So happy I found this place!! I had a tai iced bubble tea and a homemade cheesecake tart, both were delicious! The cheesecake was perfectly sweet and had a nice light texture. The berries on top really complimented it and gave it an extra zing, still can’t believe it’s a healthy option. The owner was also extremely nice, came to our table and explained that everything is organic and health conscious. She also made us feel very welcome. I definitely will be coming here to grab a bubble tea and enjoy the nice atmosphere.

The Taro frozen yogurt is absolutely amazing, as is the bubble tea. The Thailand Black Tea bubble tea is also delicious. There are a lot of topping choices here and it is a very welcoming atmosphere. Im always greeted with a happy Hello and every interaction has been pleasant and polite. Sit inside and enjoy the family friendly Pop ranging from the 90s to now, once in a while youll ever get some NSYNC!

The shop has new owners who are very sweet and worked hard to redesign the interior. The berry acai bowl and peach boba tea were both tasty and came in large portions. We will have to check out the keto peanut butter cookies next!

First time I tried this spot today. Been meaning to come since I moved to the area. Came late in the day. Some of the flavors were unavailable. That reflects my 3 star review. Place was clean. Seating was available to eat in. I had the cake batter flavor which was amazing.Overall I liked my first time here. Perfect lol spot for hot weather to have a refreshing snack. I will visit again for sure

The people were very nice but the bubble tea was terrible. It tasted like caramel milk, I think they forgot the tea!!

Beautiful atmosphere and great customer service. I bought my daughter in, it’s a place she use to visit with her father so it’s a special experience for her. I sincerely appreciate the compassion and patience the sweet lady showed us.

Came in for froyo but left with delicious coffee made fresh, ginger peach hot tea and a keto cookie. Very cute spot with lots more to offer than froyo. Everything was delicious

Their frozen yogurt was still serve yourself buffet style even during COVID, they clean the spoons and cover their food but we are all still touching the same handle to serve ourselves...

This is my first review, but I am just very impressed with this FroYo shop. The customer service was amazing, the taste was stupendous, and the setting was relaxing - all in all a great little date spot to take my wife and just have a fun time relaxing.Side note: the oat milk Caramel latte was a contender for best that I’ve had ever.

I waited for 10 whole minutes In order to get my frozen yogurt and I couldn’t even get the yogurt. She had to keep calling the owner In order to fix the scale yet the owner didn’t know what was going on Herself instead of letting us have the yogurt for $1.00 which the scale rang up the price for . Instead she brought out another scale , my small frozen yogurt rang up to $10.00 which is completely unprofessional and I would not recommend Yopop . by the time she brought out another scale my frozen yogurt was melting and It wouldn’t have been fair for me buy yogurt which is melted completely for $10.00 dollars . I would highly not recommend

My husband and I stumbled into this fryo/coffee shop after a grocery store run. The owner was very helpful and gave great suggestions. There is also a great variety without being overwhelming, you can tell there was alot of genuine thought put into the venue and menu. The prices are fair as well.

Very rude store owner! Bought a cup of frozen yogurt and some papa John pizza next door. Sitting in front of the yogurt store with kids. The store owner came out and asked us to leave DESPITE we have purchased at his store and DESPITE on other customer inside or outside ( as seen in picture). Will never come back!

Got some bubble tea here. Could not have been more disappointed. $12 for two and neither actually tasted like the flavors we requested. This was the most expensive Bible tea I have had and by far the worst. Hopefully their frozen yogurt is better but I wont ever find out.

I love this place! The staff is always friendly and helpful and it is so clean. Lots of fresh fruit options too. I saw a lot of reviewers saying that they dont offer sample cups. Maybe they did not at one time, but I have always seen that the sample cups are out in front and you can grab your own. My kids love it too.

Seems to be under new ownership that is buying cheaper, worse ingredients and they frequently seem to be out of flavors as well as inattentive staff. Been going there for years but the quality has really dropped off in the last 6 months

New management took over this place and the owner is very helpful and loving. Looks like they change a lot of thing and add new items to the menu.Being lactose-free is definitely not fun. When you go to places people have no respect for the diet restriction. I was pleasantly surprised to find an understanding and variety of choice. Not only they had pineapple dairy-free yogurt which is also healthy with no artificial add-ons, the owner was extremely friendly and did a power smoothie for me with almond milk yummy! All healthy (no sugar) with natural sweeteners.Its clean! Very bright! Definitely more of a modern look. The portions can be generous with a lot of toppings choice. The place is conveniently located in the heart of Brier creek next to Pei Wei with a lot of parking spots available. You feel very welcomed and unintentionally crave to be back soon.I absolutely enjoyed the window seats. I feel like I was able to have my quiet time and just pause a busy life for a second or two.Looking forward to new items and espresso! Yay!

Ive never had a problem with customer service, the employees are usually very quiet (I dont think this qualifies as bad customer service) and they provide us with sample cups when we ask.I do wish the seating option inside was better but when the frozen yogurt is that good Ill deal with strange seats.Try the PISTACHIO !!!!!!!

Sign that is printed permanently on front door say hours are 11:30am-11pm. Got there at 11:45 am. The doors were unlocked, so we walked in. The music was on and it certainly looked like they were open for business. We were greeted by a very rude employee who said were not open, didnt you read the sign on the door? Sure enough there was a small printed sign on the door that said Winter hours 12pm-10am. First thing...since when is October winter? Second thing..an appropriate response to customer would have been i am so sorry for the inconvenience. We are on our winter hours now and the frozen yogurt wont be ready for another 15 minutes. Not didnt you read the tiny sign. This was my first (and last time there) and we didnt even try the frozen yogurt. Judging by a couple of other reviews, customer service is not their strong suit.-Jon

I agree with many of the reviews that the owner is weird about sample cups. He is a foreigner and clearly not keen on the froyo culture. The frozen yogurt was above average the building was very clean and smelled very fresh. Many many toppings to choose from. All in, I would go back.

Every time I go in for a bubble tea they say their machine is broke, they are busy and cant make it, or gives no excuse at all and just say they cant make it. I am hoping to find another establishment that serves bubble tea because I will not be going back to this one. And the few times that they were able to make it they were out of the flavors that I wanted.

Really bad service, doesnt even offer the small sample cups anymore, if a customer can spend ~$4 on frozen yogurt then i think owner can spare spending few cents on sample cups. Also the owner/employee had no problem in kicking my friends and i out just a few minutes before closing, even though we were aware of closing time and planning to leave.

Went at 8pm tonight, flavors were pretty much bland and running out of mix. I was looking forward to pomegranate flavor as that is my favorite and the mix was out.Fruit selection was okay.Froyo consistencies were off. Not sure exactly what it was, maybe it was a bad night. But they were soft and milky like. Very gross.Not sure if Ill come back.

The yogurt is awesome, the customer service is terrible! I have frequented this frozen yogurt shop several times, and tried to overlook the fact that the owners do not like for customers to get samples. They will give you one sample cup. period...just one. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. The owner gave us one sample cup to share as a family of three. I have a cold and didnt want to share my cold with my children. Furthermore, she wouldnt let us get our own samples (correction...sample) in this self serve yogurt shop. I told her that she was selfish and that I would drive across town to Sweet Frogs before I ever put a foot in her shop again. I then told her that clearly she didnt care, because she didnt offer up an apology. She finally gave me a weak apology with a smirk on her face.

Horrible customer service. Walked in and the lady looked at me and didnt speak back. She was at the back and wasnt ready when I got to the register, so I decided to add a bit more yogurt. Then yelled at me as she ran from the back to not use my spoon to eat before I paid which I wasnt. A group walked in of a different ethnicity and she greeted them very nicely. I did not feel welcome or valued and will not be back.

I took my daughter to Yopöp. It was the first time for both of us and it did not disappoint! The flavors of each frozen yogurt (we sampled all of them😆) were delicious. The pumpkin and caramel flavors were our favorites. We also had the blue berry smoothie which was amazing. While we were there, the owner came to the dining room to meet and speak with, not just us, but all the customers there at that time (it was packed out). She took the time to ask what we liked and even asked if we would change anything. She was very hospitable and listened to everyone’s feedback with a smile. My daughter will not stop talking Yopöp and about going back. Looks like it will be our new Sunday tradition. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I have never been to a frozen yogurt shop that did not provide samples. I came here with a young child I was babysitting. When I asked the owner for sample cups he told me they did not have any. So I said I would use a regular cup and he got upset saying how I was not allowed to do that. I thought all ice cream/frozen yogurt shops let you sample their products. On top of that it was extremely hot inside like the ac was not working which is surprising based on the product they were selling. I will definitely not be back to this place.

Ever since this place go new management the quality has gone up exponentially!If you havent stopped by since, id recommend giving them a second chance!

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced - and the froyo is no better. I came here because its in walking distance of my house. I asked for sample cups and was given one. They have many flavors, so I asked for another sample cup. The employee told me that its one sample per person. The yogurt was runny and watery and the toppings did not appear/taste fresh. I am a huge fan of Menchies Frozen Yogurt which is about 20 minuets from my home. Its worth the drive for better yogurt and customer service. Dont waste your time or money at this establishment.

Horrible customer service. The woman yelled at my daughter for sampling more than one flavor. The store was empty and we were going to sit down but they started to mop with bleach. This was the middle of the day and when we asked if they could wait until we left, the woman said no and was rude. I will never go back.

The owner gets a 3 out of 5 for customer service. The yogurt flavors were just ok at best with no real tart options available and the fruit was not fresh. I suggest the owner and employees shadow a similar business so they can learn more about the froyo business- A visit to Menchies will help. As for me, I wont be going back. I will drive to the competitors...

This location, is awfol the last time we were here the same gentleman was there and he has absolutely no customer service. This time my daughter went to him and asked nicely for sample cup and the guys rudly say we dont have any kinda like he was irritated that my daughter interrupted him while he was doing who knows what on his phone. Also four of there flavors were not in use which leaves a very limited selection . Ive never really been a fan but now they decindefin lost a client. I would much rather drive 16 minutes to menchies.

I agree with all the comments about sample cups. The owner said only one sample cup per person, which completely contradicts the basis for samples. The seating is weird, Froyo is nothing special.

Someone should let your employees know that closing at 10 doesnt mean turning people away at 9:40. Kind of sad that DQ across the street provides better service (closes at 9:30, was open till 10) than a premium froyo place.

This is my favorite frozen yogurt place. The store is really clean and the yogurt is delicious.

My two small children & I sat outside of this establishment yesterday & had full intention of going in for dessert after we had s slice of pizza. The man from shop abruptly comes out & asked us to leave outdoor sitting area. Im 24 weeks pregnant and its not easy to get small children in & out of the car ... Furthermore the shop was empty inside & out. As a result of such rude behavior of the store owner/employee, I will go elsewhere for frozen yogurt.

I loved the yogurt here and spent way too much money here ($40 or more a week)simply because it was a my treat for a hard days work at the hospital. I come all the time so the owner, lady recognized me.I once went and ate my yogurt when I got home just around the corner. The popping bobas had a funny taste, so I went back with a bowel full of melted yogurt minutes after I left thinking she (the owner) would apologize and allow me to replace it. She simply stood there after I told her. I always paid between $5-7 for my yogurt and I was just out no yogurt and no money. Because she said nothing, I asked if I coould just replace the yougurt. She said no and nothing more. Awful customer service, especially when I sent so much money there. They care nothing about their customers. Only the kids that work there at night were nice. I refuse to pay to be treated that way. Whatever happened to making things right for the customer? I was there minutes earlier and the bowel was still full.

Went there on a weekday an hour after they opened to get one of the bubble teas they have posted everywhere. It wasnt ready. It takes time, says the guy working there. So I come back the next day during the middle of the day and no boba.. Take down the signs if you never have it!

Not the best frozen yogurt... Might have been a bad night, but the yogurt seemed a little too liquid, and the toppings looked like theyd been left out a little too long, with others seeming like off brands of real toppings.
