This location was very clean and very welcoming. I had an amazing employee helping me by the name of Richard Stroble and he was kind and very thorough. I just had to get his full name so I could let you all know you should hire 10 of him! If you can see this Richard thank you for being so great!

I had much respect for Public Storage. I like their facilities because theyre always pretty clean.When I signed up, there was a promotional price at $136 which was great. Fast forward a few months, price went up to $153. Fast forward today, its almost $200.Im going to cancel the membership and will never do business with this company again.Ive reported them to the BBB in hopes others wont go through this mess.

We sold our home quicker than expected and needed a place to keep our things for a couple of months until our new place was ready to move in. We chose this location due to its proximity to our home and used a 10x20 outdoor unit assuming things would be fine because we only needed it 60-90 days. During the move out process, we noticed lots of mice feces on our items but didnt think too much about it at the time. As we began unpacking we noticed 50% of our boxed up items had mice chew through the exteriors and nest into our items. 4 our of 5 boxes we open have damaged items and mice poop all over them. That isnt the only issue either, we had some wood items standing in the corner near the front entry and water found its way in, causing these items to rot. I cant speak to the interior units, but I would strongly recommend not using the outdoor units.

If you love to be threatened then this is the place for you. Patricia the property manager, who apparently lives on site, is far from a delight. She is unprofessional. If you have an issue it will take over 48 hours to get back to you even when threatened on a recorded line!! (note I still have not heard from them so I guess it takes even longer than 48 hours) Also the reason you see lots of 5 star reviews is because they ask you to review before you even move in for a discount!! Don’t fall for it!

Great place to store! You arent required to sign a contract so it was perfect for me as I only needed storage for a month. Highly recommend for cheap and easy storage!!

I have reserved storage units at this location on several different occasions since 2004! This location is kept clean and I have never felt unsafe no matter what time I am accessing my rented unit. When I first rented space Terry (and his wife, Brenda) were the site manager team. They were AWESOME, personable, yet exuded business CUSTOMER SERVICE like none other! And today 15 years later, Terry keeps the bar set high as he has for the past 15 years that I have done business with them. I HIGHLY recommend if you need storage unit space this is the location you need to go to!

What a great experience! I didn’t get the name of the man working but he was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. It was a tall young man with glasses. He knew what he was doing and made sure I understood everything I needed to know. I definitely recommend this location! They will go above and beyond for you!

I rented a storage area at this location for a few months, it was the best experience I’ve had. Terry is great, flexible, helpful and friendly. The indoor space is clean, warm in the winter and cold when hot outside. Five stars!

Clean. Organized.Bathroom locked and not usable.

Place is clean and secure. I stopped by late one night to grab something from my storage unit and felt absolutely safe! It is well lit and in a safe area. Management worked with me to get a unit quickly and showed up on my move in day to make sure everything went well.

Renter beware! I moved in at $135 per month after 2 month When I just filled up the space, they increased rent to $167. I thought its a little too high but considering the labor of moving again, I just bore with it. You know what happened? A little after half a year, they increased my rent up to $197 without any notice and just deduct from my preset credit card. I checked a little more than 2 month later and found out that they already charged me $197 for 3 month (they charge on the first day of the month). Crazy! I eventually chose to move out!

Terry was amazing! He made the hassle of moving and storage so much more pleasant and painless! What a nice guy & great experience! This is definitely my preferred storage unit in the area- Ive used others but the service was better here.

Also the staff there are very professional and caring. I was in a bind with little time and financially short and without hesitation helped me out and got my storage needs met at. I dont usually spend the time to do reviews, but this facility deserves one!! Terry, the property manager, is beyond amazing. Ive been using this storage unit, on and off, for 5 years and let me tell you that I would NEVER EVER go to another. Very friendly staff, clean grounds and units. Ive never had one single issue with this pace. I know my things are safe and I feel very safe going in and out of my unit. Ive told several people about them and they also love them! Very unhappy that earlier in the month we tried to go to the unit to clean out but the locks wouldn’t work, they said that sometimes they can freeze up. Today is the 2nd day of the month and we cleaned everything out but they are stilling charging a full months pay. Also only able to have access to my unit is from 6am-9pm. Truly believe that we should have received a prorated rate for the 2 days. Will never again use this place for storage ever!

Excellent registration & customer education process! Terry toured the location with us & described the secure access entry procedure... he then proceded to give us a very cordial & succinct overview of the terms of our agreement. Im not impressed by customer service & professionalism often, but my experience here was exceptional. Great service. Loved the online reservations and Terry in the office was great to work with. Showed me several units and helped me choose the correct size needed for my belongings. This is our second unit in the last couple of years and we are very happy with the quality of storage.

I recently signed up for my first storage unit. I’m storing home goods and furniture. Initially I thought I wanted an outdoor unit, but afterimage weighing pros and cons Terry helped me figure out what is best for me! I’m renting a first floor climate controlled unit presently. He listened to my needs and has kept me up to date when units come available if my needs grow or change. I’ve only been renting less than a month so my insight and exposure is limited. The only downside I can see is the parking lot is a bit small and difficult to navigate, especially if large moving trucks are present. Other than that I have nothing negative to say at this time.

Cancelled my reservation without notification. Had to scramble to find another location before the moving truck arrived. Said they would see what they could do but never called back

When my storage needs changed during the past year Terry worked hard to find me a new storage space at the facility that was much better suited to my needs. Excellent service and professionalism of the employees, however the lack of 24/7 access to the gated and locked storage facility was inconvenient for us on several occasions. I would recommend this Public Storage location, and it is also set back a ways off College Blvd and is not visible from any main road. Security and location is a huge plus here.

Terry is the best. He will be sure to take care of you and walk you through all of the steps easily. He also explained a couple of things about leaving certain items in storage and the preventative methods to keep your things in tip top shape! I had a great experience and have zero doubts that if you’re concerned about where you want to store your things, this is THE PLACE to do it.

When I arrived to the facility, I was amazed on how clean and how helpful Terry, the manager was in getting me my requested space. He was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient in getting my paper work completed and I feel very comfortable storing my belongs at this facility. Terry was a wonderful help in getting us the right size storage space for my moms transition of things from VA to KS. We only needed the space long enough for her to go through her things and get moved in. Access to space was easy at any time. There were several dolly carts available to use as well. The facility was clean and organized. The access was extremely functional, with an open parking and entry area, dolly and flat carts at the door, and access to the unit easy. I parked a 16 foot truck and numerous boxes without difficulty. Best, the on-site manager was pleasant, helpful, and very knowledgeable, making check-in pleasant and efficient.

Terry was very helpful in regards to protecting my property and how to get vehicles to the storage unit for best loading and unloading.He made sure we understood the locks and the keypad for entry/exit to the facility.Good place to use.

I move around constantly as a result of my job, rented a lot of storage facilities, in the US and overseas. Often the experience is one I grit my teeth to get through. The manager Terry, was expeditious, he walked me though the process at a professional clip, made sure all my questions were answered, paper work was in proper order, very accommodating, I was in and out armed only with what I wanted and needed to know. No hassle and the price point for the storage unit was great! Normally I do not write reviews, but if all the managers at all the other Public Storage facilities are like Terry.....customer for life. 5 Starz.

Terry, the site manager, sets the standard for top quality customer service. At the end of the initial meeting discussing various units, the terms, etc, I was so impressed with both him and the facility I asked if I could move in and live there - wink. To fast forward, my unit is now packed to the brim and I believe my belongings are safe, sound, and secure. My first impression has not faultered.

I rented indoor storage unit 1029. When I went to inspect the unit it appeared there may be moisture. I specifically addressed this concern and was told no. However I when I moved out of the unit, 2 months after moving in, my belongs had water damage and have a very strong musty odor. Beware of unit 1029.

This is a til-9pm access facility. We understand that. However, we were NEVER advised that you must EXIT the facility before 9 pm. Supposedly the sliding gate states to exit before 9p but WHO sees that? After you put your code in to enter the facility, the gate opens and you do NOT see it when driving through the gate.SOOOO.... We got locked in, along with another couple. Thankfully the property manager was still on site and let us out tonight. But had that not been the case, wed have had to pay for a ride home AND a ride back the next morning.
