Although this stores prices were higher than our other MetroPCS by T-Mobile local stores weve recently purchased from, Maria was very very nice to us, gave us superb customer service & after I asked, she did lower the pricing to similar to what weve paid at those other stores. THE KEY IS YOU HAVE TO ASK/NEGOTIATE FOR THE LOWER PRICING.

I won 2 gift cards from the Metro PCS Gift card give away on 12/ 23 at the metro pcs on south Saunders..I went to use the cards and they were improperly done and had no cash.value. call the store I am told to contact 97.5.... try to contact k97.5 to get it fixed has been a challange as I called Metro PCS on South Saunders and they redirect me to K97.5... call and leave messages with no answer.... this really sucks... disappointed as the employee really didnt show interest in helping solve the issue..

They sole me a phone that died after 2 days. I went to bed and put it on my charger. It wasnt completely dead it was at 35%. I woke up at 4 am and it was completely dead. I tried other chargers and plugs it went to 0% than 3% than blank black screen. I took it back to the store the supervisor used her charger and said see give it a minute its charging. I told her it would stop at 3% and it did. She said well you have a 30 day Warrenty and its only been 2 days so you wait 2 days come back with the phone and we will swap. I asked her why would I keep the phone if it wouldnt come on? Than she took one off of the stand and switched the battery. I asked if she could just use the warranty because i didnt feel confortable using a used baytery on a New phone. She said No and that the battery isnt covered under warranty and that even if they used the warranty I wouldnt get a charger or battery. It would only cover the phone. I called Customer Service who wouldnt give me. Corporate number, wouldnt put a manger on than gave me a fake corporate number that has an automatic voice message than hangs up. I went to another Metro PCS who got in contact with the.ir Corperate Manager because theyre a different franchise. But she contacted the store where I purchased the phone. She lied told the Corporate Manager she (ASR) would meet me there. When I got there the supervisor told me I already told you I wont use the warranty. I said but the battery was at 100% now its dead and showed her the name of the Corporate manager asked if she knew her she said No I have my own ASR I told her to ask her ASR who she was. They gave me another one but it does the same thing. I have to talk on speaker but it goes in and out. It doesnt work on the regular way. The screen gets stuck. The battery dies after 35 minutes and more. I just called Customer Service. She called the store and she said Ziala said she would wave shipping and handling and to come and I will be able to get a new phone. So Im on my way to the store where everyone in there is rude. Another time I went to buy a phone and the girl said I had to buy a bundle package or pay 100% of the phone not the phone priced on the stand. I told her No and proceeded to leave she said ok wait how about just a case and headsets. I said No and you are not going to strong arm me and that she lost a sale trying to be gredy. Proceeded to walk out and she said ok. Dont worry you can just buy the phone but let me deal with all of these customers first than I will help you. Mind you I was there first. I am Black she and the customers were Spanish. It is horrible the way they treat people. So lets see how this goes.
