Words cant describe how amazing this pawn shop is! They treat you like family the second you walk in the door! I really needed a solid favor from them and they did not hesitate to deliver! I dont think anybody should choose any other pawn shop accept Hernandez Pawn! I must say I’m amazed with the service and products they have . I went in this morning looking for a Laptop. They had a pretty good selection . The worker Gus was very helpful and gave me knowledge and feedback . When I selected a Hp laptop he took care of me on the price that was very reasonable . I bought the laptop and as I was paying for the purchase . The owner Larry came back their and was very friendly told me anything I need he would help out and without me asking . He gave me a “free” laptop case so I can have to use for my laptop I just bought . Later on that day I came back and bought two tablets and Gus again took care of me and Larry was there and made sure I got taken care of . Ive been getting my transfers here for a while now and its always been good and easy

I was in a really desperate spot and had gone to another pawn broker on Baseline (the area is lousy with them) to pawn my wedding ring in order to pay for funeral expenses. The other broker offered me $58 but when I went to Hernandez I was able to get the last $300 that I really needed to bury my loved one. Everyone in there was very kind and took excellent care of me. If youre in a tough spot, they will absolutely help you.

The shop supports heroine addicts by taking stolen property from them. Manager YELLED at this 56 yr old woman for trying to get my property back. Then charged me interest on my stolen property. STAY CLEAR I should have called 911 and reported him. ABUSIVE MANAGER
