Rick Kirby is a great person to work with, there is no b.s. and he doesn’t play the “sales game”. He came out to his lot right after I called him, gave us his best price, which was very good, and being that Kirby Auto is a Credit Union Direct Lender (CUDL); was able to get my parents set up with excellent financing, as opposed to most other wholesale lots. Would highly recommend working with Rick.

Well selected cars at a small dealer. Very well prepared, prices are good and service was excellent. The car i purchased has been great. Did high mileage preventive services, mechanic was impressed with condition or a used older model. Took progressively longer test trips and everything has been great. The overdrive lamp is out, but thats about it.

We called Kirby Car because they had a car we were interested in. They didnt answer so we messaged them on Facebook. They immediately responded and acted surprised that no one answered their phone and said that they would forward it on to the management team and someone would be calling us. After waiting for about two hours we decided to drive there from Vancouver, which is about a half an hour drive. When we got there we walked onto the lot and started looking at cars. There was a guy on the lot on his cell phone so we thought he was just giving us space. When he got off the phone he started talking to us about the cars. He was really low pressure and seemed honest. Then we figured out that he didnt even work there! He was a customer! He said that they told him that they didnt have time to help him. We were there for a good 15 minutes and we never saw an actual employee except for looking out of the office. They knew we were on our way because we called (that time they actually answered) for directions when we were almost there. They saw us talking to the other customer and didnt even come outside. This was in the middle of the day on a Saturday! I have never had such an experience at a dealership. Total waste of time. This place clearly doesnt want to help its customers. I will never go back there.

Dont run your credit here they will certainly take the score down and leave ya hanging.. And all I wanted was a 2015 with 5k down, was ignored after credit ran. 5k down at City Auto and now in 2017 Hybrid..

We had a great experience buying a 2007 Nissan Titan from these people! We felt comfortable with test driving and discussing our thoughts and felt no pressure, and didn’t feel like we were being scammed like some other car dealerships in Portland. We got a great deal and was Rick and Robyn were very personalible and knowledgeable. We were explained in great detail all out options for finaicing with patience.

So went to Kirby as they was recommended and the people there was nice and not pushy.found the truck I wanted and did all the paper work and then the next day they said I had to bring the truck back because I was not approved. And that rick was working on another bank. Keep in mind I did a trade in as well. What makes me so mad is that they acted like I was approved the night before and did all paper work. Etc etc.now if they needed to wait tell next day to see I would have but to have me drive it home and be all happy that I got this awesome truck then to turn around next day and give it back. Few other dealerships I’m talking with said that people has been F’ed over by Kirby auto. Honestly I dunno how they have a 4.9 rating oh wait must be friends of them posting for them. Don’t go to Kirby auto

Wash and detail your car on your own and get into the really dirty spots.. Reasonably cheap...
