Excellent experience with having the screen and battery replaced on my Samsung Galaxy S10+ with the ceramic back. Leslie and the Brier Creek team were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I lived with a cracked screen for 3 months and that was more of an inconvenience than having this repair done. Couldnt be happier.

Usually their service is good but not today. We dropped the phone off at about 6:25-6:30pm. The guy told us it would be about 45 mins and that he would text us when it was finished. We hung around until the text would come through but we never got one. I know they close at 7pm but the guy said it as if we could still pick it up today and our pickup time on the receipt said 7:39pm that day. When we got there, the store was closed with no one inside. And they don’t even open until 10am in the morning, which is rather late for people that work. If they were planning on closing promptly, they could have told us before we dropped it off that we would have to wait until tomorrow to pick it up. Or the guy wrote down our contact number wrong. Didn’t like that service at all.

Had my Pixel 4 XL battery repaired here. Repair seems to work fine, but when I asked for a sim card key opener to swap the SIM card back to my repaired phone, the woman at the front desk told me she didnt have any.She said she didnt have a sim card key. To open the SIM card area. At a phone repair shop. Who does that? Guess Ill need to go to another phone repair shop to get a key.Repair: GreatCustomer Service: Bizarre, to say the least

Highly recommend!!! We have been using this location in Brier Creek for the last 1.5 years. They are the most honest, reliable group of individuals I have encountered to date. The service is professional and I always trust they are not trying to take me for ride. I was in there today and within minutes the guy was able to tell me the problem.

Weve had several phones and tablets repaired at the Brier Creek location. Never and issue and they have communicated clearly about expectations. They also helped out with a PS4 but it was DOA.Friendly staff. Hours recently adjusted, so double check.

We had a phone badly repaired by this location. They COMPLETELY destroyed it. Screws were loose upon return- and then the mobile network stopped working. When we attempted to charge the phone an alarm went off and the phone became EXTREMELY hot. The phone was in working order before it was given to them - they must have seriously damaged some sort of internal component.The store was also closed so there was no way to remedy this. Why would repairs be done on a day when the shop cant be reached?!?!?!?!Verizon looked at it and stated it was definitely a hardware issue. They instructed us to call Asurion who is giving us a replacement without charge. They reassured us that this was not acceptable and that we would not be held accountable despite there being a deductible. Incredibly negligent and unprofessional.

So I went to Verizon and they would not put on my screen protector because of covid even with lysol wipes and Ive been a loyal customer for over 10 years. They suggested I come here. False advertisement to get you in their store. Website clearly says theyll match any local competitors price, but when I asked for it, they tell me it doesnt apply to my device. You can read it doesnt say anything about exclusions, but it mentions the name of my device 5 times.

I took my sons ipad mini 2 to get the battery replaced. The ipad mini 2 was working fine before I took it to UBreakIFix store#115. The only issue was that my son complained that he had to charge it a lot sooner than when the tablet was new. Granted the tablet was like 4-5 yrs old by now, so it was probably time to have the battery replaced. I took it to UBreakIFix on 10Mar2021 during my lunchbreak and Chris told me that they should have it ready in a few hours and that he would call/text when the job was completed. He left me a message on my phone, later that day, saying that the new battery was defective. He also stated that while inspecting the battery, he noticed it looked a little off but still used it, thinking that its a new battery and it should be fine. After a short time had passed, the battery swelled up and fried something on the ipad mini 2s board rendering it useless. I didnt hear the message until 11Mar2021. I was asked to call them back but I wanted to stop by in person on 12Mar2021 to discuss my options. I arrived on 12Mar2021 and was told that they had shipped the tablet to their advanced team to figure out if they could fix the board. Fast forward to 10Apr2021 (a month after I dropped off the tablet), I received a text from Leslie to call about the status update for the tablet. I called back on 13Apr2021 to hear the update. She said the advanced team was able to get the tablet to turn on and sent it back to them. When they received the tablet, they tried many batteries but the tablet would not hold a charge and to fix the issue now would require replacing the entire board, which would be the price of a new tablet. I was told that I would not be charged for anything but UBreakIFix was not liable to replace my tablet because they got it working. I found out what working meant when I got the tablet home. It meant that when I turned on the tablet, it displayed a battery life in the 60%. Mind you, it stayed in the around 60% pretty much the entire time it was plugged. When I unlocked the tablet, it stayed on for a few minutes then powered itself off showing battery life at 1%. Then I had to power on the tablet again and got the same response. The tablet could only be used for a few minutes before it powered itself off. That kept happening over and over again. I guess this is their definition of working. NOW I HAVE A TABLET THAT IS WORSE OFF AFTER TAKING IT TO UBREAKIFIX STORE#115. I cannot use the tablet and now have to spend my own money to buy another tablet for my son. I will not be giving UBreakIFix anymore of my business and I WILL NOT refer any of my friends or family to them.

From the start the woman made it very clear she did not want to fix my iphone that needed the front screen replaced from being cracked. She started by arguing that we were at the wrong location for our claim, which we were not as stated in the claim itself. Then she took one glance at the phone and said it couldnt be fixed because there was also a hairline scratch on the back of the phone. Ive had this fixed on another phone before so I know this is false. Poor customer service and not at all professional.

Went in and got my screen fixed a couple days and the guy working was extremely helpful although the lady rushed through and made us feel not welcomed the next day my phone stopped working the home button froze and my phone would not turn on at all we went back the next day three hours before closing she told us they closed in an hour and would not be able to look at my phone to figure out what they had messed up while doing my screen we left trying not to be rude like the lady was being to us and we went and ran errands and had to drive back by and saw that it was still open this made us very upset and uncomfortable I was not happy with the experience and won’t be returning except for them to redo my phone that they messed up cannot believe the behavior from the lady working.

Dropped my iPhone X and had to get a screen fix, so shopped around. This is the only place I called that offered both an original quality screen and a value generic as well. I just wanted it fixed fast so I could upgrade, so got the generic. Looks and works great! And cost less than my insurance deductible. Super friendly team.

My phone screen was shattered in a freak accident, best description I have. I went through my phone insurance, took it to uBreakiFix. Marcus said quick easy fix...except I have a Droid, so 2-3 hours. Fine, no worries. I want it done right, rather than fast. There was another gentleman there, too. I cant remember his name. But both were attentive, honest, and knowledgeable. I expected 2-3 hours. Planned for the same. They showed me the phone taken apart, and what they had to do...phones are intricate things...at any rate, Marcus was done before the promised time, and my phone looks brand new. Professional, smart, walk you through as much or as little as you want to know, and so far, phones new screen is working well. I hope I dont have to see them again! :-) But if you have phone issues, I recommend them.

Came in to this location by accident, was looking for a competitors location and they gave me honest directions (with a quote just in case.) Glad I got the quote because the other place was charging much more for what was actually sub-par materials. I was able to get my phone screen fixed in the time it took me to pick up milk and cereal at the nearby Walmart! I am very pleased with the results and the cost.

Awesome customer service! My iPhone 7 was completely shattered, they fixed it in about 30 minutes, and its good as new! The case selection is huge as well. The owner is extremely friendly. Ill definitely be coming back anytime I need my phone fixed and Ill definitely be referring my friends.

We took my sons Xbox in 20 minutes before closing expecting to leave it for a day or two to hear if it was fixable or not. The woman working took it right back, tried a couple things, came back out and asked for the power cord my son was holding, asked a couple questions then let us know the power cord was the issue. She had tried it with one of their universal cords and it started up fine. She was super nice and efficient. She celebrated with my son when he was ecstatic to learn we just needed a cord and had an old one at home which did end up working. :) There was no charge for this diagnostic service. We highly recommend and will go back with any issues we might need them for.

Marcus and Steven helped me by fixing my shattered iPhone. They were so kind, so up front and friendly, and also did a phenomenal job! This was a much better route than using AT&T and Im so glad I found them! My phone was good as new in a half hour.

The power supply on my old iMac died after a power outage, so I went to this store for repair after reading all these 5-star reviews. The initial interaction with the staff was pretty positive, and he seemed knowledgeable and willing to help. After the conversation, he concluded that the power supply was indeed bad, and suggested me to get a replacement from eBay and come back for the repair. He quoted me $50 for the repair. It was all good until this point. I went back in a couple of days with the replacement power supply.... But all of sudden, another staff member told me it would cost at least $120 just to open the machine, and the previous $50 quote was a mistake....Although the guy seemed polite and professional during the entire process, I dont know if they are trustworthy anymore... You dont give customer a RANDOM quote that you cant honor, and waste their time driving back and forth for nothing!!!I hope all these 5-star reviews are still true and honest. But next time you go there, please ask them to provide a repair quote in writing, so that you can always reference to later.... Well, for me, there will be no next-time....

After having my phone out around the pool and later getting rained out that day, my phone was working fine until I got home roughly 30 min to an hour later when it completely turned off. I tried charging it, but it would not turn on at all. My phone was not submerged in water and I only found a minimal amount of moisture on the phone when I removed the case. I decided to take my phone into UbreakiFix the next day and left feeling very optimistic that they might be able to salvage my phone especially after the Apple store told me that my only option would be to replace my phone for upwards of $300 . The following day, I received a call at work form Marco explaining the extensive repair process they went through. Unfortunately, it was deemed that my phone was unrepairable and still would not turn on. I asked if anything else could be done to potentially fix my phone and he ensured me that he would try swapping out the battery again as a last stitch effort, but was not hopeful it would work. I received a call back a few minutes later from Marco saying that my phone was fixed. I was so relieved knowing that all of my memories were saved since I had not backed my phone up in months! The customer service was great and I felt that they wanted my phone fixed just as desperately as I did, as if it were their own device. I also commend them on their policy. Regardless of the diagnostics or parts needed to repair a device, if they are unable to fix it, the customer is NOT charged. My experience was great! I dealt with two different employees when first dropping my phone off and later picking it up the next day. Both were extremely knowledgeable and professional. If they can save my phone, Im sure there is nothing they cant fix! Highly recommended.

Such a great find! Was so disappointed when I dropped my phone and broke the screen on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Got tons of quotes in order to fix it. The best was from I break you fix. And the service couldnt be better! Price point was reasonable in comparison to most others. And the people that do the repairs are so helpful and so customer oriented. Dropped off my phone and two hours later it was as good as new. Highly recommend them for things like cell phones and computers and all electronics.

The technicians at the Alexander Promenade location are amazing!! I brought my laptop in on a whim to check prices for a new hard drive and I was completely impressed with Marcus and Paul! THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME. Another company I wont mention wanted to charge me $200 to replace my phones screen. No physical damage but something internal. These guys spent 30 minutes investigating and determined it was a loose connection. Even if they needed to replace the screen i was quoted a price $30 less plus a 10% off coupon. If you every need your macbook pro fixed, this is your place. I poured water all in mine, I thought it was going to have to be replaced for sure, but I live near this store so thought I had nothing to lose to try. They had it cleaned in one day, then had to order new keyboard, and had it fixed two days after that. I couldnt get an appointment at the mall for this for over a week, so this was great. Very polite, professional, laid out all the steps.

I cant recommend these guys enough. They have repaired my wifes iPhone previously quickly and on time and today repaired my phones screen that had literally almost fallen out. They did this without a charge and without an appointment. All businesses should be this courteous and efficient!

I am a DIY kind of guy and Ive replaced the screens a few of my past phones. I had an issue that came up with my nieces iPhone 7 Plus about mid-way during a screen replacement. Stripped Y screw on the home button. This was a huge issue because I couldnt get the screw out but also the home button, if not salvaged, would render the touch ID inoperable. This was a huge huge problem for what was a simple screen replacement. Long story short, after some discussion, the tech Keleigh at this location decided to give it a shot. She had a great set of tools in the back and spent some dedicated time on the device even though they had said it was about a 70% chance the home button would be inoperable. .. She fixed it. Works flawless. She used a few savvy techniques and was able to finish the repair for me. All in all, I still net at a very reasonable price. Trust these guys with your repairs... They work hard to make it right for their customers.

Cracked the screen on my Surface Pro 5, was told at the store at the mall I bought it from I had to send it off for exchange. The team at ubreakifix fixed my computer, didnt have to send it off, and saved $400 off of the price of an exchange. Only took 2 days total. Highly recommend

Good service except they forgot to ask my husband unlock the cell phone before he left. He couldve returned in his busy schedule. Also they didnt test the quality of the fixed phone and let my husband sign anyway even though the phone was not working properly.

Shopped all over town for the best place to get my S8 Plus fixed. Wow are they expensive to fix. Found this store and found out they work directly with Samsung and price was lowest I could find. My 2011 macbook pro stopped working a few days ago, wouldnt boot up. I took it to uBreakiFix and within 24 hours they had diagnosed the issue and offered two different solutions to the problem. I didnt have to pay for the diagnostics and both of the staff members I talked to were very helpful.

I would give zero stars if I could....The assistant manager here is a joke. This location and the Durham-Southpoint are owned by the same person. Beware they are using bait and switch techniques to upsell. I filed a simple front glass insurance replacement that was a $29 charge. When I arrived at my appointment they told me they had to replace the back as well for an extra $89. I then the location in Cary and they replaced my front screen with job problems. I attempted to call to call the owner and was given the run around by someone at the Southpoint location

She was able to tell me exactly what was wrong with the phone. She apologized for the poor service from the other repair center even though it wasnt her fault. Brier creek is an excellent location and you can trust that they only place great businesses there. Dont go to cheaper repair shops. You get what you pay for. 0 stars. They took my laptop in for diagnostics and told me they would call me as soon as they had a price for a replacement screen. Not sure why they had to diagnose the issue; the screen was cracked. I told them the part number. They never called. I called them 2 days later. They said I guess they forgot to call you. We couldnt find a part online so we cant fix it. Useless. Fix it yourself

Steven was one of the most helpful people I have ever met. From initial phone conversation to the repair, he assisted me better than anyone else in the industry. This company replaced my battery for my iPhone 6 Plus. After going to Apple and being told my battery was consumed, they tried to charge me $79 for a new battery and wait 3 hours for it to be completed. This company was way cheaper and had wonderful customer service (which you definitely dont get from Apple). I called them at 6:10pm, arrived at 6:20pm, and by 6:45...my iPhone battery was replaced. Steven even showed me my old battery compared to a new battery. For a guy that isnt very techy---I found this fascinating.If you have any issues with your devices, make sure you bring it here and make sure you ask for Steven. I know Ill be back if I have any future issues.

I was having a problem with my charging port holding on to my charging wire and connecting as fast charging. I had just come from Pro Wireless where they tried fleecing me because they thought I was stupid. Nothing could be farther from the truth at UBreak...I explained the issue to the gentleman and he didnt even hesitate, he asked to see my phone, went in the back, blew air in it twice, came out said it was fixed and no charge. I spilled water on my MacBook and thought the only solution would be to start saving up money for a new computer... a friend recommended UBreakiFix in Brier Creek, I called and was given an honest and up-front estimate of what I would be looking at cost-wise for repair and was told I could drop the computer off for a complimentary diagnostic test. I dropped my computer off in the afternoon and they got in touch with me a few hours later to say that they would actually be able to replace the keyboard which would fix the problem for a very reasonable amount. I got text updates from Niko about the status of ordering parts and what the total cost to repair was. I could not be more happy with the repair work and quality of customer service here! Im keeping beverages far away from technology from now on so hopefully I wont have a reason to visit here again but will be recommending this location to family and friends!

Earlier today, my iphone 5s suddenly stopped working! It wouldnt turn on or respond in any way. I decided to take a chance and drop it off to uBreakiFix in Brier Creek in Raleigh. Within 20 minutes they had diagnosed my phone. Apparently there was a loose connection because the tech simply reinstalled my original battery and the phone started working like normal. Now heres the thing, its an old phone! They could have easily said it needed a new battery, and I would have been none the wiser. But instead they were honest and sent me on my way with no charge. Their integrity won a customer for life! And in fact, later this afternoon, I dropped off another iphone that has water damage. I am very impressed with the customer service, the cleanliness of the shop, and the integrity of its technicians.

IPad screen shattered. They said it would be fixed same day. They stated their tech broke the iPad further while replacing the screen, meaning it will have to be sent off to be fixed turning “same day” into five days later. They said they would pay for that. I asked about the $120 cost to overnight another iPad to my tech, the two days of rerouting, and a whole day of lost work. They said they would discount me $20. What a sham. They broke it further and cost me more money, and wouldn’t at least cover the whole cost of fixing the iPad. Find another place to get your iPad fixed. Moral issues here.

Their employee, Carl, helped me out with an issue with my Nintendo Switch. It turned out the problem was fairly minor, it was fixed within a couple of hours, and I wasnt charged a dime.Very friendly employees and would certainly recommend them for a fix with any electronic device.
