My recent experience at Cole Nissan was great! I initially had gone in for an oil change, and by the time I had left the service bay, my husband had found the Rouge to look at. Scott was attentive, and knowledgeable. He walked us through the different models and what they all included and their features. We ended up purchasing the Rouge and Scott was there from the beginning to the end. He never rushed us and answered every question from our trade in, to financing. When all was said and done Scott sat in my new car with me, set up my Nissan connect app, attached my Bluetooth, and showed me how to use the fob. He asked me multiple times if I had any questions, and if there was anything else he could help with. I am very satisfied with my experience from Cole Nissan.

Used or new the car should come with 2 sets of keys, the manual and if the car has it, the key to locking lugs for the wheels. How much could that possibly cost you the dealer when someone is paying almost 30k for a car out of state. Thankfully I was not stranded on the side of the road trying to change my flat in the middle of nowhere. Could have been worse I guess but I do feel like I was handed the keys to a house but was not given the attic door key in this case... hmmm wierd

We brought our Kia stinger in for a recall from Twin Falls and when we walked into the service department, Jason the service adviser, was very short and seemed grumpy. We felt like we were a pain for him to help, I then told him what we were there for and told him we also needed a key programmed while they were doing the recall and was not very happy about that either. I just got out of there as fast as I could the only thing that was good on the experience were the 2 salesmen that wanted to help us and they were very friendly. I will be taking my business to Boise from now on for any type of service needed in our car.

I paid them around $6,000 for a repair on my Xterra. And I had to bring it back a few days later. After picking it up for the second time, the same problem returned when I was 4 hours down the interstate. I had it fixed by an actual mechanic and haven’t had any issues since. I wouldn’t trust these chuckleheads to find my headlights.

Was able to get right in without an appointment and was able to get repair done in a decent time.

Bought a car with this company a few years ago. I was never able to get my rear window defrost fixed. When they had the windows tinted on the car, whoever did the tint sliced the defrost wires on the back window. When it is cold and all the windows are frozen because I cant defrost them, makes for a good time. Great job on your inspections, boys!

Joseph said right up front we do a hard credit check. That other dealer, is Hyudai that lied to me. KIA is a much better even though made in the same country. Basic labor charge here is $125 per hour, suggest always asking for complete repair estimates including expected labor, have been surprised in past with final bill. Last experience was much improved, due to repair needed, staff provided a free rental for the day - of great help!! Restored confidence in this shop a bit.

It was my first time buying a car, and I was very nervous about the whole thing, however the whole staff made it super easy and stress free! Took my car in to get the taillight fixed. They said it was a faulty bulb but I know for a fact it was the harness. We took a test light to it and saw there was no power going to the socket. Then they just unplugged the windshield washer nozzle instead of checking for hole in the hose (which is the real problem). They wait till after they do the repairs to tell you that none of it is covered under warranty. So then you have to pay them for their unfinished work. Then when I talked to the service rider on the phone he was very unprofessionaland was yelling at me. Thanks for being dishonest. I will never do business with them again. I bought the car from them last year you would think that they would try their best to satisfy their customers.

Service department is SUPER HELPFUL. They took the time to get my warranty issue identified, approved for repair under warranty, and fixed all in one trip. It took them an additional 30minutes of their time to get approval for the warranty because my vehicle is considered a Nissan commercial vehicle, and only certain pre-authorized dealers are allowed to work on commercial vehicles under warranty without a pre-approval. That didnt stop them from taking the time to get the approval. A dealer closer to my house wasnt willing to do this for me and told me I had to drive to Salt Lake to a commercial dealer for the repair. Kuddos to Cole Nissan for having a great team that is willing to go the extra mile for their customers! Thanks a ton!!!

Awful buying experience! Definitely just feel like a means to the bottom line! Many surprises at the time of signing. Service department is a joke! Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

CAUTION: I strongly advise that you do your homework before purchasing a used vehicle from Cole Nissan Kia. I test drive one of their vehicles multiple times and noticed it had a oil/fluid leak. I asked the salesman to have their service department look at it before I would purchase it. They told me it was from a loose oil filter after a recent oil change; however, the leaking fluid was different than engine oil and I later discovered that the fluid leak was coming from the transfer case, which was estimated to be a $1800 fix. I decided not to purchase the car, but asked if the mechanical issue would be disclosed to any future buyers. The sales team assured me that they would disclose it; however, it has been nearly 2 weeks and the cars listing has not changed and does not indicate that it has the fluid leak. My recommendation is that you do not go to this dealership underprepared and/or without take someone with you who knows/understands cars and whom will advocate for you.

Normally I would have to take it to SLC for service but there are a couple Techs at Pocatello Nissan that are qualified on Mercedes so I didnt need to take a whole day off to get my car serviced! Just bought a 2012 Nissan Frontier and thought it would be a good idea to take it to Pocatello Nissan for my first oil change but I was wrong. They have a nice shop and waiting room but the service really is terrible. The first thing they did was try to upsell me and asked if I wanted a special air duct cleaning for $69. I declined but said I did want the cabin filter replaced. I brought my own oil so all I needed was the oil filter, gasket and cabin filter.Well, after it was all said and done, they handed me a bill for over $90!!! I asked the service guy why it was so expensive considering I brought my own oil?! He just looked at me and said that it’s because I told him I wanted a cabin filter so they put one in to the tune of $40 for the filter and another $20 to install it. But he supposedly didn’t charge me for the tire rotation or else it would have been well over $100 total!! Just plain ridiculous... You would think they would tell you before they try to charge you that much for a simple little service. All I could do was laugh as I walked out of there. If my Frontier ever ends up at a Nissan dealership again in the future, rest assured it won’t be at Pocatello Nissan & Kia!!

BRIAN CHRISTENSEN was the Best! Super helpful and very knowledgeable. I left very satisfied with my experience and know they will take care of all my needs in the future.

Had an oil change done. They top off your fluids, vacuum and wash your car as well. Made an appointment same day, and they were able to get me in fairly quickly. The service sales guy noticed the cotter pin in my key was sliding out and causing the flip key to not flip out like it was supposed to. He said they would take care of it. Dropped off the vehicle and got a call about an hour later. When I picked up the car, I noticed it was washed and vacuumed. Vacuum job was great, but the car wash looked like it was hastily performed and I could tell there were areas they didnt wash. My key hadnt been fixed either. Additionally, the work order and receipt reflected about 2,200 more miles than my car actually has. Which isnt a problem except the sticker in my car reads a lube interval far longer than it should be (about 2,500 miles more) and should any engine issues occur, it might void the warranty.In short, the service was good and fast. Obviously there are issues here due to the lack of attention to detail, but these problems are easily avoidable and perhaps something Nissan Kia Pocatello can improve on. And on a side note, the car wash and vacuum I know are complimentary (and so was the key fixing the guy mentioned) but I consider the dealer a place that should be the epitome of service, and as such will hold them to a higher standard... as most people do, due to the higher prices of service...

Let me start by saying I have purchased a lot of vehicles from a lot of different dealerships, but I must say, I seriously had the best experience at Pocatello Nissan Kia. Andrew and the rest of the team are very professional and fun to work with. They set me up with the car I wanted and at the payment I needed. To add to my excellent purchasing experience, I found a minor issue with my car shortly after, and they worked with me to get it taken care of. This is the first time I can honestly say that I highly recommend car/truck dealership and I will definitely be back for my next vehicle purchase.

They made such a mess changing my oil that it dripped all over my garage 2 hrs after they called and told me it was done. So much so that I thought the oil plug was loose and took it back and had them check it. The kid named michael that drove me home and also cleaned up my car afterwords was super nice and respectful he should get a raise.

Waste of my time and money to buy from them.

They dont respect your time after 4 reminders for their appointment I sat there for 40 minutes with no assitance as a manager and the sales man I had an appointment with (joseph) helped a walk in 4 other sales men were standing by talking and did not offer assitance until after I left glad to be taking my business elsewhere

Unbelivable service department. We were heading out of town for a family vacation when all the sudden our check engine light came on. We called up the service department and they instructed us to come straight down. They had our car in and out, it it seemed like minutes. Just a bad sensor, but what a great team. Thank you guys so much!!!!!

I just purchased a car from them. 12 days after the purchase, my car wont start, the radio doesnt work, it sounds like a fog horn going off and they wont do anything about it. I will never be going back. They dont even have the decency to look at it for free, they wanted to charge me $150 an hour to diagnose a problem. Now its going to be a $1700 fix.
