DO NOT RECOMMENDFirst, this dealer offered me 1500$ less for my trade than any other dealer including another Toyota dealer.Second, they added $4000 worth of warranty and gap to my sales bill without telling me. I caught it because the numbers didn’t add up and then he told me that was added. This should be discussed well before handing me my sales bill and loan document.Third, Salesman planned for me to come pick up a brand new highlander that night. He ran my credit and fully approved my finances to come and purchase the vehicle. I told him I was leaving work 2 hours early to come get it. He called me while I was driving home about 30 mins from the dealership and said that they sold it out from under me. He never even gave me a courtesy call to tell me someone was there looking at it so I could give a deposit over the phone.An entire day wasted, a wasted hit on my credit record, and no car to show for it.Manager was worse than the salesman when trying to correct their mistakes.Do not waste your time with these guys.

If you need help with parts, find Kelly! I needed some advice on what to buy for my tundra and he knew exactly what I needed. If Toyota didnt carry the part he would call around to local part stores to help you find good prices and what is equivalent to Toyota quality. Overall great experience and friendly staff.

And also I hear that this place is good to work for however if you do one thing they see wrong instead of writing someone up they fire then. Took in a used prius key fob for programming and was told when I dropped it off that used keys sometimes dont work. Whats really the case is that they cant program a used fob, but they are happy to charge $60+ to attempt programming the fob and then afterwards inform you that only locksmiths at able to reprogram a used fob. I blew $60 on a service they knew would fail from the very beginning. If you know you dont have the ability to do a job, dont take it. Ill be seeking service elsewhere in future.

I loved the experience. My last experience at another place was awful and was very pleasantly surprised here. Ryan is the best. Walked me through everything, always answered any question, did everything he could to help me, was never pushy or trying to rush me. Everyone made sure I was confident and happy with my decision. I live in Ogden, UT and been looking for a new to me Prius. After striking out in Utah, I took a look at Phil’s in Pocatello. I looked on their website, and low and behold! They had the exact Prius I wanted, with lower miles that I was looking for. I called up and got a hold of William. I set my expectations that I would like more details on the car and higher resolution photos, before I even walked out the door to make the 2 hour drive. William humored me with my million questions. When I arrived, William had my car washed and ready for test drive. Good, quick service. Ive never had any issues and they have worked well with me in multiple situations.I bought my tires here and got a flat about a year later and they repaired it for free asap. I also lost a hubcap after a tire rotation and they covered the replacement as well. Additionally, I like getting my oil changed here for their multi point inspection and the customer service does a good job breaking down the inspection and explaining things.

The “all star” mechanic in the back replaced my clutch, and left ALL the bolts LOOSE that holds the transmission/clutch to the engine. Plus I’m missing a handful of hardware that held my skid plate on. Apparently he thought I didn’t need them!....Also, they have deleted this comment at least once. Not going to let that fly. I will be sending the full story to MR. MEADOR. Hopefully he will call out the B.S. that is going on in his shop!

Jesse Howell was excellent to work with. This is the second truck Ive bought through the PM family of dealerships. They didnt try to jerk me around or drag out the process. I went in thinking Id probably walk out 15 minutes later, but 15 minutes later we had a really fair deal that saved me from driving to SLC. So this is an interesting review because I havent purchased a truck from Phil Meador (yet), and Ive been networking with a handful of Toyota dealerships across the region, but I had to share my recent experience with Jesse Howell, one of their all-star sales people. Im currently driving an 06 Tundra with 275k and leasing an 18 CrewMax. Ive been working with Jesse off and on for the last four months and I cant sing his praises enough. Ive owned four Toyota trucks and another five Toyota vehicles over the years and Ive worked with a number of dealerships throughout the Idaho, Montana, Utah, Washington region, and never have I come across or had the privilege of working with a sales person as honest and professional as Jesse. This man is a true professional and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Hes responsive, thoughtful, understanding, and truly works his tail off to get results for his clients. If youre in the market for a vehicle, I cant recommend Jesse and Phil Meador enough. I cant speak for all of Phil Meadors sale people, but I can say without a doubt, that Jesse is a class act and true professional who makes truck shopping from afar easy, straightforward and enjoyable. I feel like the customer service is rough with this place. I bought a car, was told things would be done and I have to keep calling to get things done. No one calls you back, no one communicates anything, and they promise to drop prices and then move fees around. I was given less than half of what I paid for a car I bought from them and traded to them because of the things that were on it when I purchased it. My sales person made a lot of promises that have not happened. I have purchased two cars here and probably will not ever come back.

I cant review the sales process, as we purchased our vehicle out of state. However, we recently dealt with the service department for a recall repair (and while it was in, a few minor service issues). Overall, everyone was very friendly and professional, and the work was completed for a very fair price (recall was naturally free of charge). Their shuttle service was unexpected and helpful, as that wasnt offered at the dealership we bought our vehicle at. Overall, very satisfied.As far as sales, I have family that have bought several vehicles from Ed (6 now??) and wouldnt think to go to anyone else when they need a car. Years of great service from him.UPDATE A YEAR LATER, 11/17:Still nothing but great experiences here. In the last year we had our RAV4 to a dealership in Salt Lake twice and they were nothing but a headache, and couldnt do a basic job right (literally just filling up the washer fluid...). Having a couple other interactions at Phil Meador including one a couple weeks ago, its still been nothing but a pleasure to deal with their service department. My wife was recently in with a grumpy toddler in tow for a relatively urgent maintenance issue, and they were conscious of her situation and got her in and out quickly; it was a great relief for my stressed wife while I was out of town. Much appreciated.

He was so willing to work with us that he even came in on his day off to help us because we are from out of town. He was fun to work with. He had an amazing sense of humor. I was having an issue with my 2008 Lexus. I was invited to bring the car right over. Kim took it in for diagnostics, asked about another issue that concerned the spare tire, took care of that, reported on the diagnostics which checked out normal, returned the car to me, washed, all with no charge. My experience could not have been better, and it wasnt the first time. All of my maintenance and repair experiences here have been positive.

Recently totaled my car. I went over to the lot after they had closed but some of the staff were still in the parking lot. One of the salesmen, William, came over and offered assistance even though it was after closing. I went back the next day and was greeted with friendly faces. I explained what had happened and what my bank told me i could get as far as pricing. William and Mike went above and beyond in helping me. We had a great experience. Took car in at scheduled time.Service person told me after they had the car in that some of the things I wanted done werent necessary. Saved me some money. Plus, I got a great wash job. We got cookies too.

I took my car to this dealership because I believe dealerships are better than any normal shop, and I took my car there for oil change and full check up because I just bought the car and I wanted to fix everything in it. They told me that the water pump need to be change because its leaking and I was surprised because the my cars old owner said he just changed it. After that I took my car to different mechanic shop to make sure and they said its not leaking at all. Then I took my car back to this dealership and asked them why did they say that. When I took it back, they said we thought its leaking because we saw an old leaking. They wanted me to pay $750 because they saw an old leaking and they did not make sure. When I went back to them, the service guy was rude and he did not respect me at all, I think he just want my money. I talked to the manager and he was nice but he did not take seriously, and he was beside them. They need to make sure what the problem is before asking the customers to pay and fix. If I did not take my car to different shop to make sure, they will charge me $750 and not care about if its leaking or not. I did not expect this bad service at Toyota dealership. Be Careful and dont trust this place.

I went in today because my 17 Corolla wouldnt start unless it was jumped. I wasnt sure if they could get my car fixed cause I had no appointment. But my service rider got my car pulled in & new battery put in it within a hour and half. I was very happy with how he squeezed me in & had me out of there before I had to be at work Thank You Toyota!
