I recently purchased a 2018 Ford F-150 from this dealership. The entire process felt very comfortable from start to finish. I actually went in there twice to test drive 2 different trucks before I chose the one I eventually ended up with without any pressure to make a decision right away. I worked with Eddie throughout the entire process and he was very professional, easy going and treated you like family. There wasn’t any surprises or BS that suddenly came up in the end. This was by far the best and easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Good time at the dealer ship. Nothing wrong there. Nice salesman. Quick paper work. Just got a used truck with more problems then it should have had. Good overall experience with dealership. Only reason they are getting a low rating is they lied about the model of my truck. On paper work it says its a Lt. Insurance paperwork and running the vin say its a Ls which means I thought I was getting the higher model truck which booked for about what they had it listed. Turns out truck is worth about 3k less. Live and you learn from every experience and lesson. Dont know to reply. So Ill update. Ill upload a picture ran from the insurance company from their check when I wrecked it dealing with poor parts.

My husband and I both thought “there’s no way these trucks are in our price point- they all look way too clean and nice,” but we pulled in, just in case. My husband walked around and then went inside to talk to someone. Dave showed my husband the truck and entertained every question we had, and my husband was very thorough. I was in the market for a used truck, I called an spoke with Eddie. The truck I was looking for had a deposit on it, he asked me a few question on what I was looking for and came back with a truck that matched what I was looking for and a price that fit what i Needed. He worked on getting the Financing all done since I live hr away. When I got there truck was in great shape just like he told me. No pressure to buy it even after he worked on paying portion of the deal. He was great to work with, would buy a truck from them again.

Dave was amazing and helped me step by step with everything I had to do since this was my first truck I ever bought on my own. I bought a vehicle there and the engine light came on sent them a picture and never got back to me on it, now I got stranded and my mechanic took a look at it and said it needs a new motor! My mechanic stayed they just put something so the motor does not sound of I can give them 0 stars I would I definitely will not recommend going to them!Replying to your comment I did make several attempts when the problem started I even texted your dealership a picture,on check engine light that came back and never received a response on it, my husband also went down there and was suppose to receive a call back and never did this trick has been parked in my back yard since we first got it,I just called right now and still have not received a call back.

I bought my 03 Excursion From them 4 years ago Truck was 11500 for price within 1 month had to sink 4500 dollars into repairs after there band aid work caused my injector pressure control sensor failed then both batteries need to be replaced serpentine belt snapped and brakes were shot contacted them and there exact reply was it was sold as is not our problem. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to them to purchase a vehicle.

Go somewhere that they care about you and your car.Cars sit here a while, the ink on the papers in the windows is sun faded so bad you cant read it. We waited a long time just to feel like our business wasnt wanted. Not a single person in this company including other customers were wearing masks nor did anyone seem to care about masking up. The car we test drove had weird sounds and you could smell a burning smell from under the hood of the car. Glad we saved our money and left.

I’m going to be honest. Compared to other dealership this place was good. I would really recommend this please to family members and friends. I went into Priced Right on February 6, 2020 not necessarily looking to buy, more just to look and weight my options at the end of the day. I walked through the lot with my girlfriend looking at some trucks when Dave Ross approached me. He was very friendly and sincere as he showed me around the lot before we came across this 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab. I immediately took a liking to this truck, gazing in wonder as Dave listed the features of the truck. After sitting in the truck and hearing it run, I knew I had to have it. Dave made everything super easy and very user-friendly, which was relieving for a first-time buyer. We started on the paperwork and necessary information that day (Thursday) and finished up Saturday, his next available day. The entire situation that I was stressed about turned out to be a cakewalk thanks to Dave Ross. The rest of the staff there was very friendly as well. They all made it seem like I was visiting great friends rather than purchasing a truck. Sorry, long read but good testament!I purchased a boat from Eddie here back in June. I’ll be pretty frank and straight forward to makes things easy. I’m thoroughly impressed. That comes with great hesitation to say as the proverbial “used car lot” comes to mind when you look the place up. I was skeptical but knew what I wanted for a boat and was surprised that a car dealer had it listed lol.Eddie was a straight shooter. I wasn’t there to play games and kick tires and he was on point 100%. He got me what I was asking for, didn’t play games or make promises and was just overall a solid dude to deal with.Fast forward a few months and we had issues with the boats registration. That honestly might have been one of, if not the first boats they sold lol. It was offered in on a trade and they took it. Being a car dealership, boats were not their specialty, rightfully so.Here’s what made the difference. Every time I texted or Eddie, he answered. Weekend , holiday weekend, whatever. I at least got a quick response saying he’d look into what I was asking. THAT is above and beyond....let’s be honest, most folks at a “used” car dealer are in for getting cars in and out of their lot. Eddie actually works in and knows customer service..... definitely someone I’d be in touch with in the future!

I was looking for a truck for my son who is 18. He had money saved and we had been to a couple of other small used car lots in the valley. I hate car salesmen and I wasnt going to a big dealership to get the run around like I have in the past and pumped with all the BS that they do. This is his first purchase and wanting to establish his credit as well. So I had viewed this small dealership several times on line. We had been to 3 others that morning and I was not impressed. I told my son, I would like to go to one other small dealer who was like 30 minutes away from where we were.So we headed to Priced Right, rolled into the lot and it was pretty quiet for a Saturday at 12:15. He and I parked got out of the vehicle started walking around and viewing a few trucks. After about 5 minutes of being there a gentlemen approached us, his name was Dave. I explained our situation and told him what we were looking for. Keep in mind i hate car salesmen. So I was pretty bold and very upfront with Dave. I told him I had been screwed in the past and wasnt about to be screwed again. My son and I narrowed down to two trucks. Dave listened to what I had to say and then walked inside and got the keys to both trucks. He started both and we looked over both vehicles. My son liked one better than the other, so Dave offered for us to test drive the vehicle. My son and I were gone for about 30 minutes and took the vehicle down the road where I really checked it out. Truck had a little higher miles than I wanted but drove awesome and seem to really be in tip top shape.We get back to dealership and Dave approaches and says well what you do you think. I said well what can you do for us on this vehicle. We went inside took my sons information, now keep in mind hes a first time buyer with no credit history. Dave seemed really sure he could get my son approved at a decent rate. Its Saturday, so Im thinking maybe not going to happen today. Few minutes go by and he has my son pre approved. Of course Im thinking okay, whats the catch, how is he lying to us, where is the hidden fees etc. He gives us an estimate statement. Said nothing would be official until Monday. We leave and of course my son is so excited. I say to him we will have to see what happens Monday.Like a kid in a candy store, Dave calls Monday and says he been approved and will have the paperwork done and we can pick up the truck this afternoon. We couldnt get back till Thursday, so we roll in on Thursday and sign paperwork. The paperwork was just like the estimate I could not believe my eyes, from the financing rate on down. No hidden fees, and everything was just like he printed out for us. What a pleasant experience to get what they said you would be getting.Dave was very awesome to work with and I highly recommend him and this dealership. Great awesome experience.Im writing this review a month later as time to settle in and my son to make his first payment and drive the vehicle a little. With this being said we were so pleased with the service etc., I also bought a vehicle from Dave. 2 vehicles in one week from this guy. I submitted an online credit app and showed intrest in an 05 Excursion. In a very short time I was in contact with a gentleman named Eddie, he provided answers for all my questions and we set up a time to meet and view the truck. Definitely a great dealership to do business with. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to make a deal on one of their trucks but they are super friendly and helped me every step of the way. I got approved for a loan on a truck I was interested in but the payments weren’t where I wanted them and they didn’t haggle me to try and get my business. They also offered me a very fair price for my trade in. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I hope one day I can do business with them if they ever get the truck I’m interested in buying.

What an outstanding experience! Dave was a super laid back and no bs kinda guy. I didn’t feel pressured, or felt I was being hustled at any point. I honestly felt like I was buying a truck from one of my friends. I was sure I wasn’t going to qualify for something I really wanted, but Dave went to bat for me with the banks and got me into exactly what I thought was way to nice and out of my reach, and for a great deal! I am very happy with this dealership, and would absolutely send friends and family their way for a purchase of a vehicle.

If i could give them no stars I would. Bought a truck here a few years back. F250 thought I was all good because they had a mechanic on site. Dtove down there twice after coming off the lot. Literally all the mechanic did was clear the code and send me on my way. Got to ford because the 3rd time I was like lets use common sense and take it somewhere that has at least a clue of what they are doing. And bam cost me 2500 bucks for both intake manifold gaskets and another 500 to get the spark plugs out that where so gunk up they almost replaced the head. Good place if you got money to shovel out when you leave.

I came into Price Right Auto after googling “used car dealership near me”, so I had zero knowledge of this place. I walked in and instantly felt at home. Tom did everything he could to get me in the car I wanted. I don’t have the best credit and I’m a bartender so I don’t have pay stubs, but that didn’t stop Tom from making every call he could. He really fought for me and went above and beyond. I couldn’t thank him enough. BUT, it doesn’t stop there. After having the car for two days, I didn’t feel like it was a good fit for me. I came back and not only did Tom once again do all he could, but everyone in the office made me a priority. I got into a car better suited for me and drove off once again the same day. Very positive experience.Was in need of a car, found one online and met with Eddie the next day. We set out to look into buying a diesel truck and had no idea what we were getting into. We stopped at priced right auto sales and a younger guy named Nick gave us the ins and outs on different models, there wasnt one question he could not answer. Let me start by saying we were about to give up on getting a new truck. We tried about 3 or 4 places before we found Priced Right. All the other places were excited to see us when we first interacted with them and as soon as they ran our credit, their attitude changed, and our interaction stopped. Eddie ran our credit, but still worked with us. He helped us in the right direction to clean up our credit so we could get financed. It was so easy! The truck we got is a BEAUTIFUL 2002 GMC 2500HD Duramax Diesel crew cab truck. OUR DREAM TRUCK! And just like the name says, it was PRICED RIGHT! We Have always wanted one, and now we finally do! Eddie, you are the freaking BEST, man. We appreciate you to the fullest existence! We will definitely be back in a few years for another one!

Very disappointed in this company. We looked at 2015 F350 6.7L Platinum. We fell in love from the get go, but did notice it was running like a race car. We were told they had erased and removed the EGR, but that it was perfectly okay and passed emissions. We looked at the truck on Sat, gave a deposit to hold and would be back today (Monday). Over the weekend and on our return drive 70 miles away from where we lived. We contacted several emission locations, Bullet Proof Auto repair, along with a few other places, to find out what the removal would do for the future of the truck. We were told that that 1: in the state of AZ, it is illegal to remove the emission parts, and that it would throw codes and become a headache down the line. Also if you got caught with out it, you could be fined. When we arrived to collect our deposit, we explained this, and we did get several excuses, they looked up the details and tried to quote us different forms (which we had already seen, during our own searching) then tried to say it came to them this way. Yet, we were told by their mechanic on Sat, he removed it, just the night before. We were told by there Finance manager they had just gotten the vehicle the night before and they were doing many things to it and it was in perfect working condition. Although the office guy, said it had been at their shop, for over 2 weeks and they had been dealing with the truck throwing Code after Code, and had it at Ford dealer, trying to figure out what was wrong with it???? (Wish they had told us that on Saturday afternoon, We would have never come back) We also found a leak, and the mechanic said it was diesel fuel, from working on it and doing an oil change etc. IT WAS NOT diesel fuel, it was black oil dripping. We pulled the dip stick and the oil was black as could be, not clean at all. (no oil change was done) Then were were told this is how diesels are. Wrong we already own a diesel, we know all about the EGR and cooling system, as well as had another older truck bullet proofed and we know better. They lied about a simple oil change to the illegal removal of a very important part, to codes and time frames they had and worked on the truck. we got a different story from 3 employees. Before we left we even asked to look at another truck they had on their lot, out of curiosity. Same type of truck, but not a Platinum. Now if you have ever looked at a basic F350 then looked at a platinum, There is a major difference in these 2 trucks. 2016 F350 in the back, was in an accident and had a missing tailgate and a dented side, no bells or whistles, very basic and they wanted 29K The F350 Platnium 2015 was 31K. Somethings not right and their KBB, is prices are way off. This was disappointing to say the least. Yes, it did pass their emissions on Sat morning before we looked at it, because they didnt lift the hood and see the big missing pieces missing at the test locations and the codes and been cleared! I feel sorry for who ever buys this truck, You have a 6K repair cost as you drive off the lot. Their 15 day warranty does not cover this part and in AZ, if you are caught, you could be fined. Very dishonest people, Buyer Be Ware! So if you see the pretty pearl White F350, RUN!

I initially found an ad for a truck I liked on Craigs List. When I called I got good information and an honest appraisal of the truck I was looking at.
