Great experience at Showcase Honda of Phoenix! Knew what I wanted and VJ Kanwar knew how to deliver! He was patient, personable, and at times persistent to get me the car I wanted at the price I could manage. All his supervisors also went out of their way to make sure I understood about the coverages available to me and I was able to make informed decisions. Stopped by here today to get a matching paint pen for my civic. It was a Friday afternoon and not too busy. I was greeted very politely by staff and was pointed in the right direction. The parts counter guy was very nice and helpful. He quickly found what I needed and I helped myself to the free coffee and water. The espresso was amazing. And free!!!! Will definitely be back just for the coffee. Thanks guys.

Please listen to the negative reviews! Avoid this place, worst customer service. I wish i can give it -5 starsWe got a used car and the starter didnt even work (The salesman, Terrance reassured us that it was just the battery)! We came in Saturday (which they advised us to do) just to tell us that they were busy. Understandable, so we made an appointment on Monday, come Monday, they told us that they need till Wednesday since theres something wrong with the starter. Again, us being understanding and too nice, we agreed. Come Tuesday, they said they need till Thursday, again, we agreed since we know things happen. Now, today is Wednesday, and they tried to extend it till Tuesday. WE BARLEY HAVE DROVE THE CAR MORE THAN A DAY, AND THERE IS SO MUCH WRONG. To top it off, the manager, James in sales was not even sympathetic to the situation and sounded like he was reading off a script to apologize.Please, go to any Honda dealership OR ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I just bought the new 2022 Honda Pilot: Black Edition fresh off the lot this past Monday!! Atul Sharma is the best sales person as always and never fails to keep us coming back!! This was the 5th vehicle hes sold us over the last 7yrs!! Showcase Honda is definitely our go-to when it comes to vehicles and we will continue to recommend others!! I’m not sure where all these positive reviews came from. Personally I had a different experience with Showcase as this was the worst sales experience I have encountered. This is a review for their sales and finance department, I cannot speak for their service department.I would rate -5 stars if that was an option.Showcase Honda sold me a car they already sold to someone else who was flying in from California, demanded I return it the morning after I took it home, 10 minutes before my shift (a car I signed for), told me a date a new car would arrive, pushed that out to a week longer than promised, made me sign 3 contracts for all their mistakes, also made me come to the dealer on 5 separate occasions, and then pulled my credit a 2nd time without my permission (no disclosure to me, HIGHLY illegal)The reason I “needed to return it ASAP” was because “the vehicle had already been registered with the state in the original buyers name.” Later to find out when signing my 3RD contract that they don’t register with the state until pickup. These poor excuses for men straight up lied to get the original car back… this is the number one thing they teach you not to do as a car salesmen and they couldn’t even nail the fundementals.Based purely on my experience with Showcase Honda I can not recommend them in any capacity due to their incompetence. They dropped the ball on all accounts (sales, financing, and all the way up to their GM). In every interaction I had with them, a member of their team would apologize, but then blame the market or their technology. Not one soul in that dealership had humility or took true responsibility for what happened.Whether or not you are purchasing your first car or dream car look elsewhere unless you absolutely have to in this crazy COVID market.If you made it to the end of this review enjoy these extremely gorgeous pictures of this beautiful car, it was the only redeeming factor of this botched experience…

Came in to the Showcase Honda dealership looking for a specific car in mind, also coming in as a first time buyer.VJ Kanwar was my sales person, and I couldn’t have asked for better service, the service and customer support was amazing outstanding!!! As me being a first time buyer and financing my first car, he was very understanding and patient!! Me not knowing anything about buying a car he walked me through the whole process. Me being a first time buyer needing a co-signer he was also to talk to my family over the phone and understand their concerns and VJ was able to make them more reassured of what they were co-signing to. VJ was a fun and personable guy and showed me everything I needed to know as well as my family. He was very Patient with not just me and my family. With coming in a specific car and color in mind, not having any of the cars in stock do to the storage of the cars, he directly sent me pictures of the exact car I wanted!! Moments later he made my process so easy and helpful, making me feel welcomed and reassuring me that I can do this!!! THANK YOU VJ KANWAR !!!!! 10/10 customer service!!!!

I wish that I could give zero stars. My partner and I bought a car about two months ago from here and its been a nightmare since. The tire pressure light was on at the time of purchase and they insisted it was a censor issue and recommended it be taken to Big O Tires after purchase to be fixed. Except once we took it there, we found out it wasnt the censor after all and was indeed two tires that both had huge gashes in them and were deemed unsafe to drive in. Shortly after that, there were problems driving the car and we brought it into the shop. We just found out that the transmission is bad and that the car has to be totaled. How can a car dealership who claims that the cars go through a thorough inspection, be getting totaled just a few weeks after purchase? We even called and left multiple messages with both the financial advisor and customer service after purchase and we never received a single phone call back. We bought this car with our five year old daughter with us and they had no issue selling us an unsafe, damaged beyond control car. I will be filing a complaint with BBB and whoever else I can because this is unethical and unacceptable. We are out thousands of dollars and still need a car.

100% satisfied. They had the types of cars I was interested in and were able to work with me until I was able to drive off with what I wanted. Super nice salesmen, they all are kind and offer food and drinks while you wait. Yet are also hard workers and get the job done. I had the pleasure of working with Robert Lee, a very smart and respectable young man who knew all about the cars he showed me. I was very impressed. He was easy to talk to and would be my first choice as a salesman when if I come back for another car in the future. 10/10 great service!

I was there for some car service under warranty. I was unsure what the problem was, so I called to explain. At first the women on the phone told me they could not help me. I asked to be transferred to someone more knowledgeable in the matter. Johnny was very polite and informed. He deduced that it was a battery issue and implored me to come in as soon as possible. When I got there the next day everyone I encountered was rather friendly and polite. Johnny was informed of me showing up and took care of everything. He walked around the car and pointed a few things out that I had not noticed. After about 2 hours my battery was replaced and I got my car back. He explained what happened and assured me that it was normal and not to worry.This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had. 10/10 would recommend

Though there was an issue with the battery of a brand new vehicle I purchased, The sales rep Joel España ensured he would fix the issue in a timely manner. Not only did he take care of the issue, he ensured that the policy for battery checks on new vehicles would change to prevent this issue from reoccurring with other clients. Joel’s initiative to not just correct the problem for me but to mitigate the issue from happening again showed me that it was more than just a car sale for him. I just purchased my second car from him and will recommend Joel and Showcase Honda to all my family and friends!!! Lastly the purchase process was swift and they never made me feel pressured.

We were immediately contacted by Trent after we made the request online and set up an appointment for Sunday. The car we saw online did not fit our needs and Trent searched the entire lot and was able to find the perfect car for our daughter. We went back on Monday so my daughter could test drive the car and Trent went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. She drove the car home that day and is very happy! Words can’t even begin to describe the level of professionalism and care given to me while purchasing my car. I flew in from out of state because of the tenacity of the sales representative, Joseph Broussard. Joe was prompt with returning my calls and remained in constant communication with me. Even when my flight from WA was delayed by 16 hours, Joe was there to pick me up. I talked to over 10 Honda dealerships looking for this car and I’m very glad I went with Showcase. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. I had a great experience with trading in my car and purchasing a new Honda CR-V. The representatives were very knowledgeable, and whole I did have to push to try and sweeten the deal, I did not feel trapped or tricked in anyway. Usually there are 2 negotiations, but I was able to have them include gap and ware ties before I committed to anything. I rally appreciated that transparency, so I knew what my whole monthly payment would be, before getting into the back room. As with any dealership, there was a bit of pressure, but I feel like I was able to get a great deal, on a great car!

Great experience - better than I expected for a dealer! I just moved to Phoenix and had my car shipped out from MA, and when it got off the truck, ALL of the warning lights were on. I found the closest place, made an appointment, and hoped for the best! The repair ended up being extensive as mice had chewed through like EVERYTHING while it had been parked in MA. Richard York was the one helping me, and he was great - very communicative during the entire process and super pleasant. They worked well with my insurance, and once they got the go-ahead to start the repair, they were very fast! I totally recommend them!!

Absolutely terrible experience. Have to agree with the post about how this place has so many 5 star reviews. First of all you dont even get to step out of your vehicle before the sales guys are hounding you. I came in prepared to purchase a vehicle but due to constant lies and getting the runaround from the sales rep I was working with, decided to take my business elsewhere. I cant believe this is where my friends have recommended me to go. NEVER AGAIN!

!!!! Stay away!! I couldn’t agree more with the negative reviews, My boyfriend and I had a horrible experience at showcase Honda. My boyfriend attempted to buy a car with a minor defect on a tire and with a minor defect on the sound system under the assumption and reassurance from the salesman, Ishmael, that it would be fixed, no problem. Ishmael reassured my boyfriend that he had 30 years of experience and he knew what he was doing. Not only did the salesmen reassure my boyfriend that he could fix the problems, but he reassured him he would call him throughout the day with updates on the car when it was being serviced.The day my boyfriend took the car to get serviced, my boyfriend did not hear from Ishmael or anyone from Honda with updates from the car. Eventually my boyfriend decided to call Ishmael at the end of the day to hold him accountable for what he had promised. Ishmael was very dismissive over the phone and promised to call my boyfriend back with an update only to not call him back once again. Eventually my boyfriend and I decided to go into the dealership to express our frustration with the service and with the car. Ishmael didn’t even care to show his face and handed us off to a man named Isaiah, who promised he would make an appointment with the car,yet again, and pay for my boyfriends Lyfts and work commutes.When my boyfriend showed up this morning, turns out there was no appointment, no anything we had for been promised. Eventually, my boyfriend asked for his car back because we had been told by a coworker who dealt with a similar situation with a purchase of a car and roof rack, that the car wasn’t worth dealing with such horrible service, and I couldn’t agree more! !!!!!Stay away from showcase Honda!!!If you take anything away from this! My coworker recommended Tempe location and we will be taking our business there in the future.

Last week I went with my sister to Showcase Honda because she was looking to buy a vehicle she had seen online. Upon our arrival, Nicholas greeted as and made us feel welcomed. I would not come back to this place. I scheduled a regular maintenance to be done on my Honda civic. I showed up on time and they took my vehicle and said it would be 2 hours. I went and had some lunch to pass time. It had been almost 2 hours when I got back and the service rep came and told me I needed new brakes among other things. I declined all additional things they claim I needed. He then said it would be 20 more minutes or so. That was the last I seen anyone for 2 more hours. The rep came back super chipper as if I hadnt been waiting 4 and a half hours. I immediately let him know of my discontent with the customer service to which he discounted my bill $40. Not ungrateful I appreciate the discount but my service was priced over $600 and I just expected better service.

All of the warning lights on my dashboard have lit up while driving a couple of times and the only way to get them to turn off is to have the car plugged in, evaluated, get a PU # and it resets. Twice it gave different reasons. Obviously everything on my 2017 CRV couldnt need attention, from brakes, engine, every assist and tailgate. The 3rd time I took it in to Showcase where Ive never been. I do have an extended warranty. They evaluated and told me that it was my electors and ejector pipe. They definitely have me a huge discount at quote as I called around. I got my car back, the lights were gone its only been a day if driving and as Ive said, they go away after being reset, I hope that they stay away and that that was in fact the real issue. However in the papers I recieved it stated that this was the issue because all of my fluids were low and that I had never had any of them flushed or serviced. That concerned me. I had just recently had an oil change and last year had my coolant drained and flushed. I have been meticulous about servicing this Honda and Ive always been. This is my 5th Honda, I currently have 2. It doesnt say that they filed the low fluids either, nor did they tell me that they were low so now I need to go have this checked. The service manager Ian was very nice and I thought did answer all of my questions, I just didnt know that this was a question until after I left with my car. Im praying the lights do not come back on. My extended warranty did not cover anything... but so far am very satisfied.

Showcase Honda was great! After a few very unsuccessful and frustrating visits to other dealerships around the valley, it was so refreshing to find a place where the car actually was as advertised. Trent was great to work with, and did everything he could to make sure we had a good experience and got the vehicle we wanted. Car shopping is NOT my idea of fun, but Showcase Honda made it relatively painless.

So I recently had to buy a car for my wife since her old car was totaled. We used the settlement check for a down payment on a used car here. So we bought the car last Thursday and during the test drive we noticed something was off with the car wanting to start so the dealer said to bring it back as soon as we can so they can get that taken care of. We brought it back Saturday morning and they said they were so busy And if we could schedule an appointment for Monday morning. I brought the car on Monday morning and waited for a few hours until they said they had to replace some stuff and they’ll need the car until Wednesday. Tuesday comes along and they said there’s been a change of plans and the car won’t be ready til Thursday night. And today I get a call saying the car won’t be ready until next Tuesday now. So basically they sold us a car that wasn’t ready and we haven’t been able to drive it since we bought it. This has made it difficult since we bought a car so that my wife has a means of transportation to finish school, and she hasn’t even been able to use it.

Quick, effecient, and great communication.However, I was disappointed to see no employees wearing masks and no signs requesting customers wear them. Honda cars are the forefront of safety and I expected that to be carried over into the workplace to keep employees safe and customers safe in the Phoenix area. I didnt feel particularly safe standing inside with no one wearing masks. Honda can do better.

Dakota was Very friendly and the service was great. He Got me taken care of as soon as I pulled in with only having called 20 minutes prior asking for an oil change. Quoted me a time it would done and stuck to it, even tho I needed a couple of additional services besides the oil change. Honestly, one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. I want to start by saying Amber F. was amazing! I found a car online that I liked and wanted to test drive. It was the top of my budge so Amber showed me several different options to consider in addition to the car I had initially liked. When I talked to the manager, Joey, about the original car and discussed the financial aspects of it, I found out there was about $3200 in hidden options that were already added to the car and werent actually optional (window tint, rock guard, floor mats, etc.). However, they didnt feel the need to include that in the list price of the vehicle despite the fact that you couldnt get the car without them. These additions pushed the vehicle well above my budget and I said it wouldnt work for me. Joey was pushy insisted there was a way to make it work. When I stated I couldnt go above my max budget and didnt want to push the financing option to 72 months, he continued to push it to try and make a sale. He spoke to me in a demeaning way in which to make me feel stupid and acted as though I couldnt understand his simple math when the total price was above my budget. I ended up getting up mid-discussion and walking out the door. I will not be returning and I would not recommend this place to others. Your employees and customers deserve better than a manager who behaves like that.

For the oil change they put buy 1 get 1 FREE .I did double check with customer service before my appointment date but when I arrived at Show Case they told me you can not use it because is per vehicle but the coupon clearly says per person NOT per vehicle! and I have 2 cars with them .This is completely unethical and unacceptableTrash service and Ill never go to this cheap looser dealer again . My son bought a used car at Showcase Honda. They had an extra $3000 in the contract for maintenance, that he didnt want. The salesman crossed off the $3000, and prepared the contract again. Apparently the new contract had the $3000 back in there, and my son signed it, trusting their honesty. When confronted the next day, they said they shredded the crossed off version, and they had my sons signature on the version with the extra $3000. Obviously intentional deception. These guys need to be stopped.

I purchased a car here and I noticed they offered a low price on the car but they jacked up the price on everything else like their Arizona package for $5K instead of a few hundred. Then they promised me a free first oil change if I gave them all excellent on their ratings. I didnt like that way of manipulating ratings so I didnt respond to their survey.They still gave me a free first oil change. However, I was needed a tire rotation and assumed it was included as it was at Superstition Honda. But they did not rotate the tires or even offer me that service. When I said I would pay for it, they still didnt offer to do it that day. So now I have to find someone else to rotate my tires.Good things though include matching the best deal I got from another dealer for purchasing the car and my first service was completed in record time.

We were treated well, however the services offered were extremely overpriced for the services to be performed. We were told that the vehicle would need to stay overnight because the part was not in stock. We picked up our car and found someone to do it the same day for 2/3rds less money. We were quoted around 1000.00 by Showcase Honda. We had excellent work performed elsewhere for 350.00, and it works great.

The car business has always had good and bad people. Some have been terrible. Things have improved significantly in the 35 years I have been in the business. Showcase is an example of the worst of the worst. A relic in todays world. Yesterday I was approached by one sales person. He said can I help you young man. I am an older man. This was very disrespectful. Today I went back. One sales rushed up to my car as I was driving. When I stopped, he rushed over. I said I know where I am going. He continued to talk and almost argued with me. I told him to leave me alone. I went into the showroom, I was approached by another sales person. I told him I was waiting for someone. He continued to badger me. He wanted to know who I was going to speak. I spoke to the new car manager Amir. I told him what occurred. He was not happy with the first person. I told him that the sales people were terrible and would not be able to work at any dealership of high quality. I have been in the car business for 35 years. He took great offense and started to argue with me. He said he personally hired and trained them and they were doing the right thing. I told him that it was not my intention to insult him. However, since he vehemently insisted they were doing a good job. I told him that this was bad management. This dealershipship is the worst of the worst. He said they were doing fine. I have access to the new dealership sales figures in the valley. Showcase is always near the bottom in Honda sales This manager and sales people are the reason. It would impossible to find another dealership this bad anywhere in the valley.

It was the worst car buying experience. They sold me a car with 2 bad tires. They had huge gashes on the inner tire where I couldnt see them. They were so bad that the tire shop said they were dangerous to drive on. I bought the car with my 5 year old daughter. I asked if they inspect the vehicles before they sell them and he told me yes. So either they knew and didnt tell me or dont inspect their cars. Either way that is not the way to do business.

This is very long overdue but I bought my 2017 Honda Civic here in November 2019 at around $18,000. I thought that was a good price for that kind of car but little did I know all that car has been through. No one at Showcase Honda was aware that one of the doors did not close all the way and they were also not aware that the car had previously been in an accident. I had to learn all this for myself after I had bought the car. Not only that, I had to wait a very long time to be seen by Kenn from financing who was very short with me. Later in the week he called me to come over because there was a problem with paperwork. I went down but they told me Kenn had left earlier that day. It took almost 2 hours to be seen by someone else from financing to complete more paperwork. With all that being said I wont be buying another Honda from them anytime soon since they took advantage of me with my first one. I hope they have changed since I last was there in November 2019

I would give Showcase Honda a 0.00 review if possible. Not only did they create a massive headache for me by telling me that I could get a better deal if I financed my car through them and then pay it off by the 1st payment, which wasn’t true and ended up in costing me a finance charge that they stated would not happen but they also used a bank that does not automatically send in an electronic title release to the DMV once the vehicle is paid off. Yes, they do send you a piece of paperwork stating that the vehicle is paid off but without an electronic release the DMV can’t release the title and transfer it into your name. To make matters, when you call the “Bank” they don’t even know about an electronic release until you talk a number of agents and then talk to a number of supervisors before they admit that they don’t automatically do an electronic release until you call them and make that request. Then they need to file a “ non-real-estate release form” to initiate the electronic release which can take up to 3 days; all of this makes no sense. So, buyer needs ware; ,don’t expect to get your title from this dealer or their bank of choice once you’ve paid off your vehicle and receive paperwork stating that the vehicle is paid off, get all over these people like white on rice or forever have a Lien holder on your title.

A literal breath of fresh air that you don’t expect walking into a dealership. Our salesperson Aaron Ramirez was so knowledgeable and made the whole car buying process such a fun experience! Very professional from the beginning! Devin was thorough in how he explained the importance of the service he recommended! When he found out that my CR-V was in an accident previously and had not been fully restored to its original state by the shop I took it to, he went above and beyond in his customer service in setting up Lyft to get me back to work, in washing my vehicle, and in telling me what was broken to equip me in taking my vehicle back to the previous shop to repair it once and for all. I will not be going back to that shop but I WILL be going back to Showcase Honda! I highly recommend them! Thank you again Devin!

Just received a E-mail inviting me to there Tent Event. I politely declined through there comments section. Here is why. My daughter was able to afford her first New car, and she wanted a Honda Accord. She looked over the internet, and found one she liked at Showcase Honda. As a Dad, and have purchased many New vehicles in my time, she asked me to accompany her to the dealership, to guide her through the process. Everything was fine with the price and negotiations, but Honda was offering a $500 Grad rebate if you financed with them. I told my daughter to go ahead and do it, and we would refinance with our Credit union at a later date. She uploaded all her transcripts to the Salesman while we were there, and all was good. Fast forward 6 months after the sale, and NO rebate. Dealership was NO help. 2 years later and still NO rebate. I am looking for a New Honda Odyssey or Pilot, and the salesman that talked to me from this E-mail inquiry told me if I would come in and purchase from them, he would sweeten my deal by $500 to give my daughter. In other words, I am overpaying on my deal, to cover your mistake. No Thanks.

Richard York worked with us as our service advisor. We had a couple issues with our vehicle that he quickly reconciled for us. He kept us in the loop when necessary and returned our calls when he was not available to answer ours.As a caveat, there was some tape on our vehicle door that we dont yet know why it was put there and whomever removed some of it also took paint with it. Richard was quick to rectify the problem! I understand that things like this happen and Im impressed with the service and care we received.In the waiting area however, I am not happy with the language used on the phone by the parts department. I would not have wanted my children with me and I would have had to wait outside if I did. This was very unprofessional.

There prices Have sky rocketed! Went from a $49 oil change to $90 in less then a year. Before when you got work done on your car, they would give you the oil change for free. Not now. They are ridiculous at show case honda. Definitely the last time they will have my business.

It may have taken me a full 7 hours with my fingers crossed, but my Service Advisor, Johnny was excellent! This all started with my A/C going out on my few years old Honda. Upon calling Johnny at 8 o’clock in the morning he had me at 8:30 with a technician having a look at the issue. They pinpointed it as a condenser which they replaced didn’t hold a charge at first replace some seals at Johnny’s recommendation and the second time it held the charge, thank goodness. While all this was going on, being that I’ve been there for hours had nothing to eat , I started to have a hypoglycemic attack. Johnny came to my aid saying he understood as he went and got me sodas and the nutrients. Feeling much better and then the news that i was “ good to go” . All service done with my extended warranty. Kudos to all at Showcase Honda.

I went to Showcase Honda on a whim. I was in talks with Toyota to get into a vehicle there and it was getting to nearly a month and the vehicle still hadnt came in (microchip shortage or whatever is going on). Anyway, I went to Showcase Honda to see what they had to offer for a vehicle trade in. The last time I got into a vehicle (different Dodge dealership) I felt I was taken advantage of and overall just felt they were disingenuous. So you can imagine the mindset I had when I walked in this time around. However, I was very pleased to have been able to work with Fernando. Fernando took a lot of time with me to go over my options and made sure I was making the right decision for my situation. I went in there with a deal in mind that I wanted and he worked with me to get it. I got into a vehicle I wanted and couldnt me happier.
