This was THE BEST customer service experience I have ever had! They were so personable, great communication, and my Mac was fixed in just a few days! Amazing experience- I highly recommend them!

I cant say enough about Edgar and CPR Cell Phone Repair. My Samsung S8+ was complete toast and I didnt get a chance to back up all of my data. I dropped it off with Edgar, hoping for the best and came back in a week. Unfortuantely, Edgar wasnt able to recover any data as my phone was just too far gone and wouldnt stop boot cycling. In the phones defense, I had it for 6 years and it was one of the best phones I ever had. However, what he was able to do was get the phone powered up long enough for me to come in to the store and backup up all of my data. I was so impressed as I was only able to get that phone to stay on for a few minutes. Edgar had that phone on for almost 30 minutes in the store. Needless to say, it made my day and on top of all of that, he didnt charge me anything as he said he really didnt recover anything. However, he made it possible for me to back up my phone and that was what I really wanted. Dont know how he was able to get that phone back on but, he did. Edgar is epic and I highly recommend CPR Cell Phone Repair!!

I brought my phone here after being told by another place that the work I needed was too risky. My phone had minimum water damage and the phone was still working, but I couldnt see the screen. The owner Jeff was knowledgeable about the procedure in terms of what needed to be done, the type of phone I had, and he was honest. He told me upfront what costs I was looking at for the different options that were available, even after I told him money wasnt an issue. Due to my job, I really needed a new screen to make sure I saved the contact info of recruits and I wasnt sure the last time my phone synced to the cloud, so I DESPERATELY wanted a new screen and nothing else. He informed me that a new screen might just be a temporary fix because of how the phone is built, it could possibly short circuit in a month, or maybe a year, who knows, but he said they would do their best. Do their best they did!! They cleaned it out, put anti-corrosion stuff on the inside, and god only knows what else, but my new screen is great and my phone is still working! THANK YOU, GUYS!!! :)

I stopped by on a Friday afternoon with a laptop problem. Jeff, the owner, immediately greeted me, asked if he could take a look, and returned from the back in a couple of minutes with a diagnosis and several possible solutions, all with my best financial interests (and laptop preservation) in mind. I never would have thought Id get such prompt, professional, helpful, and polite service in less than 10 minutes on a Friday afternoon, but I should have, given all of the fantastic reviews. AND, he didnt charge me anything given the nature of the problem. I cant recommend this place enough and will definitely return if needed.

I sent a request for quote to replace the battery on my iPhone 7 through the website, and received a prompt email reply and phone call from the manager Edgar. He explained how they would evaluate my phone for other causes of problems before just replacing the battery. I took my phone in two days later and met with Edgar, who was very knowledgeable about the iPhone and very pleasant to deal with. He quickly confirmed it was a battery issue and was able to replace the battery in about 30 minutes. My phone now works like new again. This saved me an expensive phone upgrade as the rest of the phone is working fine. I could not be more pleased with the level of service I received from Edgar and this store. Highly recommend.

I came in the store about 3 weeks ago and Edgar Carrera put screen protectors on my cell phone and also my tablet. He was very nice and I was so impressed that I got his business card and I have recommended him to my friends. He was very personable and professional.

I trust them. Took my chromebook in because the battery was draining. They ran diagnostics and could not find a problem. They could have easily popped in a new battery and I would not have known. And they didnt charge me - since they could not find the problem. Its rare to find honest businesses like this.

Brought an old phone in to see if possible to repair. They spent time with it and was determined the phone is a lost cause, but did write a report I can use for a replacement through insurance. If any future issues with my phone, I will come here first.

I took an IPhone 11 in for repair. After I described what had happened to my phone, they explained what the problem might be. After they realized that the phone could not be repaired, they explained why and provided a few options and ways to avoid but not eliminate future phone related issues and did not charge me. They offer a free service of recycling phones and computers to ensure nothing toxic ends up in a landfill and ensure any data on the device is destroyed. They could not of been more professional and helpful.

These guys really go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I was in a situation while working on my own devices and I needed a very specific tool. I called them up and worked with Edgar (make sure you work with him!). Edgar and his team went out of their way to help me, while providing expert knowledge and help along the way. Next time one of my devices is in trouble, I know to head to Edgar and his team!

They took my number and said they would call me back with a quote in 24 hours.After 3 hours, I get a call from the place, offering me to ship all the pieces necessary + labor for $279.99. They also told me that it would take 5 to 7 business days.The next friday, so after 3 business days, I got my computer back, working perfectly, and cleaned.

I stopped by the shop in Holly Park Shopping Center on a whim after work today, as I was in need of some repair goods that I would have otherwise had to have ordered online. This was my second encounter within the last couple of months and both times the staff had exactly what I needed. They are wonderful. Seem very honest. I sat and waited for them to take my battery to recycle for my cell phone and overheard several conversations with other clients. Several of them were things like, you’d be better off to...a suggestion that made them no money at all. I also took my computer in and he fixed that too. I will definitely return for any phone/computer needs!

I dropped my Dell laptop off to see if it were worth a tune up and hard drive upgrade to a solid state. Jeff and Josh couldnt have treated me better. After 24 hours Josh called to say my laptop was too old and not worth trying to upgrade. He carefully explained everything. I then told him about a gently used laptop I was considering. He talked with Jeff and determined it was a good deal and offered to check it out...which I will drop off next week. When it came time to pay...he said...oh no...no charge. Apparently they offer a free consultation!!!! I felt badly not spending money with them. Ill be telling everyone I know to go to them. EDGAR, you are amazing! He had his tech fix my phone issue so quickly. I am from out of state traveling, and needed my phone hotspot to do remote work, but the charger port stopped working. Went in for a diagnostic on my laptop and Jeffrey, the owner, was super pleasant and helpful. I had previously gone to Best Buy but walked away after finding out they charge $99 for a diagnostic test and said it would be 2 days before I got my laptop back. I googled computer repair places near me and CPR showed up. After reading reviews I decided to chance it and am glad I did! I highly recommend and Jeffrey will have my business going forward!

Jeremy was very thorough with his work and he even documented it so I could see it for myself. I came to CPR with 2 problems, and they fixed more than 4. At first glance the prices may seem a bit higher, but the staffs attention to detail and will to go above and beyond are the reason for that, and its very much worth the price to have someone trustworthy and caring fix your device.

Great service and good environment. My phone died and would not turn back on even though it showed indication that the charger was working. It was fixed with a battery replacement and I was in and out in about 25 minutes.

I called CPR in hopes of buying a small screwdriver for repairing my drone, Mr. Jeff Schiff answered and said I could come by and he would let me have a few of his extra screwdrivers. I came in, we chatted about drones and he even gave me some advice on soldering and silicone. Wow great experience. I had the screen and LCD replaced for my IPhone 7 plus. All the staff including the owner were extremely nice and professional. The new screen looks great, same quality as the original and it was done very quickly. The price for a high quality job is very fair. Thank you so much! Reliable and fast service at a reasonable price! The screen to my older I-Phone was badly cracked and I couldnt afford to replace the phone. I had trouble finding a place that had screens available for my phone but CPR had them in stock and was able to replace it that same day for half the cost I was quoted from the Apple Store.

I brought in my cellphone to CPR because of water damage. The touch-screen features were not working properly. The associate Jeremy was very courteous and kept me informed during the whole process. He did an initial assessment which included drying out the phone, and determined that I would need a new screen. I paid half the price of the screen before he ordered it. He returned the phone to me while I waited for the part to come in. That night, my phone competed stopped functioning. I informed Jeremy and he suggested I bring the phone back in so they could try to revive it. He kept it for several days and no matter what he tried, he was unable to get it to work again. I would assume the water damage had taken its full toll. The reason I am giving CPR a 5-star review is because I was always treated in a professional and courteous manner. Also, CPR gave me a full refund for the original $60 I paid for the new screen (which was never installed). Their policy is that if they cannot repair your water-damaged phone, you will not be charged. They stuck to their policy, which was greatly appreciated!

This place is great. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. My Mac crashed, and I was about to go sped $2000 on a new computer. I heard about this place from a friend, so I figured why not bring my crashed Mac in before I go out and spend $2000 on a new computer. They fixed my Mac for $350, and it is faster than ever. I will definitely be going back.

Let me start off by saying the owner, Jeff, was amazing! While I was waiting, he talked with me about everything I needed for my phone so that I wouldnt end up cracking the screen again. He even order a case in the color I wanted for me. This guy really understands the concept of customer service. Before coming into the store I called and talked to someone named Jeremy and he was so helpful and so nice it instantly made me want to go here. The other guy working there, Jake, was also great. Im telling you if you need something repaired you need to go here. Also check out the cases and screen protectors, they will put it on for you! Seriously, these guys deserve way more than 5 stars!

Am giving them that cause they charged me $10 stating its for installation screen protector then I answered saying you wont install anything, am gonna do it myself!! Then the guy said itll be for shopping just like best buy would have charged me! Well.... best buy didnt charge me before, so he is just getting whatever excuse to take my $10 as if I found my money on the road or something, I have a free warranty not sure why would I pay for that, but I need the screen protector so i just paid him the damn money to get my phone back in a good shape, i hope there is a manager that can give me a good excuse for what i paid!!!! Amazing! Ive used a few different repair places in the past and none of them compare to the professionalism and service that Jeff and Jeremy gave me and my MS Surface. They quickly earned my trust, took time to make sure everything was understood and clear before I even walked in the door. With such an expensive device it knew the job wouldnt be easy or cheap, but they were the best price around and very knowledgeable about MY product and MY needs. Extremely happy and the ONLY place I would recommend for this!

The J Team (Jeff, Jeremy and Josh--get it?) is the greatest. It all started out earlier this week with a phone call with Josh. He took the time to discuss my issue (dying battery) with me and help me consider my options. The next day I went to the store and Jeff and Jeremy patiently answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Today, I dropped off my phone to have the battery replaced and it was finished in just a couple hours. As Josh was about to hand my phone back to me, he took the time to carefully--and I mean carefully--clean the glass. More importantly, he followed that up by saying that I should give the battery a week to get fully acclimated and that if the phone still wasnt functioning properly that I shouldnt just live with it, but give them a call. Nicely done all around!

This place is awesome. They wont change you unless they can fix it and they only use original manufacturer parts. Ive been here several times for all kinds of different electronics, phones, etc and theyve always been great.

My mom went here with a smartphone whose power button didnt work to see if it could be fixed. It was on, but in order to wake it, you had to plug it in or wait for an incoming phone call. A pain in the neck, but usable until she could get a replacement.Well, the first thing they did was remove the battery. Now it cant be turned back on at all because *the power button doesnt work*, which they knew as soon as she asked for help.She went in with a usable-ish phone and left with a brick with nothing more than a shrug and a sorry.Edit: My mom called the responder to this review, and he then claimed to remember the phone. He needs to update his response.

I had a wonderful experience getting my cracked LG G4 screen repaired here. Everyone was knowledgeable, timely, INCREDIBLY friendly, and great to work with. My phone honestly looks better than when I bought it. The owner of this store is also incredibly nice, and really takes the time to make sure you are confident with the repairs! They also encourage you to come back in should you encounter any trouble, which is so fantastic for peace of mind. I have never felt inspired to review a business on Google, Facebook, and Yelp before, but they really deserve a resounding 5 star review.

I came in 15 minutes before they were closing without realizing it. My front camera on my iPhone 7 had stop working. I had told them and they told me they were closing soon. I apologize for coming in late ready to just take my phone so I didn’t hold them up but they surprise me by saying “We will look at your phone and stay open and wait for you”. I had to run to Costco down the road. I was extremely happy with how nice they are. The customer service is excellent and the fact they stayed open a little later to work on my phone shows that they care more about their customers than they do on leaving on time. I’d give them a 10 star if I could.
