Great place for tires and wheels. They have several bays and a nice waiting room with a vending machine. Huge inventory of tires from inexpensive imports to name brands. Everyone there that I dealt with was friendly. Cory took good care of me and was very knowledgeable. Will definitely go there again.

This company is not trust worthy. They repeatedly lied to me. I drove 1 hour from home to get a set of tires that they told me they had just to show up and find out they didnt. Not worth your time, very unsafe part of town and untrustworthy staff.

Donny and Terry were incredible, at midnight on a Saturday night they answered my call riding on a doughnut for 170 miles , They changed me out with a used tire for an incredible price. They got me back on the road in 30 minutes when nobody else would answer the phone in the whole state of Washington or Oregon, These guys jumped out of bed and helped my wife and I with our two children when they didn’t have to. These guys are true scholars and deserve the best!!!May everyone in the area consider working with some incredibly humble and professional people. Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!!! My husband is the bass singer for the Armouraires Southern Gospel Quartet. We were on the road in Oregon and needed two new tires for the equipment trailer. They were very friendly, had what we needed, got them installed, made a couple other needed repairs and did so quickly. They also gave the group a very generous price for everything they did. Customer service is always amazing at Industrial Tire Service. Weve been customers for quite a while, over ten years I think, and are so glad we found them.This last Monday, October 18th, however, I took our Volvo in to get some new tires. Great customer service as always, but no employees wore masks, no other customers who came in while I was there wore a mask and I saw an employee not social distance while assisting a customer.I did not feel very safe and couldnt wait to leave. Luckily, as always, the service was very efficient.Last word, of you dont mind taking your chances with Covid-19, like good customer service and good tires, well, what can I say? I wont be going back anytime soon and I suggest you wait, too.

Great customer service always

I have a classic 1973 Winnebago with a challenging tire/wheel issue that no one in town was able to help me with. Found these guys thanks to a recommendation and they treated it like it was no big deal. Had me out of there in less than an hour and I am now able to air up my inner duallies without having the outside duallies removed. (Regular extensions would not work)My experience with them was great and Ill be back whenever I need more work done.

We had a leak in our tire that was loosing air very quickly; so we pulled over to Industrial Tire Service. Upon entering they were so friendly and offered to immediately assist us. Their waiting area had complimentary coffee and popcorn, comfy couch and NBA on- they told us to make ourselves comfortable. We only had to wait about 10-15 minutes then they came back with our keys and said we’re all set to go! They so kindly patched up our leak and sent us safely on our way. Great friendly service! Would highly recommend because one thing that unfortunately a lot of auto/tire shops lack is providing their customers with honesty and Industrial Tire Service earned our trust immediately.

On my lunch break I popped in to see if they could check the air pressure in my tires that seemed low, and significantly low on one specific tire. They patched up a nail hole and got me on the road in 15 to 20 minutes and didn’t charge me a thing.Thank you so much for taking care of me.

Damaged my TMPS sensors.Brought my rig in to have them install some new tires and they damaged the TPMS sensors. Granted this was 2017- hopefully theyve changed management. When I confronted them they told me the sensor was already broken- the sensor was new and on the rim when I brought them in.Contacted them about it and they told me it was my fault. They lied and said the TPMS sensor was broken before I had brought the tires and rims to them.I know enough about tire install to know they dont just pop off inside the tire, especially since I installed them.New to reviewing, hence the late review.

Good place for industrial tires, going there for years. Problem arose with their employees flying the American flag upside down and refusing to correct it. Didnt speak English. If the hate this country that much maybe they would be comfortable somewhere else. Not sure if company is aware of this behavior but Ill start looking for a different source. Will post the picture if I can find out where.

Quick services, replaced bad tire for my 5th wheel.

Purchased a new truck private party and needed new tires ASAP. I called around and got quotes from all the tires shops in the Portland area and these guys had the best prices by far ($200 difference between them and competitors). I was looking for an all-terrain tire and was hoping to mount them same day. Brent hooked me up and I was in and out in less than an hour from when I first called.This is the second time Ive purchased tires from these guys and they are the best around.

This is the Ford tire warranty place. Staff is extremely helpful and fulfilling and answering any questions you may have about tires and alignment wheels and things of that sort. Sometimes its a little difficult maneuvering to get into the place but not bad at all.waiting area is a little skimpy smells like tires but I guess thats what you would expect at a tire shop. Bathrooms are clean and maintained if not a bit cold.

This is the tire shop I will always return to (and there are others I will never go back to)! Every time Ive gone there Ive been impressed by the service and respect I get. Maybe I could save a few bucks on tires elsewhere (like the place Ill never go back to), but you get what you pay for, really.Im fortunate to live not far away, but Id drive there from anywhere in Portland or Vancouver if I lived further away. Id suggest asking for my favorite tire technician, Jorge (hes bilingual, if that helps :)

Took over 30 minutes before someone was able to help me get a quote on some new tires. Then the price was considerably more than commercial tire. Go to commercial tire, they always greet you and help you right away.

Got tires and brakes done here and the customer service was awesome. They took the time to explain our options and were transparent with the pricing. They even got us in right away! These guys are great!

We brought our RV here during a cross country trip to have the brakes checked. They did a free honest evaluation and found out everything was good to go. Great service overall. Definitely recommend this place for big truck service.

Don’t go here they have the worst service. They tried to give me a tire with a huge hole in it for upwards of 300 dollars, then demanded I bring in the old tire to get money back. I bring in the old tire and they called it “junk” and said I can’t get money back for it. I said uhhh yeahhh obviously this is why I needed a new tire. These people lost a long time client I will never come here again

Brought in NY grandmas tire didnt know what was wrong with it. They went through every measure and even cleaned up the rim. They check for leak check the valve stem and the bead and made sure grams is on the road safely now . They are hands down the best

Excellent service and work ethic. Jose took ownership of our needs from the moment we spoke by phone. He gave an exact verbal quote immediately, answered all my ignorant questions and he called me back a few days later to confirm they had all the needed supplies. Instead of a few thousand dollar tire replacement elsewhere, they came through on a service that cost a third of that. They even traveled to us, removed, serviced, then returned to reinstall the wheels in less than a week. Invoice was exactly as quoted. Our vintage boom has some new beefy treads. Very satisfied.

I been going to industrial tires for all my dump truck tires for about 6 years now ! I always get new rethreaded tire for $200 each and I never had to bring in a radial casing in exchange.So I called in if they had my tire size like I always do, I came in and they tried selling me a used rethreaded tire, I then requested a brand new rethreaded tire and they charged me $255 plus a another $125 fee for not bringing in a radial casing. So I ended up paying $380 for brand new rethreaded when I always payed $200. I came back and brought the radial casing the next day and they simply didn’t take it because it was “junk”, well obviously!!! That’s why I bought a new one !!!!They lost a long time client and it’s time to get with the times, I recommend you purchase your tires online.

Horrible experience with them.Gave me a quote for mount and dismount. Told me I needed to replace a tire, tried selling me a cheap used one, after I refused to buy the tire from them and got my one, they decided to charge me double for the installation. They made up a new policy on the spot. That’s exactly what unprofessional, cheap crew would do.Definitely not coming back!

These guys are unbelievable. If you dont get your tire service here, youre getting it done at the wrong place, period. They bailed me out of a jam big time when they had no reason at all to do so since it was closing time and I was from out of town but they did...if I could give more stars, I would!

I have been to Industrial Tire several times, and have always been treated well. Fast service. Clear communication. They have gone out of their way to help, and to get a new tire into their shop to match the brand I already had, the same morning. I came here from Kens Tires, where I had been treated well, when they merged with I.T. Les Schwab is OK, and much closer, but these guys beat them hands down. Worth the drive. Will go back.

I know very little about wheels and tires. All I did know when I went in was that I wanted to increase the wheel size on my XTerra and I wanted a tire that could handle more rugged conditions. Everyone there was extremely helpful and very accommodating! They set me up with some great tires and wheels and worked with my schedule. I couldnt be any happier!I also felt like I could trust their recommendations far more than I could a chain like Les Schwabb, who seems to have a interest in selling off brands they carry.
