I bought a truck from Peoria Nissan with a cracked windshield. They paid for the replacement.Thursday, July 22nd, Arrowhead Auto Glass replaced the window. Friday, July 23rd, I went to leave my office and the new glass had 3 cracks emerging from beneath the window trim. I figured no big deal, bad window they will replace it.After waiting a week for someone to come inspect it, the technician basically accused me of lying, stating This was hit by something, theres no way it just broke. My daily commute is 1.2 mile to my office from home. I can assure anyone reading this, nothing hit the window on my mile drive home or my mile drive back to the office the following morning before the cracks appeared (from beneath the window trim mind you again).Now it has been another 2 weeks, Im writing this on August 11th, 2021. The 3 small cracks that came 4 inches above the trim now span about 50% of the window. Arrowhead Auto Glass will not return my calls, and appear to not be standing behind their product and/or workmanship.I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for getting glass service done on your vehicles. I wish 0 stars was an option, one star is much too high for the customer service and support Ive received from them so far.

Arrowhead Cadillac directed me 2 them & said this is who they contract ALL of their glass work 2. They did a nice job on my CTS...mobile service with very friendly & professional staff!

I had my windshield replaced at the dealer since it needed calibration. Once I got home, I noticed glass splinter all over my dashboard and seat. Ill never use this company again. Sloppy work and rude office staff. Business must be going well since I had call Arrowhead Auto Glass 4 times to make sure things were moving forward. 3 weeks to get a windshield replaced. Next time Ill take my insurances suggestion and go with someone else.

Very unorganized, had to call lot of times with no solution to replace a OEM but disappointment....

I got my windshield replaced today (2/24/2020) and it was the easiest process. The hardest part was honestly getting Geico to come inspect the windshield to ensure that they would cover the claim. I got to work with Devin who was incredible. He was always quick to call me with any update no matter how minor it was. I heard from him at some point every day so I never felt like I was in the dark. From making the claim, to the inspection, the approval, ordering parts and setting a date and time, we were able to get everything done within a week. I would absolutely recommend Devin to anybody looking to repair or replace their windshield.

Devin was great knows a lot about the glass on my Nissan knew all the details and why glass was Important for the front of the vehicle, he let me know that it will block the wind from coming in like Wow Amazing! Love this guy.

I Was at the dealer for other work. Windshield needed to be replaced. They suggested Arrowhead as they are right on site. Arrowhead failed to call me and I’m waiting for my car so I called the glass company I usually use. Arrowhead finally called and I told them I’m not using them. The person then told me that my insurance probably won’t pay for the camera reprogram because I’m not using Arrowhead. That’s not true. The person wouldn’t let it go. Basically coercing me into using their company under false pretenses. I won’t use them.

Will, these people are awful, first they wanted my credit card information before they come in to do the job because Im paying out of pocket so, I didnt gave them the information, they called me back saying we gonna come on Friday between 8 am- 1 pm and we collect the payment after finishing the job. So I was waiting for the guy to show up, he never showed up, he left a voicemail around 1:20 pm. So that was Friday the girl called me on Monday saying we need to collect the payment for windshield that we replaced, and Wednesday they called me again for same reason THEY NEVER CAME, NEVERE REPLACED THE WINDSHIELD AND NOW THEY ARE CALLING ME TO COLLECT THE PAYMENT FOR A SERVICE THAT NEVER BEEN DONEUpdate, so these guys never read what people said about them, if you guys keep calling me i will contaact the policeYour technician didnt com . And he didnt replace the windshield so stop calling me

I had called this company because my windshield was cracked all the way across! Not good! They said they will order a windshield for me and notify me when it arrives. I have waited weeks with no phone call. Unbelievable!! They wasted my time! I called my insurance and they helped me find a reliable company!This company clearly doesnt care!!

The guys that came out and replaced my window were quick and knowledgeable, they pointed out a break in my molding I would never have seen. They were quick and I was on the road before I knew it.

I tried to do a claim through arrowhead. Unfortunately Rose took my information on Thursday and again on Friday. Told me she would get back to me with the OEM glass approval. Never got back to me I called her back apparently they lost my file. But then Rose blamed the dealership for giving her the wrong information to which she never spoke too. The dealership gave me a referral to Arrowhead. I’m sure that’s the last referral they will get. I thought it was in the twilight zone.

Was referred to them from my Toyota Dealership-Camelback -- They did a good job installing my Highlander Windshield, however, it seems that the mirror was not completely, firmly - re-attached, so they came back out to ensure firm seating, which took care of the problem.

What a horrible experience with this company. Everyone please stay away they have kids using a sawzall to remove the windshield.

Guy approached me at camelback Toyota like all those guys do which I find quite annoying. Little did he know I’m actually educated on the topic asking for OEM glass pilkington. Didn’t get that, and the work done was not very good. Sounds like a wind tunnel on the freeway now and can hear things from the outside with the windows rolled up. Hilarious. Would not recommend.
