Best car buying experience Ive had EVER! Anton was very patient with me when I was trying to choose the right car. He showed me so many cars and helped me let me lay down the seats in every car to see if they met my needs. Even stayed late with me after they closed to make sure I got the best deal possible. Alex went above and beyond to take care of me and some trouble that happened but I didnt need to worry for a second. I can really tell they care about their customers and got me the best rate and payment I could ever imagine. I seriously cant thank you guys enough! I feel so comfortable in my car and I will for sure recommend them to anyone that I know buying a car.

This place is the worst car lot in Portland and if you buy from them you are getting ripped off. I went there to buy a car they had a 2016Audi ĺow miles and clean inside and out. The price was 19k I had 7k that I was Walked down 82put down on it ? They came back at me and said that they needed 11k down??? Ive never seen anything like it. Ridiculous I told them to have a nice day and maybe smoke another bowl. Walked down 82nd ave two blocks and found something better for less. So you want to get ripped off go see them.

THEY LOST THE KEY!!! Today is Tuesday they send a fresh faced girl to drop it off…. With a BROKEN KEY… I take it to get fuel when I notice there is NO TRIP PERMIT IN THE WINDOW!!! So I call them up just for them to LAUGH AT ME AND STATE “the good news is no one is ticketing for that”Customer service is an absolute joke nothing more than the cliche scummy used car sales lot! You are better off taking your chances with Craig’s list!!!!

Very shady company. They post ads for cars that they do not have on Craigslist. When you call-in and ask if its still available, they tell you that it was just sold, they try to entice you with a similar yet different car. They just did this to me! 7 hrs ago, they just posted the same exact car that I called about days ago that they told me they sold yesterday. SKETCHY!

This was my first experience with Atlas motors, my car buying experience was easy, hassle free, and enjoyable. Upon first arrival I was able to speak with the manager Alex who gave me base information and let me wonder around and until I was ready to look test out a car. At which time Sam the sales associate came to aid me in with a test drive, giving me details about the vehicle as well as a few others to compare prices, then Dee helped me with the financing portion getting me a good rate and making sure the payments were in my price range. Went back for an AC issue with the car, after getting the run around and wasting my time Benny fixed it. Asking basic questions to Jorge was a failure as he was completely aloof and seemed bothered by my inquiries. when I asked about the code on the outside of the door and a car manual for the vehicle. Jorge brushed off my questions, by saying go to the car dealership but the guy is Johnny on the spot to close a deal. For the record I resolved my questions by using YouTube, sorry to trouble you all.Now I’m seeing the bumper looks to have been previously damaged and covered up or changed. Of course I’m irritated because I didn’t catch it. We will not be going back for certain.

Not very woman friendly. Stay away if youre on a budget.My mother & I visited here today and the customer service was super welcoming at first. A man by the name of Louis was super helpful in walking around with us, conversing and attempting to show us cars we might be interested in.But, after I told him I was a student and my budget was half of what the vehicles we were currently viewing, he took my mom and I to the back of the building and showed us cars that were were more in our price range. This is fine of course since he was showing us what we could afford, but the customer service went downhill from there.There was a lot of sarcasm, he made us wait forever to check on mileages and prices. He had his boss, Alex, come outside and humiliate us by telling us an overpriced number just to see our reactions. After we were obviously shocked, he chucked and told us the correct price of the car- only after laughing with his co workers.Overall, super disappointing. The cars here are really nice, but I take it if youre price range doesnt match their tagged prices, youre no longer a customer, but an opportunity for kicks and giggles.Side note: I get it, they were probably just being men and having a laugh, but Id like to point out that were already two woman of color entering a lions den when shopping for cars- esp on 82nd Ave. The least they could have done was keep it cute and professional.

I was transferred to a manager who said he would see if there is something they could do to help and would call me back. It has now been two weeks and no one has called me back. I visited Atlas Motors on 4/22/2021 looking for a car explaining that I needed it for work and as a family car. I advised I did not want my payment to be any more than $375.00 and I wanted a service repair warranty as I didnt want to be responsible for any vehicle repairs I could not afford as a single mother with two small children. I test drove 3 vehicles each vehicle test driven. I was advised that there would in fact be a service repair included in my deal. I expressed strongly I did not want to drive off the lot without a service repair contract. I was told I would get that. It went from 48 months on the first car driven to 24 months on 2010 Kia Soul 95,626 Miles payments $374.00 with $2,000. down. I accepted the deal because if anything went wrong within the 2 years I would be able to take to the dealership without issues. During the signing process I noticed the payments were lower and they asked me to sign the As Is contract and the paper showed that nothing was promised. I inquired about that and was told that I did not get financed for the service repair. I immediately advised I wanted my money back because I was not told that the service repairs were based on conditions I was advised by the sales rep I would get it. Then they bring their floor manager AC to tell me that he would at least try to get the 2 year service repair if not he would get at least 1 year of service repair with a car contract. Today I called and was advised I had been approved but did not get the service repair but my payments went lower. What pisses me off is the fact these men railroad us single mothers into these jacked up deals when it comes to buying a car. I was specific and detailed as to what I wanted for the safety of myself and children. I can not afford it especially with this pandemic and the kind of job I have to have a vehicle go out of service and I have to pay out of pocket. I felt I was tricked and lied to by these men. I understand commission but to the point where you are not listening to the customer at all and giving them what you want because a person needs a car.I requested for my money back and to return the car pending that of course because the manager isnt there but they want me to resign contract for lowered payments . I just wanted a reliable car with a service deal is that too much for a single hard working mother ask for ??? They totally played me and lied to me just to get a sale. If it was for my best interest they would have honored what they said and promised and gave me what I asked for if not allow me to go elsewhere. Do not go to them they are LIARS!Follow up Update- I was contacted by the Owner of Atlas.He expressed empathy and understanding to my situation and my experience with his staff. He gave clarification of how things should have went during my experience the first time and because it did not go the way his vision was set for the business he made sure he made it right for me. I was able to get my service plan (as advised )along with a lower car payment. I appreciate a business who can take accountability and give positive resolutions. Because of Andy I will continue to do business with Atlas Motors and grateful for the redemption. I still have my vehicle with the security of a service plan if needing to be serviced.
