I called Bob this morning and explained to him I had a small crack in my windshield from someone kicking up rocks over the weekend. He came out within 30 minutes to my work place and fixed it within 20! He carefully explained the procedure and made sure I understood how it worked. My windshield looks good as new, and now I dont have to worry about the crack expanding. Thank you Accurate Auto Glass!

Ive had windshields to side windows to rear view mirrors replaced over the many years of doing business with them and they get it right every single time!! I was able to make a call for a chipped windshield and get an appointment for that day. Chris fixed all the cracks and a great person to talk to! Great customer service overall and a great price! Would definitely come back for their service.

Accurate Auto Glass created an incredible experience for me. I was greeted right when I walked through the doors by the whole staff! The manager Chris had came up to me and introduced himself as we went to go check out the previously damaged windshield on my car. He ensured me that it would be taken care of promptly and that I would be back on the road in no time! While I waited they offered my coffee and a few snacks. They made me feel at home right away. When my new windshield was installed I went to go take a look at the work and man! Chris vacuumed my floor and seats up for me after I just told him what a rough morning I was having!!!! The service CANNOT be beat. Lastly I wanted to say the glass is high quality, arizona roads are always tough and it has had many impacts to it and not a single thing! Overall 1000/10. Love it here.

My insurance agent referred me to this company many years ago I have always gone back they are always friendly do great work are on time and too of the line quality glass is always used! They do not have me on a rotating list where they call and bug me every 3 months as prior glass companies I have used 7 plus years back still do and still call me and bother me. Give them a call they do the insurance claim and all for you and come out and take care of the issue!

I called yesterday and spoke on the phone with Sofia, she was very kind, patient and diligent. Gave me a quick quote, and said she can get it all set for tomorrow. She even helped me order a special part for my car window. The price was reasonable. But I mainly chose them because of the good ratings. Sure enough, the next morning, they called at 8 and were here within minutes. Chris and David were very professional, and walked me through the process. They were quick as well, literally took them a half hour to fix both my driver window and replace my windshield. I appreciate them so much. I will be counting on them if I have any other troubles. Great price, great work. Was able to quickly get a mobile appointment. Their office staff kept me updated on approximately (and then precisely) when the installers would show up. The two installers were courteous and personable, thorough and worked like clockwork. Wonderful company all around.

From the moment I called I received excellent customer service which I’m a big fan of! Leo the technician came today and Replaced my windshield. He was very pleasant to deal with, he text me a half an hour before he would be arriving, when he arrived and when he had completed his job. He was very professional. I also want to give a big shout out to the owner Bobby because he’s super nice, and probably the most awesomeness business owner I’ve met since moving here… And I’ve lived here five years!

Bob was incredibly professional and kind. While preparing to fill a chip in my windshield, he found a second smaller chip and generously fixed that one as well for no charge. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and you cannot beat the cost! $30 for two chips fixed in less than an hour. I will definitely be recommending Accurate Auto Glass to any and all looking for repairs.

I had a rock hit my windshield and leave a very large chip. I knew it would spread fast so I called the next day. Safelight quoted me $110 to repair my one chip. Another was $50. Then I found Accurate and boy were they accurate. I went to their shop and had a great technician. 15 minutes and done. Apparently I had a smaller chip that was starting to spread that I hadnt even noticed. I was still charged $30 even though two were repaired. Exceptional service from everyone I spoke to and it was a great experience. This was my first experience with glass repair (first vehicle) and I am so happy I found a company for life without having to go through the gripe of another.

Yesterday as I was driving on the 101 north I got hit by a rock (supposedly) and it shattered my entire driverside window. Because the window was held in tact by my tinting, my car wasnt safe to drive since I couldnt see, so I needed a mobile repair.I called Accurate Auto Glass yesterday after receiving a $400 quote from Safelite. Yolanda at Accurate Auto said they could do it out the door for $250 and she fit me in for today. I got a call at about 9 this morning saying that the technician would be here between 10 and 12 and that he would call. Got a call from Chris at 1015 saying he was 5 minutes away. He replaced my window and fixed a chip in my windshield in about an hour and half and was extremely friendly. The window looks beautiful and I can now drive my car again!I would recommend this place to anyone, my service was prompt, courteous and efficient and I know that I will come to them with any future glass repairs that I need.

My first appointment with them - they came and installed glass on my 2016 expensive car, they accidently cut a wire which was promptly re-ordered and I even got a sincere apology from the owner....ok thats one thing.A week later I started getting this CRAZY whistle coming from somewhere at highway speeds and it just drove me nuts, I finally pinpointed it out and yup, the windshield wasnt installed properly.I called to see when they could fix it and, made an appointment to bring it into the shop for warranty - then they called & cancelled on me because no one was available that day.WAY too much trouble to go through for a windshield. Fixed it myself. Done.
