This is a service review.I was traveling and broke down near Pocatello and had my Sprinter van serviced here.A pulley broke off and thus my serpentine belt broke off and tangled all up. Before towing it to this shop, I removed the broken belt and noticed the broken pulley.I dropped it off with one service member. Later in the day, I got a call from another service member asking for consent to a $150 diagnostic fee; he had no idea what was wrong with my van, he was reading off a techs notes. Their diagnostic didnt find anything new than what I had said was wrong.I had previously purchased the belts before dropping off the van, and the dealer ordered the pulley and installed it. So the next day, I picked up the van and drove off.About 100 miles in, my van marks to check coolant fluid. When I look under the hood, the reservoir cap was completely off, and it was spilling and loosing coolant all over. When I looked closer, I found a left over hammer just dangling over my engine, moments away from falling into my clutch fan and down into my new belts destroying everything. Big mistake. I thought this was pretty dangerous and unprofessional for the amount of money I paid. Its the equivalent of a doctor leaving an instrument inside a patient. Im lucky I noticed this before I broke down again on the road. Im not going to say they are bad service providers, but they do lack important attention to detail that can put you in danger.

Fast and respectful! They are on point and great coffee spot and vending machines. They understand we have kids and dont get rude when they get a little loud

I went into to finance for a challenger and Leslie Huft helped me. I was told to bring my car in for appraisal. So I did and Leslie couldnt give me the respect and courtesy to tell me I couldnt qualify for the challenger but I could for another car. She sent another sales person to tell me all this. I tried calling her again to purchase another car and could not bother to call me back. I will never buy dodge. Dodge sucks and so does she

Service Shop ReviewI have a Chrysler 200s and have a troublesome check engine light. I finally opted to get it addressed. My own investigation of the engine codes indicated problems with the Knock sensor. I brought the car in and asked them to find the problem and fix the cause of the engine light. Sounds simple..The ran their tests and told me it was an old code. The problem was frayed wires to some other part. They addressed the frayed wires and for a modest charge for time sent me home with my car. As I pulled into my house the light came back on.The car went back to the shop and they tested for a few more days and told me the problem is either in my computer or the sensor itself but they didnt have a sensor on stock. Thus I should come in and get my car and that they would call me when the sensor came in and they would finish the repair (November 2020). I waited weeks and finally months. They still havent called. If they cant get a part in or return a call, maybe they dont need my business or yours.

This is the worst place to purchase a vehicle! Completely dishonest sales. I purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado from them based on a car fax they provided(which indicated there was nothing that was wrong or had gone wrong with the truck), purchased the truck and realized their was an issue with the tailgate coming down, it was catching on the passenger side fender. I took it to a Chevrolet dealer in Utah and they told me that the truck had been in some kind of accident and where ever I had purchased the truck had fixed it in house and didnt put the repairs on the car fax because it would have made it harder for them to sell. I contacted Lithia sales and asked them to help me get it repaired. They told me to take it in for an estimate, I did and it would have cost around $1,000.00 to fix. That was to much for them and was told they werent obligated to help me. They wouldnt even split the cost with me. All about sales and nothing when it comes to customer relations and service.

These guys are always fantastic. Always trying to do whats best for me and save me money however they can! Whether it be service or sales, they seem to always come through. Devin and Pat were great to work with when I bought my new truck, and now James in Service is the best. Thanks to you all!

We didnt plan on buying a truck yesterday, but we did, and all because we were treated fairly, with respect and came out with a great deal.Our saleslady, Leslie, was very attentive to our needs, and she did all the right work to actually get us to drive there and see the truck.The sales manager, Johnny, was forthcoming, honest and extremely accommodating. His agreement to what was important to us, sealed the deal.Ed, the general manager, passed by, and he was also instrumental in closing the deal and making us comfortable with the purchase.All in all, 5-star service, and exactly how you acquire a customer for life!!!

We have bought 3 vehicles from here in recent years but never again. Our truck had a recall on it a year ago and we have tried at least five times to get it in and was always told we are on the list. We decided to try a different dealership they fixed it the next week. Decided to go back to Lithia to get more work done and waited over two hours and decided to take a walk around parking lot and there it sat. Never taken in to be looked at. After an un professional un customer friendly confrontation with janette who did us a big favor to pull someone off their lunch to fix it. A total of four hours later came back and said our rear sensor was just dirty. Really? We’re not dumb. It needs replaced, we will be going somewhere else.

A year ago I vowed to never go to their service dept. again, but my Chrysler coded so I made the mistake of going there for help. They are not honest or forthcoming! I will never go there again!

Most of the time, I am happy to go local to do business. Granted, with strict Covid 19 rules in place, it may be difficult to keep employees on the schedule. However, this is my reason for 3 rather than 1 star: Even if understaffed, I simply needed my tire replaced. (Take note that many new Chrysler cars and vans do NOT include a spare tire with the vehicle purchase) Consequently, I had to have our van towed into the nearest dealership (as this is an added bonus to get Chrysler roadside assistance BUT... with limitations) I trusted that one tire would be a simple in and out repair. They had to order my tire in. Still, I waited well over a week to get the notice that my vehicle was finally ready! Its not the 1st time Ive been here and theyre often overbooked and understaffed. Just be prepared to be patient as you await any service here. If time isnt important to you, then by all means, go there. The people are quite friendly! Just somewhat overwhelmed with work?

Bought a 2020 ram 2500 tradesman September of 2020, stock tires were rough riding and junk, I bought a different set and had my local tire shop put them on, went in to the dealership to get something checked out on the truck asked about the new tires and they told me the transmission would need programming to to new size tires, ok... so I leave my truck at the service department at 8:00am was told it would be done by 2:00pm called at 1:30pm to confirm pick up was told be a little later due to being busy.. ok, so I called again around 4:00pm and was told her tech started on my truck and then just took off from work around 3:00pm..Are you kidding me??!! That’s ok? So I wasn’t able to get my truck until the next day around 1:30pm?

Sales and parts are five stars all the way but the service department has very little to be desired.

I initially visited Ron Sayers in Idaho falls for buying a Jeep and it was a terrible experience, pushy salesman, they dont listen to you. In Lithia right off the back they were very easy to deal with, not aggressive, looked at all the possible different pricing options from affordable to expensive. They really listened to what you were wanting regards to a car and the actual payment structure whether leasing or financing. It is true that they do not have as much inventory according to their local competition but they are more than willing to look in neighboring sales lots for what youre exactly looking for. They went the extra mile for my decision. When discussing the final price and payment plan they were very open and no hidden fees or surprises, and the exact same quoted figures at time of signing. I cannot stress enough if you want a Jeep in your local area this is the place you want to get it from. I purchased a new Compass 2017 Trailhawk Edition and cant be more happy with my decision. The recall on our Jeep was handled in a timely manner with the help of friendly service personnel. We also appreciated the multi-point inspection, an extra perk and checking the air in the tires at no charge. The only oversight was not having a pre-arranged loaner vehicle available that was needed during our wait time. However, a shuttle was quickly provided so no problem.

We purchased a three-quarter ton 2018 ram lariat, a couple of weeks ago and so far we are very very happy with our decision. Our sales person was Michael who was very helpful and knowledgeable and never made us feel pressured. He and Johnny were very straight-forward about what the various models and sizes would and would not do. Since we are full-time RVers, it is extremely important that we have a truck that safely pulls our trailer and that is comfortable for driving long distances. We are especially happy with the navigation system, which is quite user-friendly. The move up from our Ford 150 was the right thing to do. We have all the oomph we need, the ride is smoother than we had anticipated and the gas mileage is at least slightly better when towing. Thanks, guys.

I’m from Wisconsin and two Saturday’s ago I called on a whim because they had my dream car for sale and this last Saturday I was able to buy it. Devon was the lucky candidate to take my call and he was the absolute best. He was the Carsales man I’ve ever worked with. I told him I wanted to be able to pick it up the following Saturday and he did everything in his power to make sure everything between the dealership and my bank and I went smoothly. I dont give five stars, but i did have a very good buyers experience with my salesman Korry Clarke. He was attentive, understanding, not aggressive or annoying and did not pressure me in anyway. Id recommend him if you dont like pushy sales people. I priced the same vehicle packages in Pocatello, Blackfoot, and Idaho Falls, Idaho and found Lithia in Poky to give the best trade in value and new vehicle price.As for trying to register my new truck on the website it sucked. It wont recognize my VIN, even though I verified it to be correct off the vehicle. Then it asked for an email address and said it would be sending me a confirmation access number to register my vehicle. However, I have not gotten an email to date, and I did the registration on June 29th and it is now July 3rd. Maybe someone at Lithia in Pocatello can give me some assistance or advise on how to handle this?

My wife and I have been looking for a new/used truck for a while now, and one evening we saw a truck we liked the looks of on the Lithia Dodge lot. We went a few days later to check it out and a salesperson, Ashley B. came out to help us. We test drove the truck, but didnt like it and so we were on our way out the door headed to buy a Ford. We have always had a Ford truck, and we planned on getting another Ford. A Ram truck was the last thing we wanted. We explained that to Ashley, our salesperson, but she was nicely persistent that we should at least look at and test drive a Ram so we would be able to compare. We are so glad that she convinced us. We love our new Ram truck, and are so glad that Ashley didnt let us just walk away. She was very knowledgeable about all of the Rams we looked at. We didntknow what we were missing. This is the best place to bring your vehicle for repair. Courteous service, and it didnt cost me an arm and a leg like I thought it would. I was driving through Pocatello from Jackson Wyoming back to California, hauling my 5th wheel, and needed the brakes and fluids checked on my Dodge Ram 2500. It had just had the front-end ball joints replaced in Aspen, CO, so had to make sure that the brakes were in good working order. I was worried because the wheels didnt look right. Looked like fluid was coming out. After 3 hours of being worked on, out it comes, shiny and detailed. Everything checked out fine.And the cost? Only $55! I cant tell you how relieved I was because I live on a very tight budget.Thank you guys! You were awesome.

Theyre not perfect, but they will take care of you. They went out of their way to close a sale with us. They went out of their way to keep us happy post sale. The service manager James does his best to resolve any service issues and is always cordial and available. He usually offers a loaner car if needed. The kids like to go to the dealer to play in their small toy room. The dealership is clean, well lit and comfortable.

No pushy salesmen calling and trying to pressure me into buying what they wanted to sell! Devin provided the answers to all my questions let me know what my options were and kept me posted of any thing I asked him to. I will be buying my next vehicle from him. I am very happy with my 2019 Rebel and cant say how much I enjoyed this buying experience over every other time I have dealt with a car dealership in the past. There was a recall on our new jeep and when I called them I told them that we had not bought our jeep there and the dealer where we bought our jeep was 500 miles away and they told me it didnt matter to them it was a jeep and they sell and service jeeps there, when I took our jeep in to have the recall work done they greeted me with a smile and greeted me like I was one of there sales and never said any differant, I was 1/2 expecting to hear well you didnt buy it here take it back to that dealer like o had had done to me on another car we bought. I was very happy with how I was treated and will continue to have me service work done there.Update: 07/16/2020Over the almost two years we have owned our Jeep, we have an issue with it that was intermittent, where I took it back to them after 4 or 5 times of taking it to them )if I recall the amount of times right, they where able to finely get the Jeep to do what I was telling them it was doing and they where able to find out how it should be fixed. So in am convinced they do really care about the Jeep products even if you don’t buy it there.I also have them service our Jeep because they know how it should be maintained and having a dealers maintain any car will show at trade in where it was maintained and at the right times, and I feel that it will will value our Jeep a little bit because the new buyer can see all that has been done. They do a great job of helping us! You would really be happy with them and you might go talk with them about a new Jeep!

Pat and Phil were two of the most helpful and patient car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of sharing an experience with, especially one that is as stressful as buying a car. The fact that I bought it over the phone with just the aid of these two and a few pictures made this experience worthwhile. I traveled all over parts of Idaho and even traveled to Utah looking for a really good car and a really good deal. I found my car at Lithia, which is an awesome car. Ive had it for almost two years now. The staff at Lithia is always incredibly nice, and with my car, I get free oil changes for life as long as I own the car. They are a lot faster than other places Ive gone to, and I like that they do a free complimentary check with it too. I just got my oil changed last week and I asked to get my tires rotated, which was $10, but it got entered into the computer wrong so it was free. Such good service here!

They quickly programmed a new key fob and also let us know that they had a mandatory factory recall needed. They quickly ordered the part and got us back in a few days later for repair. They were very courteous and professional. We would return again.

Korry did an amazing job with the purchase of our new truck. He went through all the information we needed and got us exactly what we wantedI original rated this with a 5 star rating because buying the truck was a smooth process. The customer service took a dive when we brought the truck home and had issues with our $50,000 truck. We bought a large diesel dually to pull our toyhauler and it kept having issues and would put it in limp mode and just wouldn’t do what a truck this size should be able to do. We would call them and they said they would look into it and call us back. Of course they never called us back and we had to fight like hell to just have a functional truck. The month was in a shop for several weeks the first month we bought it yet we were still paying the $740 monthly loan payment and had no vehicle to drive. They didn’t give us a loaner car while it was being worked on either.To sum up, buying they vehicle the service was great but once they got their money they didn’t care too much about customer service and making sure their customers were happy. They did finally agree to cover the fixing of the new truck we just bought but it was extremely stressful and frustrating the treatment we got in the process. I would never purchase from them again.
