Hands down the best place Ive taken my vehicles for maintenance. No one enjoys taking their vehicles to the shop because things can get pricey, but Blue Ridge Truck And Auto always makes the process fast and easy. My truck is always done the same day and they perform the repairs professionally and quickly. Matt always gives me a call to keep me updated on my truck whenever its there. I refer everyone to them for automotive work. And will continue to do business with them for a very long time. Great people.

I have never had such a great experience getting my car fixed. My AC broke and I was expecting it cost a lot of time and money to get it fixed. I took it in, and it was fixed the same day. They were honest and did not rip me off. The customer service was great as well. I will never take my car anywhere else and I recommend this place to all of my friends.

We have used these folks twice now and I cannot say enough good things. We also had the pleasure of meeting them at a mutual friends wedding and they are truly wonderful, honest people. They do great work for a great price and treat everyone with personal care. Family owned and family run. Highly recommended.

Cannot thank this shop enough for their help in inspecting a vehicle I was considering for purchase while deployed overseas. They went above and beyond by taking photos of key areas of inspection and emailing them to me as I could not see the truck myself. Gave great advice on my consideration to purchase the vehicle! Awesome!!! I bought a salvaged vehicle and they thoroughly looked it over telling me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be repaired. They itemized all the labor, parts, along with replying to all my phone calls and emails promptly. They didnt even charge me for looking it over. Awesome service called around 8 this morning and was in around 11. I had replaced the compressor in my Jetta tdi and knocked something lose to cause no boost from my turbo. Blue ridge truck and auto found the issue right away and had me in and out. Thanks guys

The new manager Matt lied about repair costs and how long they would take plus the problems persisted after leaving on both are vehicles. I wouldnt recommend this place since the old manager isnt there anymore

Friendly staff, great serive. I have taken a work vehicle there multiple times for various issues and have never jad a complaint. They call to explain the problem and offer the best solution. If there are multiple problems, they let you know each issue and its associated fix. Price wise is amazing as well.

We have been using this shop for over 10 years now for both our domestic and import car. This shop has always upheld the most integrity, and treated us fairly. They only fix the problems that are broken and the shop rates are very reasonable. You will not find a more honest and trustworthy repair shop.

We moved from the downtown Firestone (our mechanic there moved to Blacksburg, boo!) to BRT&A and we’re COMPLETELY satisfied. The guys have been so polite and informative, and we’ve never felt taken advantage of in the slightest. We highly recommend giving them a call for whatever you need.

My new go to shop. Ive always found people on Craigslist before but Blue Ridge is fairly priced, incredibly helpful, and informative. They dont pressure you, and keep you updated. I would recommend them to anybody.

Kevin and Alan were extremely pleasant and helpful. I initially took my car to another service shop where they diagnosed a bad timing belt, water pump, and suggested a tune up for $1200. I called BRTA for a second opinion. They diagnosed my car problem accurately in 15 mins (which the problem had nothing to do with the timing belt, etc), saved me $700 and did not try to convince me to add more services and repairs that were not needed or urgent at the time. Great customer service, great car repair work. Will use BRTA for all of my car services and will recommend it to anyone in the Roanoke Valley area. Thank you.
