My insurance suggested I go to this place.. I am very dissatisfied. They had my car 2 days. My rear view mirror was not re installed correctly. Good luck trying to get an actual person to talk with.

Very well staffed, great employees, they know their stuff. Highly recommend this location for new windows that need to also be calibrated. If you like to walk long distances to anything you will have 2 hours to walk to and from Portillo’s for lunch.

Please ask your guests to wear masks while waiting inside.. a family of four came in while I was waiting. They were not wearing masks. Nothing was said. I went outside and sat on the cold curb instead. While it clearly says on the door they are required. I will not return. While I understand not everyone agrees but don’t have it posted and inside marked where to stand if it means nothing.

I cant thank Safelite AutoGlass enough! My glass technician name was Henry! This young man was a true professional! He explained everything in full detail, and told me time frame to complete the work. He was actually done before the time he have! That was super impressive! I had the windshield replaced twice once in March and the other in May both times was leaking from the same place, unfortunately it wasnt clear where the leak was coming from because after every car wash it would appear to come through the door jam. Thinking the weather stripping was the culprit I brought it to my subwoofer shop that installed them around the same time in March when my windshield got replaced they said weather stripping wasnt touched. When I brought it to sanderson ford they did some diagnostic tests and found that the leak was only from the windshield. When I had safelite come back out to do the warranty work they were late on the time frame that I had set up for and then told me they couldnt cover my rental car that I purchased in order to leave my vehicle at the dealership. I will never use safelite ever and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone they cut corners and are super unprofessional. Also the first windshield replacement the rear view mirror was loose and I had to tighten the set screw

I brought my vehicle in for a windshield replacement and two weeks later the sensors for lane departure assist and high beam assist warnings appeared on the dash. I took the vehicle to the dealership since it was under warranty and after working on it for a while, the service manager called me and asked did you have a windshield replaced recently? I confirmed I did, and he advised that the camera wasnt reinstalled properly- a spring clip was missing. I was left with a $320 bill from the dealership. I went in to talk to the manager about how we could work out a reimbursement, he sent someone out to get copies of my information and said that Gus would call me back by the end of the day. That call didnt happen and Ive called back this morning and of course Gus will call you back. Im not holding my breath.

Literally can not get anyone on the phone. Their automated service hangs up on you. I dont want to make an appointment, I want to ask a HUMAN a question. The question is NOT in the faqs. How am I supposed to get an answer if I cant ASK SOMEONE? Its June in az, im not going anywhere in this heat unless I absolutely have to.

I originally posted it a bad rating but need to give these guys credit at the Peoria, Az location.Bryan my service technician did a top notch job. Everyone from checking out was very professional and customer friendly.The problem was I have a Tesla and they are slow to send their Tesla only windshield out.My apologies for my first review. Once they had the windshield they in constant telephone and email contact.Highly recommend.

I had booked an appt for this last Tuesday, they called me the Monday before to inform me that they received a “bad piece of glass” and needed to wait for another to arrive. I asked when it would arrive, they said Thursday. I said I am available Friday. You would think that they would book me at the same location I booked with originally but no. She scheduled me for an appointment that is 20 minutes away versus the 5 minute commute I originally booked. She didn’t tell me and I had to find out the night before in a confirmation email. First thing in the morning in rush hour traffic. When I could have just gone right around the corner from where I’m at. Ridiculous and inconsiderate.

Been there a couple of times to have rock chips repaired in the huge windshield on my wifes C-Max and more recently they replaced a windshield in my semi truck. I think the only tech that has helped me is Bryan and he has always been courteous and professional and always willing to answer questions. Helpful, friendly staff in the office/waiting room as well.

Wow! This Safelite team went above and beyond for Smiles by Delivery! We provide house-call dental care for nursing homes in AZ and during COVID-19, we are the on-call provider for emergency dental care for all that are home bound. So, when our vehicle was hit by a huge rock on the freeway yesterday, I immediately called our insurance and our insurance scheduled our vehicle with Safelite only a few hours out. When I arrived to Safelite, they were surprised my insurance said I was scheduled, because they were booked out for about a week! To add to that, they didnt have a windshield at their location for our big Ford Transit van. When I told Bryan and mgr, Jonathan, about our business and that we still had emergency patients to see at nursing homes today, they took my keys and said they would figure it out and get it done. They stayed late to get our van done, and my team, our patients and I are so grateful to this awesome Safelite crew! You guys are HEROES to us and allowed us to provide emergency care during this COVID-19 crazy time!

Guy named Kyle put my windshield on & it was misaligned he cut the headliner in my BRAND NEW CAR & dented the dash somehow to where you can see the foam underneath near the edge. This happened last year in 2020 & I was super busy with work so I never followed up to have job done right or leave a review but this employee or who ever was looking over him should not be employed by this company because it’s pure negligence & a huge lack of caring to just hand my vehicle back to me like that. Seems like he got frustrated if something was making the job difficult & just slopped it together. Shame on him & his supervisors. Will never use this company again. I guess the silver lining is that for any future windshields or new cars I have needing a windshield I will surely know NOT TO COME HERE.

Excellent work done and completed earlier than scheduled. Technician was professional and followed all their COV - 19 protocols and did an excellent job with the removal and installation of new windshield.I looked them up on my cellphone and called in to make the on site appointment which went simply. Since safety glass is covered by my insurance there was no cost associated with the replacement.I used a different company last time I needed a windshield replaced and it still was right after 3 visits with the vendor. I will never make that mistake again.Thank you Safelite!!👍🙂

Quick service and friendly staff. It is very confusing where to park for your service, call before time for instructions. The parking is odd and limited space. Location is convenient for anyone who lives on the West Valley! It is 2-3 mins away from 101/Union Hills on 83rd Ave. Location is well labeled and super easy to find.

I had to have my windshield replaced on my BMW i3, and I am extremely happy with the work done at this location. Bryan was well versed in the unique needs of this car (special body clips, easily cut carbon fiber frame, etc.), was very professional, and went above and beyond in both customer services and the repairs to my car. Great service, fast and neat. Do not order the Rain Defense package if you are in Arizona during the summer months, because the excessive heat will not yield good results. The store manager was very helpful in explaining that, and offered to refund my packge. I would certainly recommend this location.

These guys went above and beyond. I dont usually write reviews, but I had to in this case. I dropped my car off at 7:30am which is before they officially opened. They gladly took the car off my hands. The only problem was that I couldnt find an Uber to get back to my house. The tech offered to give me a ride back to my house in his personal vehicle. I made it back home in time to hop in my second vehicle and get to work on time. Not only that, but upon picking up my finished vehicle, I noticed the tech had vacuumed my carpets, cleaned all of my windows, and even neatly tucked away the exposed wiring for my forward-facing dashcam. God forbid my windshield cracks again, but if it does, Ill be going to this Safelite location.

To give credit where its due I suppose, they are ordering and paying for a new key, however, they did not seem to truly care about what a problem.this is and offered nothing but empty platitudes. I had the worst customer service experience with a company I have ever had. My husband booked online we dropped off the car they had it all day over 8 hours only to be told the after market product will not work. They give me a story that isn’t true that is all the insurance will pay for which is not true as the windshield was previously replaced with manufacture windshield with 2 hours at my office. After over a week they stated it was in. Instead of prioritizing a returning customer to make it right they again state you will need to drop off and again it will take all day as we will work on it when we get to it. This is the most inefficient service model I have ever seen as well as very off putting to the customer. They also were unapologetic and rude as we asked for more expedited service. I will never use this company again. I will let all my friends and family know what a horrible experience I had as well as my insurance company. You are providing service to the public this is not how it’s done well.

I had appointment and I got 3 text, 1 email and a phone call about my appointment at 8am. I show up early and they change the glass and then I am told how to pay. I was like I have full coverage with Travelers. Oh we have to verify your insurance. Then I get 389.67 charge I have to pay cash. OMG! I called insurance and I have coverage full coverage. Thanks for not checking my insurance like your job is. Saying I was not covered. LIAR!!! I have had windows changed before it cost me less and I got a bonus gift card.or something. I wont go back

Honesty is at the core of any business. When a repairman says I am not going to charge for this repair because its not to my expectations. Im not happy with it so I wont bill for it that says a lot about his character and the companys too. Even though it was an insurance claim where the money is assured he was forthright and chose the honest path. As it is whenever I need repairs or replacement of windshields this is the only place I will go.

Scheduled an appointment here two weeks ago. Took my car in today to have my windshield replaced. I received a call about 20 min after dropping my car off only to be told that they didn’t have the windshield in stock and they would not be able to calibrate my car. When I walked in they greeted me by name before I said a word. Took my vehicle in right than and replaced my windshield. I saw them mount a couple who had a mirror that kept falling off, and the dealer suggested they go there. They repaired it at no charge. Very nice employees who work there.

Set appointment for 9:00 AM showed up on time. Been sitting here for 90 minutes . A half dozen other customers have shown up after me, checked in, their vehicles serviced and on their way. A 10:30 AM appointment just walked in and the technician took her car immediately. The receptionist Valarie was very kind along with the technicians. This is my third time getting a rock chip repaired from safelite. I wish they would have communicated the delay...An 11:00 AM appointment arrived at 10:35 AM. Its 10:37 AM and the Technician is already walking out with then to check over the vehicle.I asked Valerie at 10:50 AM if she knew how much longer it would be until a tech would be able to service my vehicle. She was a bit shocked that a tech hasnt seen me yet and was very apologetic. She offered complimnaty wipers.Chris the tech was also sincere and apologetic. And took care of my vehicle right away.In all it was a good experience, Im a patient person and had an open schedule so I wasnt bothered by the wait.Would definitely recommend this place to anyone still.

Took my 1986 Chevy k10 truck for back glass....They forgot to order the rubber gasket but they really gave amazing customer service by giving me a discount for the mistake....these guys are also good at older vehicles like my chevy…. I made an appointment and it took 7 days for the first opening. I dropped off my vehicle per the appointed time and day but was told they didnt have a Lexus windshield but they could use a generic windshield so I agreed to leave it and pick it up later because of the calibration required for the camera. After I got home they called me and said they were missing a part and I would have to reschedule. I picked up my vehicle and waited four days for all parts (Lexus windshield and some other part) to arrive at the shop and was scheduled. One the morning that I was to bring the vehicle in, they called and said a part was missing but was being delivered later in the day so I could bring it in a few hours later than was scheduled. I brought it up to drop if off and they told me the part was delivered to a different Safelite location and I could either make an appointment there (45 minutes away) or reschedule when the part could get transferred to the location I had the appointment at. A bunch of runaround is all I got, it was three weeks of having my time wasted because they couldnt it right but they had no apologies for the mistakes and my inconvenience, just acted as if it was no big deal. Total disregard for others time.

The first time there was great very helpful. The second time not they acted like I was putting them to put on the part but they said I needed to have replaced. Treated me like I didnt really need these parts on there their own guy wanted it replaced. The first guy was quite helpful and very friendly and wanted to make sure you are happy with the job. But not on my follow-up was not impressed with the tech on the second trip.
