Bought a Camaro from them two weeks ago. Turns out the hood insulators were damaged and it looks like the yellow glue were put to have the pieces together so the parts were missing. The managers werent willing to do anything for all those damages. The salesman was amazing and helpful while the managers arent.

We were in a bind in finding a car but Leo G. was able to help us with something even better than we could hope for. The staff was very friendly, relaxed and so helpful. Definitely bring someone with knowledge in mechanics. Former helicopter mechanic so I know a little about cars and obviously can’t dig into it sitting at the dealership. But I got a check engine light ON THE DRIVE HOME after buying a 2015 Dodge Dart. It was for a knock sensor low circuit so I climbed under and the wires for the knock sensor are CUT… so these mechanics obviously saw the code since it pops on immediately and decided to either cut the wires or just clear it so they didn’t have to bother with the knock sensor. Not only that they couldn’t even bother to swap the filthy intake air filter… probably the easiest job to do on a car and it was skipped. I traveled to this dealer from Olympia so in order to get this fixed I’d have to drive a couple hours and leave the car there since they won’t have it towed back to the dealer. On the bright side the sales lady I worked with was wonderful.

This is my first purchase of a domestic vehicle, let alone a pickup truck. I walked in with a lot of interest in a pick-up but limited knowledge. My entire experience at the dealership was primarily contributed to the professionalism and sincerity that sales rep Leo Gaona demonstrated. He never once tried to oversell on anything, was very upfront with costs, provided me with answers to all my questions and truly put his best foot forward from the get go. So if you’re shopping for a Jeep or pickup truck, ask to speak specifically to Leo, he’s amazing to deal with.

Went with my son to buy a truck. They were not very friendly and not willing to negotiate. My son really wanted the truck so he got it. Could not leave with the truck because it needed to be serviced and we were told it would be cleaned. They did not respond to phone calls and finally got a text a few days later. Went to pick up the truck and it was dirty, not cleaned at all. Pop tart wrappers in center console with crumbs, dirt all over floor, dirt on the outside as well. Very disappointing. Plus picked it up with the gas tank on empty.

Bought my Jeep while it was in transit. Leo was great at letting me know what to expect and contacted me as soon as it came in. He was patient in answering the questions that I know I asked more than once and did not rush me through the paperwork knowing that it was overwhelming. He walked me through everything in the Jeep and was patient was that too because wow vehicles have gotten fancy. Overall great experience very happy with my purchase.

The workmanship is always great here. Im just not happy about getting hit with a $2200 repair bill because the worthless warranty lithia sold us conveniently doesnt cover a part thats known to go bad prematurely and is ungodly expensive to replace

The Asian gentleman that assisted my partner and I behaved as if we intruded on something sacred when we walked in and approached as he sat there phone in had, never standing to greet us. He wasnt forthcoming with ANY details to any vehicle. When I told him he was treating us as if he seen us as a huge waste of time, he blamed us for not giving him what he needs to help us. Saying people usually do all their research online then come in and buy the car. He also stated he doesnt work with people who dont intend to purchase a car THE SAME DAY THEY COME TO CHECK OUT THE CAR. He ended up walking back to his office without saying a word. And never coming back. Perhaps He wasnt clear on the commission aspect of his employment. If you Do go here, please do the footwork for the salesmen or be treated badly

Worst experience ever. I called in to make a appointment for a oil change and I told them I had a nail in my tire. I made the appointment and still had to leave my car for three hours, then I come back and they said they were out of patch kits to fix my tire but I did have a nail in my tire. Then I get a call the next day that the mechanic forgot to put the wheel lock back in my car and I had to go pick up to go get it. After the managers calls and says he’s going to resolve this by making a appointment to have someone come pick up my car and take care of it, yeah that never happened. Terrible experience! Wouldn’t recommend it!!

Lithia Jeep Portland is a 2 hour drive one way for me and totally worth it! I stopped by my local Jeep dealerships and they were vultures! I didnt want to be sold. I wanted help choosing what I needed and wanted because I had my eye on 3 different models. Leo Gaona helped do just that! He took the time to explain the features of each vehicle and how it would perform for what I wanted and needed it for. The experience wasnt a push to buy the most expensive vehicle, it was genuinely aimed at getting me the vehicle best suited for my needs and my wants. I will definitely go back! I purchased a van here and have free lifetime oil changes. Even though Ive since moved out of the area, Ive continued bringing the vehicle back here for service and I continue to be so impressed with their approach. Not once have they tried to upsell me on additional services that werent covered. They did once advise that I consider replacing the tires sometime soon but with no pressure or implied expectation that I do that with them. It is so refreshing that an auto service provider isnt focused on making a quick buck, but instead on earning the trust of its customers. My vehicle purchase took longer than expected due to Catalytic Converter thieves and FedEx deliveries being WAY behind, however, throughout all of that Christopher kept me informed and treated me like a family member every step of the way. Dont use the service department!!!!! I have a truck that got repaired it took 2 month and the whole time without a vehicle. Now I had another issue and since its under warranty I brought it back reluctantly. last communication was a week ago. I have called several times and about 20 times from 9 to 12 today with no response from service department at all just voicemail. I own a business and this is ruining my company without a vehicle or even call back or answer so I could possible make other arrangements. Very disappointing very frustrating and ultimately completely dissatisfied with overall service and communication.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is absolutely horrible! Went in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. They said I needed new tires. I told them I would be taking my car to Les Schwab for tires - they took my wheel lock so I couldnt get new tires and now wont respond to calls. Completely horrible. Dont purchase a car from this dealer, their prices are also far more expensive than the dealer in Gresham. AVOID! You have been warned.

If I could give zero stars I would. We recently purchased a 4xe, 56k vehicle. It needed warranty work due to a recall on a faulty high voltage cable as well as a software update, full day repair. Dealer would not reimburse for rental or provide loaner. Worst service experience ever, I switched from Toyota to test out Jeep, waste of time. Plus, service is booked out for 3 weeks. Poorly run dealership.

I found a Jeep Cherokee online and drove to see it. They had it outside ready for us to test drive. The salesman Leo was great and made this transaction very easy. They even fixed some small nicks that were in the windshield. Everyone was very kind and hospitable. I will definitely be back to buy my next car here.

The service advisor, John, was great and understood the danger I was in and did his best to get my fixed quickly. If I was just rating him, the rating would be a 10.Concerns:I was sent out in a dangerous vehicle because they misdiagnosed the issue. I paid out of pocket for non-warranty items when the actual issue was a warranty item. No loaner cars available. The time it takes for repair is completely unacceptable considering they do not supply a loaner. The attitude of some of the staff--lack any customer service skills or empathy. Lack of skill --this is the fourth time I have brought my vehicle and been given incorrect diagnoses (tires, oil, engine, electrical). The management does not care at all as they have NEVER followed up about anything. My car actually cut off while I was driving on the highway because they misdiagnosed it and the only person who apologized was the service advisor. Vehicle there previously for a week before being touched and then had it all wrong which is why I brought it back. Mind you this Jeep is only four years old and around 32,000 miles.Update: called 4 times since the reply and left two messages with no call back.

Bought a car in March 2020, failed to have the proper paperwork sent out within 30 days. They been ducking my calls. They never emailed me any information. Never got my plates or registration. Talked to Tracy a couple of time and she said she would send a new temp tag. Never received anything! Horrible service and convince they are just giving me the run around. Hiring a lawyer an to get this BS resolve. Never Again!!!

Ive left many poor reviews of car dealerships - but Lithia Chrysler deserves 5-stars. I can see why their rating is so high. The dealership seems well run, honest, and as far as I can tell they dont take advantage of people.I worked with Skylar on a new 2021 Pacifica Minivan. Im from out of town, and she held if for me. When I arrived we completed the paperwork in less than 15 minutes and I was on my way. Ive never had it so smooth at a dealership. Most dealerships (not this one) will try to high pressure upsell you, or they take hours to complete paperwork even though youve already agreed on the price, etc. But not here, it was very smooth and easy, I wish every dealership ran like this one.I only worked with Skylar, so I cant speak for the other sales reps, but she was great, highly recommended!

Failed to honor affiliate pricing because they said they already had another offer on a Jeep I custom ordered and had a deposit on. Basically ransomed the Jeep I ordered. Finance officer was unprofessional as well. Bad business practices. Shady tactics.Edit: From an email from the salesman We will gladly look into any incentives you qualify for once the Wrangler is here on the ground. I had the paperwork showing that I was qualified. Ive taken the liberty to submit all the relevant emails to the Lithia Cares email.

I took my car in to get serviced Aug 17th its September 13th I still havent got her back. Ive been unable to get down to the dealership and communication has been horrible and of course shes been broken into, they stole my speaker system and on top of that they charged me for a new battery because the other one was disconnected, O ya there was NO visible evidence of a break in....
