This our favorite home improvement store in Poplar Bluff. It is always clean and the staff is always polite and helpful. Plus, they never enforced some ignorant mask policy like the other large home improvement store in town. Keep up the good work!

I had a wonderful visit today at Home Depot. Needed help finding a few items and a lovely young lady with blonde hair was able to tell me where everything was and assisted me in picking out the correct tool for my Dad. Wish I had gotten her name, but she was working in the hand tools area... electric grinder area! Thank you for your help today young lady!

We like going in and looking around. Unfortunately the things we were looking for, when we asked the salesperson about them, on more than one occasion they didnt have a clue what we were talking about. One even told us that she didnt know anything about the types of wood they sold cuz wood wasnt her thing.

5 stars if they honored veteran driver licenses. Every home depot except poplar bluff takes veteran stamped driver license. Poplar bluff wants military id. Well i didnt retire so i dont have one. Im not active anymore so

Help was good, but checkout was slow just one checkout lane open, took forever.

Got our stimulus an taxes so went for new appliances. I understand low inventory but they literally had 1 putts every 8 appliances in stock after spending thousands it takes way longer than it would at menards. While we waited a man eyed us an began to follow us until I got a cop to pull us over so watch your butts their out for your stimulus money one way or another.

They dont actually sell homes here. Just things to build and maintain homes. Should be called the Home Building and Maintenance Depot. False advertising.

Items not delivered when told ended up going back to the store to get my flooring because of there mistake. Lack of motivation from some employees. Take my business elsewhere.

They ALWAYS take good care of me at Home Depot in Poplar Bluff! If you have a plumbing issue go talk to Andy in the plumbing dept. If you need a new appliance go talk to DJ in the appliance section. Those guys really know what they are doing. Also, I love my new stove, refrigerator, dish washer, water heater, microwave, etc.

Home Depot had everything needed for a do-it-yourselfer! Ive been renovating for 40 years. I go to Home Depot for quality tools and higher mid-range building products. Spacious with good customer service

The lady stopped me at the door going out said that me and my girlfriend was shoplifting and it was highly embarrassing I dont know what made them think that we were shoplifting they said because the way we was behaving in the store they need to put some rules up I guess I had to behave in home Depot we was looking at light fixtures for our house I guess well go to Lowes

We ran into one employee that was very unhelpful and a bit rude. He claimed it wasnt his department that we had questions about, then proceeded the get his coffee cup from the desk and walk off to the break room. However the other four employees we encountered were very helpful and not rude in the least.

Made a phone call to check product availability. Bought all available in Joplin and since my brother-in-law is working in Poplar Bluff and thought he could do a quick pick up if any there. Transfered to area, but no answer so back to desk, Im thinking. Got the initial person, who had first answered my call, Andy. He looked it up himself with no success, he then asked if I wanted to send a picture. When he found that product was discontinued. He went a step further to check the store shelf and sent me a picture of an almost exact product. I shop at Home Depot for many reasons, one being the way they honor the Military Veterans and too, because of employees like Andy who go above and beyond to help.

Its a Home Depot. Have a lot of good stuff and good deals. They dona pretty good job over all.

One of the most supportive Covid aware environments I have seen. The employees were incredibly helpful. We were only there for a quick predetermined purchase so we were literally in and out in five minutes.

I love this place! Half of the stuff in my home came from here. A few of them are....hot water heater, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, bathtub, toilet, 4 rooms of flooring & 3 ceiling fans, etc.

Home Depot is pretty much the only place in Poplar Bluff that has a wide variety of plants and landscaping supplies. I go to Home Depot for all my home improvement projects. Their prices are pretty reasonable to. I also appreciate that they are open at 6 am if you are wanting to get an early start on things. Most of all, their employees are extremely helpful.

Rather trade here than at Packs Do-it Center

Paint department was very very helpful in finding plastic tarp I needed and then was very very helpful in getting it down for me, it was on an upper shelf about 12feet high and I am sure weighed over 80 pounds, but they found it fast and got it right down for me

After 30 minutes walking up and down every aisle twice and walking past probably 15 separate employees playing on their phones. I decided my one sheet of 4x8 backsplash must not be worth a hello or even a glance in my direction. I hope home depot goes bankrupt

Had the cops called on me after informing the cashier I forgot my wallet in the truck. I set the couple items on the counter asking if it would be alright. Upon returning to the store the theft prevention officer called the police and accused me of stealing. I was told never to return to the store for not stealing.

Went to buy a washer they had nothinh in stock. Disappointed.

Help is a little hard to come by with lumber picking. Store is well stocked and clean and overall well managed. Help issue / customer svc will push it to a 4 star.
