I orders from here over 2 months ago never received product and still haven’t received a refund

All of the staff are very helpful, not pushy, knowledgeable,a pleasure to deal with. Weve been customers for over 20 years. That in itself says something.

We were looking for a king size mattress and box spring. The salesman seemed hurried and just actually didnt want to deal with us at all. My husband attempted to joke with him a bit. He didnt even crack a smile. We left with a very poor impression of the store. We went just down the road to Hefners and purchased a very nice matress and box springs. Had an awesome salesman there.(Steve) We would not recommend this store. The 2 if for the tidyness.

I bought a brand new $1000 dollar refridgerator from them 8 months ago. The technician has been here 3 or 4 times and each time replaces the ice maker, even though this past time the ice maker was working fine. So I called the manufacturer and they are sending someone out in 2 days. Meanwhile, American Superstores answer is to unplug it, because it is noisey....really?? It wont let me post a video of the noise, but trust me, its loud.

But a clearance dryer, sales person said it was new and just dirty from sitting in the warehouse. We got it home and it it definitely used. It had lint in the lint trap!
