Shopping today to find my wifes boots for her birthday, thank God Tiffany was there to help us she really went out of her way to make it an amazing experience. My wife is not easy to fit and she almost needs a custom pair of boots, Tiffany went the extra mile we must have tried it on 15 to 20 pairs of boots I lost track. Highly recommend going back again soon.

Refused to reshape a hat because there was only 2 employees even though noone else was in the store.

The girls were great. I needed a new bag...selection wasnt as large as I like but I found one. Prices are a bit high. Store is clean. They are definitely rodeo ready. Lots of product.

I absolutely love this store everyone is really helpful and any issues Ive had from getting the sizes I need if they dont have it they go above and beyond to returning a pair of jeans that where sized wrong they are the best highly recommend this store

When you walk in you can smell the leather you can smell the boots got that great Western shop feel. A 50/50 split of large selection for both men and women. Probably the largest selection of kids cowboy boots Ive ever seen.

I love Boot Barn. Unfortunately, my complaint is that the store doesnt carry many XXL belts for woman, if any. The location also has a VERY small selection for denim in sizes for woman 30 and up. I also didnt see a large selection for cowgirl hats, or many XL tops. This was very disappointing because I traveled from Susanville and this was one of my top stops. They also seemed to be carrying a lot of items from last year. I wish they would carry more current items, and amp up the selection for sizes. One thing I really did like was the mens selection. My husband found a lot of great items.

A lot of boots but very few in wide sizes.

Employee walked past me a few times without any kind of acknowledgement. When I was ready to purchase my boots the same employee (Jordan I think her name was) called another employee to the front to help while she helped the person behind me. I am not willing to spend another penny at Boot Barn after being treated like this.

Meh. No big deal here. Went in, saw three employees by the register, and no one welcomed me, asked if I needed assistance, I was on my own. Not needy, but its nice to feel welcomed at a business.

Great selection of not only footwear, but also clothing. Its rarely busy here. The staff greet you when you walk in, and offer assistance as youre just standing there staring at the large selection of boots. I check online for what I want, and like to have it delivered to the store. Im picky, but it only takes a few days to get exactly what I want.

I walked in there today and was ignored by the employees. No one asked if I needed help or check on me . They all stood around the register talking. I’m not sure if I didn’t look the part that would require their attention?? I felt unwelcome and discriminated. I won’t be going back there. I’ll be taking my money and business elsewhere.

Very fun place to shop for western wear. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend the Boot Barn!

They have some beautiful clothing and boots. My first pair of boots i purchased from them 5yrs ago are still going strong and I wear them almost every day. I have gotten so many compliments on them every time I wear them. They were comfortable right out of the box. However, their priced are just starting to get to high. Especially,, with the internet. They need to lower their prices especially on the clothing.

I love that Boot Barn carries Miss Me jeans in bootcut style in contrast to Dillards and such carrying skinny jeans. I am disappointed in the lack of choices in length of jeans. I.e. short, regular, or long. The selection of boots is impressive (as it should be....boot barn duh) and the selection of mens work wear and casual wear isnt lacking

I had a really good experience here. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and on top of that, I walked in the door, and the exact Stetson I wanted, in my size, was the first thing I saw.

One of the smaller ones I’ve been too. Otherwise, it’s a good place for the long lost southerner. I got some new jeans and a hat both on sale for a good price. I looked through the boots and was impressed with the selection but when I had questions it was difficult to find a staff member.I’m sure to go back at some point. PS- their rewards system is generous. For every $250 spent (easy at this place) you get immediately redeemable rewards. Pretty cool.

Largest selection of boots you can find anywhere. Lots of clothes as well. Found a pair of whites boots for only 285 which is extremely cheap for whites, so they can have really good deals as well. But usually they tend to be a little pricey but I suppose thats a trade off for having such a large selection.

Went work shoe shopping with my husband. Nice selection of work boots but not impressed by the organization of them. Cant rate customer service experience because no one approached us while we were walking around since they were all too busy talking amongst themselves up at the front.

I went in to the Boot Barn in Reno. Was not greeted by anyone. Was there to buy a pair of western boots was not offered help by anyone in fact I never saw a sales person in boot section. The store was empty except for one other person. I shop a lot at Boot Barn. Roseville, Suisun, Chico. This was the worst service ever. Either the training was poor or these 2 young ladies just didnt care.

Went looking for work boots. Didnt find any but I did find jeans. Reasonably priced. Very friendly environment.

My friend and I went in to look at boots and jeans. She waited about 10 mins or so to get put into a,dressing room. As one girl asked another if she could put her into a room the other associate said no, I am busy and kept walking. Not one person greets you or asks if you need help. Very poor service.

BOOT BARN IS AWESOME! Although Boot Barn is not a place that I would normally shop, I was given a gift card for their store. I was pleasantly greeted as soon as I walked in and asked if I needed any help a few times during my visit. Every single employee was helpful with answering questions and checking inventory. They even stretched a pair of boots that I did not buy there, for free! Their selection of boots is vast, they can order something from their website if they do not have it in store, and they will even price match boots (the exact same boot) if another retailer offers them for less. If you need boots, for any occasion, or if you need some western clothes, good jeans and a cowboy hat, go there!

Poor customer service, limited selection on dress jackets. Ask for assistance looking for boots for my daughter, waited 10 minutes when the gal said should be right back and never saw her again. Needless to say I wont be coming back

I cant say enough about the great staff at the Reno store. We had a glitch when applying for a credit card because of a new computer system that even Boot Barn customer service couldnt figure out. The manager was so apologetic and gave us a wonderful discount on our purchase. It was totally unnecessary but that is great customer service that makes people come back again and again! To all the ladies there...you guys freakin ROCK!!!!

I went in the store looking for a pair of boots. They must have a thousand different types of boots for men and women in this store but they just didnt have the one I wanted. But then Im very picky. They said they would order it if I wanted to look through their online catalog but didnt have the time. The help at the store was great. I think it was all young women in the front helping customers I didnt see one man. But they may have been on the other side with the farm equipment.
