Very competitive rates and good online enrollment process. I was able to sign up and move in over the next couple of days without having to visit the onsite office. Furniture and appliance dollies are provided in the storage reception area for ease of move-in. I also got the first month of rental for free.

Leaving after 6 months. Worst ever!!! 4th Management Team. Doesnt honor promotions or rates given at move in. Sent late notices and fees even when autopay was setup and problem was caused by their change of ownership. Didnt inform of change in ownership or take any responsibility for transfer problems. Increased rents upon takeover. Required new leases with less favorable terms for existing leaseholders. Places cards on front desk that tell you how to buy your stuff back when they auction it off after seizure. Sale upon 45 days after rent unpaid - you will likely never receive a late notice by that time. Mailed letters to addresses unrelated to our three separate storage locker accounts. Questionable climate and humidity control. Best of Luck to Ya!

My husband and I flew in from SC after the sudden death of our son after Christmas. We had to pack up his apartment and store everything until we could come back. We rented a Uhaul truck and storage building from box self. THE ASSOCIATE , A YOUNG MAN, WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!! He was so kind and helpful...even though it was New Years Eve and Im sure he had somewhere else to be. He even called the next day to check on us and a week after re turned home to check on us and ask if we needed anything !! Thank you for employing young people who have respect and compassion for others... AWESOME!!

I was scheduled to pick up a u-haul truck from there. The sign said it opened at 9am. I was confirmed to pick up a truck at 9:30am. I tried calling the phone number they have posted on the door at 9:45am, it wont even connect. Found another number in my confirmation email. Left a message, no one has called me back. Very unprofessional to have no one there as posted plus no way to get ahold of anyone.

Got a unit here last week. Kevin was the one that helped me and was very accommodating and helpful. He took us through the building explaining the different sizes, prices, and promotions going on. He also took the time to show us multiple sized units we were interested in, opening them up for us to make sure we liked it. Much better than the last storage place I was at! Thank you Kevin!

My husband and I recently rented a unit from this location, and I have to say, right off the bat, we were very impressed with the outstanding customer service we experienced. Kevin was the representative that helped us find the right unit for us. He took the time to go over the prices of the units and even gave us a tour to show us the different sizes he had. We were impressed again by his knowledge of the location, prices, and promotions he currently had going. As for the location itself, I was very drawn to how clean the facilities were. You could clearly see how everything was swept and wipe down with care for the tenants who rented there. The following weekend when we started to fill our unit, using the facility was easy thanks to Kevin showing us in the walk through how to enter our code. I recommend this storage place to others. Fantastic experience and I know our stuff is safe and sound!
