Im visiting from Utah and happened to check in to see what the Bourbon selection was at this store. I was like a kid in a candy store - this is by far the best selection Ive seen in a long time. Plenty of store picks and the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Awesome spot - stop in and check these guys out!

Not a fan of the you arent important vibe they present. They dont seem to appreciate your business. There are better places with cooler choices and better staff.

This place has a fantastic selection of bitters! Plus all kinds of spirits I have had a hard time finding. Watch out your gonna walk out with more than you intended on buying.

This store has the rudest staff Ive ever encountered in a retail store. The cashier spoke to me in an imperious tone of voice which was completely unnecessary. Talk to me like Im an adult. They must hate their jobs and their customers. I wont go back.

Ive seen a few other reviewers say that waling into this place was like walking into a candy store...and couldnt agree more! The selection for everything was top notch and they had things I havent seen in any store that Ive been to in all of Portland. They had rare scotches and bourbons that Ive had an eye out for and their tequila and brandy selections had things I had never heard if before. And the rum...amazing selection and has every gem Ive been looking for and then some. I was truly amazed by their selection and Im sure that the stuff that was out wasnt even the good stuff...All in all, if you live close by, you have to check this store out. And if you dont live close, you still have to check this place out!

Its the local liquor store so we use it. Decent selection. You can put five bottles in the counter, maybe $90 worth and they actually ask you, do you want a bag? No, I want to try and make it out the door dropping bottles along the way. So you say yes and they clang the bottles into a tissue thin bag with no card board spacers... they charge you for the useless bag... That you will have to hold from underneath or its all over... Oregon needs to allow competition and customer service might actually improve...

Dont expect to get anything allocated from this store, no matter how much you spend. my wife just went in they had 3 parkers and 3 old fitz, not paid for but promised off to bars..... she had cash in hand and they refused to sell. The OLCC will be getting a call.

A wondertul liquor store in SE. They have a great selection of spirits.This is a store that also consistently gets great whisky store picks. So make sure to stop in and check them out.

Not only is the store well stocked with booze, but well stocked with good conversation and jokes. Kyle is my favorite, but I look forward to future visits and letting other employees *attempt to* tie for first place in my heart.

For a small store they carry a wide variety and have helpful advice. Also carry some wines. On street parking but its never been crowded.

If you dont know what to buy, just tell them what you like or what kind of flavors you are looking for and they will point you in the right direction. So friendly and an amazing selection.Plus lots of promotions and sales.

I was looking for a specific booze and found that Westmoreland Liquor had it via the OLCC liquor search website. I was surprised when I walked in to find the BEST curated liquor selection I’ve seen in Portland, hands down. Looking for Japanese whisky, Empress purple gin, St. George liquors, or even a whole selection of Aquavits? They’ve got it, and if they don’t, they’ll order it for you. The staff was very knowledgeable (thanks, Matt, in particular!), and it’s very, very welcoming. Could not be more thrilled about my visit and I’ll be back soon!

Great local neighborhood liquor store with impressive selection in general for the size of the store but especially of Bourbon and Mezcal. Much better than my local neighborhood liquor store, so I drive a little extra to go here.

Wow, just wow... I thought it was a typo when every other place that had a special bottle of bourbon had between 1 and 3 bottles on hand and Westmoreland had over 150... No typo. Amazing selection of bourbons! Well worth the trek across the river from the west suburbs. What an amazing find. To quote Arnie Ill be back

I look young. I get that. But that does not mean you get to play 20 questions about my ID. Yes, I know its out of state. I cant afford to get a new one right now; after bills I only have about enough to spend on a cheap bottle of liquor to help me get through the month this time. And God, do I need it. My beautiful perfect angel of a puppy just went to doggo heaven not two days ago and all I wanted was to be left alone and buy my alcohol in peace so I could go home and carry on with my mediocre existence. But that just wasnt in the cards for the clerk that I had who felt deeply compelled to ask me several questions about my address three apartments ago. I cant think straight already; I have a lot on my mind. Why did you feel it necessary to make this so much harder for me? I know Im being emotional, but I dont care. I will drive as long as I have to so I never have to go here again.

In Oregon, theres not a WHOLE lot of variety between liquor stores, but if you want a terrific selection of bourbon, this really is the best in town! They have a good range of amaros and liqueurs, as well as a better than normal selection of the staples. But lets be real.... this store is ALL ABOUT THE BOURBON!!

Whiskey samples???? What???!! Fun stop for botanical fusion vodka as part of our girls weekend also resulted in the purchase of top shelf tequila and Portland distilled whiskey for the hubby. Triple Yum!

So, these guys lie. They promised to hold a particular bourbon for 24 hours, I drove over early the next day and they decided to sell it to someone else knowing they promised to hold it. He (I believe the owner, said, well I thought you wouldnt really come) Although he had my cell number.On yet another occasion, I was asking an employee if he was familiar with a scotch and he said he was.When I asked for his thoughts and to describe it I got such a generic answer is was comical.Folks at the counter were laughing saying we usually tell patrons what they wish to hear.this was the last time I stepped foot in this place. Yes they seem real nice but it so clearly appeared to me is was just about selling as much product as possible, not the ongoing relationship which in time would yield more product moving than being so mouse!I would advise going elsewhere
