On October 26th, I went to get my car washed when the ignition cylinder broke, Brian and Lloyd both worked to fix it and went above and beyond to be helpful.As I was waiting for AAA I believe every employee at some point came to check on me , asking if I needed anything , making sure I had water and was comfortable. It certainly made me feel valued as a customer and safe.

I always have a great experience at this Jackson’s. Marla & Lecia at the front desk are so patient. They always make me feel like I am their number one priority when I am there. In addition my car always looks amazing leaving. I went ahead and became a member because I come so often. Def worth the price. Everyone there is very friendly. Larry was very helpful in explaining my member benefits and recommending the best car wash for me based on my needs. Highly recommend this place.

Disappointed in auto detailing. The interior was great other than windows streaked and also dashboard. The exteriorside view mirror on drivers side was not clean small windows streaked. Had attendant wipe water streaks off doors.

Bought their VIP car wash. While the exterior of the vehicle looks reasonable, the interior, particularly the vacuuming was poor at best. As I was leaving the rear seat popped into its folded position proving they had lifted it up. When I got home to fold it up I found leaves, hair and other debris. The center console also had crumbs in it. Been going there for years but the price keeps going up and the quality of service keeps going down.

We’ve been coming to this Jackson’s since we moved to the area in 2019. We’ve had quick car washes, full service detailing, oil and fuel filter changes and glass repaired. It’s always great service including the towel dry service after the drive thru wash. We’ll be coming back!

This place is great! They do a good job on my washes & the rates are affordable every time i come. Marla & John have incredible customer service also! Would easily recommend to anyone :)

Great car wash! Bring both of my Mercedes are on the monthly VIP plan. However today when my car was returned to me I noticed a crack in my trim by the vent. It was simply not there when I gave it to them. I will update this review if the issue is resolved fairly.

Poor job not worth $24.99

I initially came to this location and purchased the full detail interior/exterior special for Easter this year and was told I had 12mo to redeem since I already paid 49.99 for a hand wash on my Mercedes that day. I came in on 5/24 to redeem my detail in which I was told if I paid an additional 149.99 +tax for a Diamond package to be added which has a ceramic finish that was supposed to last 12mo which is supposed to help my paint and chrome... long story short I had the “service” done by Oscar at this location and i can truthfully say nothing was done in the sort I feel expected for the price paid. And when I went to the location in Scottsdale to get help with the proper service I paid for they tell me it was rung up as a different service in the computer system and they couldn’t help me... even after the detail guy seen my car and said there is no way the ceramic coat or Diamond package was applied to the cars paint or chrome or any clay bar or wax whatsoever.

Paid for VIP, got a poor quality wash. This is my second time taking a vehicle to this location (first was a 2019 White Tahoe) to see if the first trip was just a bad experience. Nope, same spotty work. I know Jeeps can be quite tough to wash, but this is just unacceptable especially since there were two individuals that go over the vehicle with a rag and cleaner. There were still bugs all over the front, dirt spots all over the fenders as you can see in the pictures, running boards, spots on the hood (forgot to document) where there was clear build up of dirt and dust, etc...... I honestly feel this could have been done the same, if not better through a gas station wash. I had to go over the vehicle when I gone home to clean what was missed. Again, I know some vehicles like this may be more difficult, but thats why we pay extra for this kind of service. I still tipped the guys since they tried, but will not recommend or return.

Great machine car wash and worst car detailing. I took my 2021 car for details cleaning because there was some spots on the roof covering and other minor details including a bad smell inside. They charge me $200+ and all I got was a machine wash and vacuum, and the car still smell the same. I asked them why they didn’t clean the roof, and he said if we clean it, it will drip on the seats. Then I asked them about the smell, he said we use water base cleaning so it won’t remove the smell. Then I bought a $10 interior cleaning spray and cleaned everything within 15 minutes. I wasted $200 for nothing. Never go for detailing, maybe car wash and vacuum it yourself.

Interior detail appointment. Told 2-3 hrs. Came back 3 hours later to lobby. Checked on and learned “had not been started, but was next,” assuming that was an acceptable explanation. No phone call, no explanation, no offer to make it right. Prepaid, got refund. Drove 1 hr from small town, truly bewildered how a vehicle with an appointment and paid for upon drop off was just ignored and employees and manager purposefully made a point not to call to say they had not started and assumed that was okay.

This car wash has the awesome customer service and do offer just about what every car needs! 1st time here. Awesome place! Check it out!

The auto technician Brian was very helpful and was able to explain to me exactly what my car needed. Kerri at the front desk was also helpful and they were both very nice! Definitely recommend this place!

Never again. I attempted to get my car washed and detailed and the guy asked for my insurance card. I asked why for a car wash and he said to fix my windshield. I said I’m not getting that fixed today and he began to harass me about the windshield. I had to say no at least 7 times and never helped me about getting the car washed and detailed before he just walked away. Nobody else helped me so I left. Too many options to be treated that way.

Wow! Just wow!! Im new to reviews but I had to write one about this place!! Im in the customer service field as well, so customer service is something I will ALWAYS compliment. Well, I had the absolute best customer service from Ashley here at this location! She greeted me as soon as I walked through the doors....she made sure to assist me when needed and was able to guide me to exactly what I was needing. Customer service, amazing!! But also, this specific location seems to be the most well managed location and smelt fantastic when walking in. Ill be coming back!!

VIP WashI came to Jackson Car Wash on Bell Rd to use a Free basic wash coupon today did not have a good time. The representative told me that the basic wash is pretty much nothing and gou will be better off upgrading, totally understandable. He hyped me up on the VIP wash and I said sure lets do it! Well Im sorry to report that the VIP wash is also pretty much nothing. There was not even an attempt at vacuuming in inside (I spent 10 mins with the shop vac at the front and thought it looked great after).The wipes they use on my dashboard and vinyl looks great, too bad they didnt bother to wipe the whole dash... seems like just laziness to me. Pictures attached. Unfortunate that I did not think to take a picture before I used the shop vac.Im give this place 2 stars because my wife had a good experience here a few months ago and recommended them. However, I can definitely say I did not have the same experience.

I got my car detailed on the inside and outside yesterday. They are good sales people and gave me a great deal, so I got the outside detailed even though I only intended on getting the inside detailed. I have had an Australian cattle dog for a year and my pale seats were a NIGHTMARE. I had bike grease stuck on the back seats, the passenger seat (where my dog sits) was just vile, and my cup holder was discussing (I put my dogs water bowl in there and he just drools everywhere in it). Everything was caked in dog hair and dust from his paws, and it smelled like dog. Long story short, the car looks better than when I bought it, and I am BEYOND happy. The upholstery, the dash, the doors, the carpet, everything looks absolutely spotless and not a single dog hair is currently in my car. And the smell is gone, it feels like breathing fresh air in there again! The exterior is also so much nicer looking. I don’t have any before pictures because I wasn’t planning on posting, but here are some after pictures. A very happy customer and so glad I went here to get this done.

BEWARE: Just went there for the first time. The wash knocked off a piece of my car that could not be found after searching for it (lost to the drainage system presumably). The manager Rich just said flatly that its not their problem. This small piece needs to be painted to match the car so not cheap. Also, when I reported the piece missing (right after the wash) the on duty manager said this happens all the time. So, beware, had I known that I would not have trusted my car to these guys. Think about it before you go here. If anything happens to your vehicle its YOUR problem.

When I went into the store it was super clean and smelt great! I was talking to Ashley about helping me set up the Jacksons app on my phone. I highly recommend going and talking to Ashley if you have any questions about services too.

This is definitely nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. The single wash prices are very reasonable and the monthly plans are fenominal. To bad I do not come down this way more often or I would certainly stop by more.

The worst thing I have ever seen in my life today. A line of people complaining about the service. An old lady having to vacuum her own car. Another lady wiping out the inside of her car. Both paid for full service and the manager said ohh I thought you were express wash and walked away. Inside it was the typical it will have to go through corporate BS. FANTASTIC! I just saw a young man finish cleaning a car and run over to its owner who was walking with a cane... He advised the older gentleman to walk down the sidewalk ramp, and then he delivered his car safely to him. This level of service deserves notice and 5 stars. Well done Jacksons. POOR, took my SUV in for a complete detailing on Jan 30th and am very disappointed. Had to wait 4 hours after they didnt pay attention that I was waiting there. The glove box and center console were barely clean (pics) and the floor mats smelled of gas so bad I had to throw them away. The headlights still a little fogged as well.

Since I purchased my car brand new 4 years ago, I have been a loyal Jackson’s customer. Am I completely satisfied every single time? No. But am I mostly satisfied and devoted to the customer service and value? Absolutely! Nick is hard working and dedicated to amazing customer service. Thank you, Nick!!I am almost always amazed and happy with the hard working crew. I do get exhausted by the oil change and windshield sharks but I’m able to hold my own and tell them no. I indulge in a detail every other year or so and am always thrilled with the results. Told them my husband wanted me to get the $20 carwash, somehow ended up paying $40, and was told thats how they have to ring it up.... Then realized I paid for the most expensive wash, and this is the result. Unacceptable. Whatever wax they used just puddled together on the bumper, doesnt look like they even touched the wheels, we are very disappointed.

I just moved into the NW side of town and found a Jacksons nearby. On my first Works wash with them recently, the best part of my experience was with Theresa, who works the desk inside. She went above and beyond for me and I really appreciated her help. She even had to run outside twice in our heat wave to get the correct information. The vacuuming inside my car was great; the outside looks good, but some of the wiping down of the dashboard and doors inside missed a few of the areas. All in all it was a good experience and Ill return to see if next time they can do even better inside.

This carwash is the best around! Its not the closest wash to my home but Its well worth the trip. A always depend on these guys to do a great job inside and out. Always professional, always working hard especially during this hot summer! Thanks everyone 😊

This is going to be updated to either 5 stars or 1 star depending on the outcome. I came in to get my vehicle detailed and there were a lot of mishaps. Especially with the engine compartment. They cleaned the interior rather well with the exception of completely missing the front passenger seat, the rear center console and the touch screen which was smeared and had residue on it. They didnt clean the wheels, though the tires were shined well. All the desert pinstriping has been buffed away beautifully but there are a bunch of blotches still on the sides from the wax. The front bumper and foglights are still covered in crud. The engine compartment, however was even worse than when I brought it in. Even the detailing manager was appalled and embarrassed when we popped the hood. He told me to bring it back in as soon as possible so he can set it right. I will be bringing my vehicle back in the next few days to get everything corrected and will update my response with the outcome. I have pics of the current results and will post them with the results of my next visit.***UPDATE***I took my truck back in a few days ago and they redeemed themselves beyond my expectations. I dont think my engine compartment was even this clean when I bought the truck brand new off the lot with its entirety of 1.9 miles on it from the dealer. Also, I did end up going offroading the weekend prior and it showed on the exterior. I wasnt expecting them to completely clean my truck again but not only did they clean the hell out of it, but they got every crevice of my wheels as well. Other than the gauge window having some streaks, they did a phenomenal job. Rico and Maria were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. I understand we as customers can be rather picky, and with the amount of flow they get there are bound to be certain details they may scan over, but I am more than pleased with the work they did. Of course, I will be back.

I had my car washed there today, I did not inspect it b4 I left, after about 3 hours I went out to my car and oticed that my car was filthy and unwashed in the area by my windshield wipers was filthy. Nice job car wash crew it would eem that quality control scks. I will be taking my car back tomorrow to have it cleaned again.

They have new locations so theyre offering discounts on memberships. Most of the locations are full service and they have employees do all the work for you. From washing and drying to vacuuming the interior waxing the exterior and shampooing the interior. All of their employees are very helpful and courteous.

First time coming to Jackson’s & let me tell you the quality was way better than cobble stone & super star .I was helped by Chris he did a great job on my Windows and rims & he was also the one that vacuumed my vehicle as well he made sure he put the Mats back on the hook. (It’s honestly the small details that can make or break a good experience). I’ll definitely be coming back & telling all my family friends to start visiting Jackson’s and to make sure they ask for Chris to do my car.

I had a windshield replaced and it needed to be calibrated. While relaxing in the waiting area I was able to observe cashier, Chantel interact with clients. She is engaging, patient and caring. I was very impressed with her excellent customer service. She is an asset to the Jackson team!

I come to this location almost every Monday and this is the first time met Vanessa. She was super friendly from the moment I walked through the door. I sat waiting for about 2 hours for a detail. I heard her sing, laugh. Dance lol she made the wait go by fast. She was just an all around nice person and friendly person to everyone. You guys are absolutely the definition of sleeze sales. I come in for a quick wash. I go up to pick my car wash and the manger there tells me how to put my car in neutral, just because Im a woman doesnt mean I dont know how to work my car but thanks. Then about a half second later I get another associate talking how I should replace my windshield and they can do it. No thanks its a little pin size needle knick. Then I notice something werid when he did that he put on the left side of my car a little marker black color to convince me there was another. Again not a idiot but whatever. Came here for a quick wash and vaccum and ended up wanting to just drive off as fast as I could go. Never will I come here again.

Since Covid I have been very guarded to go to public places. I took my car in June and bought extra car was for next time I come. Well I went today and my receipt was pretty faded but readable. The guy helping me said no way. I said please talk to your manager because you could read it and the code. The manager said no. I asked to speak to the manager. First off he had a bad attitude with me. He said no and then he told me besides the receipt expired August 28th. He could have been nice and said yes. But it was a very rude no. Then he walked away and said nothing. Very rude and no customer service ethics. I would not want someone like that running my business. Anyways, no assistance with anyone helping me either lift the gate so I could leave. I had to back up which was not safe because it was a one way. Nice management. I Will never return to this very poor run business. I went to a competitor and they got my business.
