My iPhone 8 worked fine for everything except making and receiving calls. Id had it for a while, so I figured it was time for a new phone. This store was close to where I live and provides excellent service. When my mother got her first smart phone last year, Verizon Bob was very helpful to her. He set up the phone and took the time she needed to show her how to use her new phone.I was very glad to see that Bob was still there Saturday when I needed some phone help of my own. He set me up with a brand new purple iPhone 12 which I love. He did all the setup for me including making sure I knew Apple had changed chargers yet again so that I would have the correct charging block. He also put the tempered glass on the phone because I have never been able to do that myself without bubbles. Finally he boxed up my old phone for trade in and printed a label so that all I had to do was walk down to the UPS place and send it on. He made everything so much easier. The last time I replaced my phone I went to another Verizon store and they just handed me the new phone and let me figure out setup.I strongly recommend this store. Even though I am pretty technical, it was nice to have someone go through the initial setup activities so I didnt have to. And it was great for my mother who is not technical because Bob was patient and made sure she was happy with her phone.Thanks again.

Ryan was the best experience I have ever had from any sales rep from any company. I had a couple of issues and he troubleshot them for me and I ended up finding out the person who I talked to at Verizon ‘’activated” 5G on our phones when they didn’t even support 5G! He helped me upgrade with only having to pay the taxes with an early upgrade. In addition to superior service, this young man has an amazing attitude and was such a pleasure to work with while we got everything set up! Thank you Ryan!

Walked into this Verizon store after 3 unsuccessful attempts with Verizon “experts” over the phone for what I thought was an easy process....move a business account phone # to an existing private account. It’s a Verizon disaster if you try this over the phone.Fortunately there was Ryan Ott at this authorized retailer. He heard the same background I gave all the Verizon phone reps. He got right to the “source” to get it done. I can’t thank him enough. Renewed my faith in a failing Verizon support system.Question.....Why is Verizon over the phone support so terrible?Save yourselves time.....go to a physical store to solve issues.

This was by far the best Verizon experience I have ever had. Bob went out of his way to find the right phone for me and even stayed late to make sure everything was working correctly on my new phone. My daughter and I went into this store Saturday afternoon based off a recommendation from my eldest daughter who just upgraded her phone the week before. She was absolutely right! They provided outstanding service and walked through every detail and program that would be best for us. “Verizon Bob” was outstanding and was extremely patient with answering our questions and providing the best options! I would recommend him to anyone that needs to upgrade their phone or looking for new service! I would also like to add that the Manager, Jen was extremely knowledgeable and also very helpful! All retail stores should have managers like her. I don’t want to leave Ben out either who although did not help us directly was extremely friendly and helpful with the other customers in the store. Ben has now helped me with 3 different phones and he is absolutely the BEST! In the past, my Verizon experiences have been rather insignificant, but Ben makes the whole experience FUN. The guy that helped me lied to me about my options. My phone wouldnt read sim cards and when I asked about downloading an esim instead, he said that they are ONLY used for second lines, that Id still have to have the physical sim card working, and that even if I got a line with an esim Id be billed twice and I wouldnt be able to cancel my first line. This is all wrong. After confirming my doubts by looking on the VERIZON WEBSITE I called verizon tech support and asked about esims. Five minutes later I got my ORIGINAL line and phone number esim sent to me via a qr code and everything worked better than ever. I dont want him to get in trouble or anything, he was amiable and tried to help, but hopefully they see this review and they can learn the apparent right way of doing it. Im sure he just didnt know, but thats no excuse if you work for them and you inadvertantly lie.my advice would be to do your research as a consumer first before buying a new phone like I almost had to do because not everyone you talk to will apparently know the right answer.

4 Star Rating only because of the actual quality of the phone replacement through Asurion Warranty-(Verizon Insurance-monthly fee) is poor. (The tech that serviced it, was professional).Keeping brief; the customer service, on my separate visits to the store, was very polite and welcoming.NOTE: IF you are fairly proficient with tech and want to get in and out quickly, go with Ben Cohen. He is worth the wait, if there is one. As a business consultant and former owner, I will say he is a valuable asset.Fast, efficient, thorough, and able to multi-task. That sums it up.If I were looking @ numbers and metrics, from a C-Level perspective; I would find him a proper position.

I did not have a good experience in the store. The manager was extremely rude and short with every question that I asked. I got to the store about 10 minutes before it closes, the time listed on the website says 7:00, but on the door it says 6:00, I did not know the store was about to close. I just wanted a quick phone charger, you could tell that he was in a hurry to close and he basically let me know. Everything I asked him the answer was this is not a corporate office, we cant do that here. I have always been able to just add whatever I buy to my business account. He told me that couldnt be done because that was not a corporate office now what card are you going to give me for payment. With so many of the Verizon locations closed you would think that he would have been glad for any business coming his way. I politely told him that I would not be coming back in that store for anything else. I had my teenage grandson with me and he said the same thing, how rude and nasty he was with me.

Went into the store to switch over from TMobile. Rep said they had no deals on phones and they would be full price for 4 lines and I would be given 150 per line to switch over. Also they were giving us a hard time because I need to send phones to different states where my family and our businesses are located. Phones deals are clearly posted on Verizonwireless.com, and I called to make sure they werent online only deals as that can be the case.Switched over our lines by calling Verizon wireless instead and were provided buy one get one free phones as well as a comp of 200 per line. Verizon rep on phone also stated that the store should have honored the cellphone deals, but some stores are difficult at times. Sending the phones to different states as stated earlier was also a non issue with the rep as long as they are activated in the required time frame.Maybe the rep was just judging a book by its cover as I didnt look professional at the time, but after looking through their previous reviews one can only wonder how factual they are.

I would like to award more than 5 stars to Mrs. Jennifer Cook and the Verizon store on Creedmoor ! Mrs Cook provided exceptional service-personal, patient service, to a couple of old, hard to please, long time Verizon customers. She got us exactly the new Apple watches we wanted, the new Apple iPhones we wanted, linked them(something the Apple store couldnt do !!),and very favorably to us reviewed and renewed our contract with Verizon !All this was done quickly and very pleasantly without waiting !And then she went out to our car and linked the new phones with our car system-we have told our friends but still cannot quite realize what a miracle of service we got. Maybe its because were close to Christmas...or maybe Mrs Cook and Verizon are really that good .

I went into the store to simply ask if my SIM card would work from my old phone to my new phone purchased from apple and the guy continued to tell me how he thought 5G was just a bad idea without giving me an answer to my question. They give honest advice about new phones and are up front about costs and other optional accessories. Bob pulled off a miracle (or two or three). I had gotten a used replacement phone that showed up without a SIM card. Bob wasnt sure the card he had would work and was honorable enough that he did not want me to leave with the wrong card. It turned into a comedy of errors where what could go wrong did go wrong--my pin refused to work, the Verizon phone app would not let me log on because my ID was already in being used by another user (yep, me), I went to the Verizon web site and could not find the right section. Each time we hit a bump, Id hand Bob the phone, hed work a little magic, and wed get over that hurdle and move on to the next. He maintained good humor and great patience throughout all of this and the final miracle occurred. I left with a working phone! Thank you so much!

I spoke to bob over the phone, and he assured me he had 2 iPhones 11’s at the store so I could add 2 lines. I get there 10 minutes later, to find out he didn’t have anything. It was a waste of my time. The problem is the same thing had just happened at another store And to avoid making a second drive I called him and specifically told him I was not trying to get anything other than iPhones. Then he tried to make a sell offering me Samsung phones smh.

I went to this store to talk about switching from Sprint to Verizon. I was basically pushed out the store with little help and told to do everything online. The guy didn’t bother to even try to explain different plan options. Extremely poor customer service, I won’t be back to this location.

Verizon Bob was awesome! I came into the store with a problem with my old iPhone and walked out with a new iPhone 10...not really a planned purchase today. I had researched the new phones and was hoping to hold off getting one. Now that I have it, I love it! Great customer service from a very knowledgeable, professional sales person.

Verizon Bob is amazing. I started at another Verizon store and got really bad service and none of the possible things to include or add in the phone purchase package. I am glad I did not use them. From now on I will only use Verizon Bob, as he is extremely patient and helpful with great ideas. Save me lots of money and added things that were never even discussed before ever. In the past I have come into the store and gotten all kinds of questions answered, so I’m delighted to give him the business when I actually want to buy a phone. Thank you Verizon Bob!!!!!!

Both amazing employees. Bob helped me and he was great. Had to come back the next day to get my phone, he held the last purple iphone for me, connected me with my insurance to get my phone repaired to turn in and remembered the case i was looking at. It’s the little things that make a business great. Will go back for anything I may need from Verizon.

The easiest and best transition from our old phone to a new phone!!! Bob was so patient and took a lot of time with me and my husband getting us up to speed on our new phones. He even encouraged us to call if we have a problem or question.
