Bought some shoes for the husband, I called the night before, just before they were closing and instead it being rude like other places would have been they were so helpful and held the shoes for me so I could come look at them the next day! I definitely recommend shopping here for your work gear, plus their prices are better than ordering many things online.

Very little selection for women. I would have rated it 2 and a half as it appeared well maintained and there were sales people visible. I am rating from a womans point of view. This is more a mens store

This is the place to go, Ive always bought my boots, vests, 501s and more here. I literally bought a pair of boot that were damaged from the maker, not work worlds faul. I came back and showed them the issue and Ed the manager was so awesome, he made me feel important. I strongly recommend this place, they treat u like no other place!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a great place to buy work-related clothing and boots. The service there is excellent and not pushy whatsoever. They were more than willing to pull shoe after shoe after shoe for me. Theres a great atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed while looking around. Its always a pleasure shopping here.

First time in. Staff was very helpful. They had more variety than I expected and the quality is high. I look forward to going back. Work world is located in front of Home Depot on Virginia St.For a long time I thought they were WOK WORLD.

They got good clothing that survives well. Prices are a little high but it is quality.

Staff did not tell me that the boots I had on run long and when I bought another brand in the same size they felt ok but two days into having them my big toe hurt and they tell me on the phone that there is no returns. I spent 300 on boots in a place where the staff should make you aware of the size difference but let me walk out with boots to small now Im sol.

Nice selection of shoes and work clothes. Helpful friendly staff. Good hours, easy parking in a mall. Only downside is they are a little pricey, but close to others shops like this.

The store isnt big, but very hard to find the small amount of womens clothing there is. Staff was not helpful in finding them, and had watched us search without offering to help us. (it wasnt busy) luckily we found the ladies pants as we were leaving the store, but after finding the pants, they have a nice selection. I recommend going there if you need nice work pants, no shirts though. Just go to the far right corner towards the rear of the store. Im sure you will have better customer service, it may have just been an off day for them.

Worthless, they dont carry any sizes, the clerk even bragged we dont carry any sizes its too difficult.Waste of time shop elsewhere

Needed some new work boots, and they do have an awesome selection, at fair prices. The young woman working was very helpful and knowledgeable. I didnt explore as much as I would have liked, do to an appointment, so Ill certainly be returning.

I wanted the perfect pair of boots. I went through five pairs provided by a great employee. Although he didnt know much about the boots he never once seemed annoyed by my request for an other pair to try on.

Went in for cold weather FR clothing, they only had tshirts. Pretty disappointed. The employees were very nice and helpful though.

Ive been buying boots here for 15 years. I go in about once a year. Staff has always been great and very helpful. I bought my first pair of steel toes off of a recommendation of one of the employees there. They were spot on. I havent purchased a different brand or style of boot since then.

Staff was awesome. Give Liam and Alex a raise. Ted the manager is cool too. 11/10 would recommend.

This place has almost nothing in a wide size in shoes. Plus the girl that helped me had the personality of a rattle snake or just didnt want to be bothered with helping someone with shoes. How do they call themselves work world. I ended up going someplace else

Staff was numb and lacking in general knowledge questions; they actually answered wrong, nearly causing me to miss, Timberlands anti-fatigue, light weight work boots, with slip resistance and oil slip resistance. Dude told me these other boots were the lightest, they were clinkers in comparison. Trust your ability to compare products yourself and its all good.

The Manager (Ted) was EXTREMELY professional, and went above and beyond! My boots were out of warranty, but he agreed they were defective, and he let me replace at no charge. His staff is very professional (which also reflects on him), and my experience is VERY positive! For a great selection of work clothing/ boots I can not recommend high enough, let alone TOP NOTCH customer service! Excellent selection! Most importantly, they have a couple brands of each type of item. I went in for overalls (what a challenge finding these). Like most products I could choose from the $35 (Dickies) up to the $75 Carhartt. Nice to find someone who understands that some of us are on a budget.

Purchased a pair of steel toed boots that cut up my toes, and my heel. In a return attempt, I was told to take store credit or take the loss. This was on a pair of boots that the store sold as featuring a 30 day money back guarantee as part of DeWalts comfort guarantee which also promises that their boots are as comfortable as your favorite pair of skate shoes. Misleading sales tactics, horrible customer service, horrible management.

Not too bad of a place. I will say the selection of scrubs is not great and I found some cheaper online. I will say that they do have a decent selection of work shoes, such as steel toe. The cashiers there are friendly when they ring you up but not when youre looking around and asking for help. I only go here if I cant find what I need at scheels or online.

Bought a pair of steel toe work shoes here. If you ever have an opportunity to work where steel toed shoes are required be warned. The Merrell work shoes I bought here were ongoing torture. I have now bought Timberlines which are better, but still tough to handle for 8 hours.

Great prices on hard to find work clothes, like insulated steel toe waterproof workboots. High Vis coats, vests and coveralls. There is an extensive selection for women too, which is great! It is impossible for my gf to find proper fitting work pants, but they have them here, in several brands for women!I only wish they carried more ANSI rated eye protection. But otherwise, they are great.

Incredibly disappointed in the selection for womens boots. Looking for ems style tactical boots and they had 1 pair that even remotely came close t to what I was looking for. It was a joke...

Very disappointed, drove all the way from Spanish Springs just to go here. Service was awful. I was ignored by all the sales staff, who walked right by me to assist male customers that came in after me, even after I tried to get their attention. Asked the cashiers for help who were to busy gossiping with each other to help me. Wanted gloves, boots and a shirt, but had to settle for just gloves because they apparently didnt want my business.

Got a great quality and selection with very helpful staff that made sure I had all I needed before I left.
