I had a 2015 Subaru Legacy that just didnt have the space I needed. On a whim, my boyfriend and I decided to test drive a Tucson. Not only did we love the vehicle, but we loved the low-pressure sales environment and how transparent our sales person (Rick Porter) was.I decided to go with the Tucson but wanted a more upgraded package. There was some back and forth as they tried to find one to trade for me. (I was picky about the color and interior and so forth.) Rick was always super responsive via email and gave me quick/honest/complete answers to the large number of questions that I had. Bought my second car this year from Stones, I love the fact that it’s so easy to go in and tell them what you want and they are willing to listen and work with you. Rick Porter and Brian are the best people to talk to when looking to buy a car from Stones. I called a day ahead and told them “I don’t like the new car I just bought, what can you hook me up with” within hours they had cars and all the payment information ready to go, all I had to do was come in and test drive and pick which one I wanted. I waited a week to post my review so I could feel the car out and finish the paperwork/pick up the car (paperwork was done within a couple hours). Chances are I’ll probably buy another car from Rick

What a great experience and atmosphere! I have never liked going to dealerships EVER! after purchasing my car a few days ago I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else. Rob was our dealer and Brian did our financing they both were very quick and efficient. Immediately he had us test driving and never pressured us to drive something that we didn’t want to. We were able to be in and out of there in 2 1/2 hours and we were driving home in a new car! The thing I appreciate the most was they never pushed us to buy and pay more than we wanted, the first car we looked at came back too high so we immediately moved to another car that we really liked and we walked out the door with it. A few months ago I purchased a 2021 Hyundai Kona Ultimate. Robbie was great at getting in contact with me, communicating the buying process to me and it was awesome that he drove the car to me since I live in another city! However, here I am barely 3 months later kinda/really hating my new car. The DCT transmission drives absolutely awful in city after barely 1000 miles and does not drive “just like an automatic” like I was told. Its computer gets confused, the car lags and often shakes when accelerating in low speeds. If I could take it back (without losing money obviously lol) I would. I hate that I feel like my brand new car at times drives worse than my 15+ year old Ford Focus. I wish I was given more accurate education/info about the car I was purchasing and all its components. For now I’ll drive it and hope the clutch doesn’t wear out after 20k miles like some people’s Konas that I’ve been reading about. Next time I’ll be sure to research even more than I did this time!
