week. They were on time and I was able to leave and come back. Oil change took approximately an hour and they promptly called me to let me know.What I was most loved about our experience is they not o my changed the oil, they did a whole van check up to letUs know if there were things that could possibly go out. So now I have a heads up that my tires will need to be replaced within the year and I can start budgeting. I’ve never had this kind of service and I feel very fortunate and blessed for them to take care of us! :)Now, next it would be unbelievable if I could also have my van detailed while it is already scheduled to be dropped off... ;) a suggestion for the future Honda! Tried to work a deal with Larry Dunn on a Honda CRV until I seen the work order and seen they were trying to rip me off. Tried to charge me for pin striping which clearly is not on the vehicle that he sent me a picture of. Then once I asked about it he got a bit of attitude. Still tried to meet him halfway and make a deal but he refused the deal over 1K. Said that he would pass. Very unprofessional considering I’ve bought vehicles from him before and my mother and nephew just purchased brand new vehicles a few months ago. Thanks for encouraging me to shop somewhere else.

Daniel Chapman is a great salesperson, and he tries very hard to get you where you want to be. Their finance manager, however, is about as friendly and encouraging as a rock on a creek bank. He says a bunch of jargon that all means the same thing we arent willing to give you more for your trade, nor come down off the price of our vehicle. This is why I highly recommend Duncan Automotive and Shelors. Within minutes of leaving Priority, I had an offer, within my budget, from both places and on a better vehicle that I had looked at at Priority. Live and learn I guess

I went in with tire wear and rear alignment issues. Paid for a 4 wheel alignment, and I still have rear alignment issues, and they cant tell me why?Come on... This is basic stuff. I worked on cars for 13 years and could easily clear this problem up if I had an alignment machine. They have the machine, so I dont mind paying them to do it, but evidently they dont have a technician there with basic first year competency in suspension and alignment work.Edit: just crawled under my car to diag for myself... The adjustment points have no tool marks on them. The rust is still there. Even the toe correction that they claim to have done is bogus.Anybody know a competent suspension and alignment guy with a good machine? Ill pay premium rates if I can get competent service...Edit2: Since the owner responded to my review, I decided to contact them at the email address they provided to see about a refund for the alignment they didnt do... My email came back undeliverable. Evidently their alignments AND their olive branches are fake.They have my contact info. If they do refund me, Ill edit this review to include that.

Took my Honda Accord to the dealership yesterday. They took me in right on time, and I spent my wait period in a nice room with plenty of room to social distance. They changed the oil, did the State inspection, and rotated the tires, and after they were finished the service advisor, Grayson Wade, went over everything on the inspection checklist with me. I was very pleased and would recommend Priority Honda to anyone wanting service for their car.

I was able to schedule my appointment for a State Inspection in a day, plus they do the multi-point review of your car. This way you can plan your maintenance and costs without getting a bill surprise bill.I usually wait on my car repairs, and their waiting is very clean!
