Byron helped secure a SIM card when I struggled to get one through other Verizon channels (corporate, telesales, tech support...). My situation was unique, but I was so relieved that he was willing to help. He even helped as he was closing the store down with tremendous professionalism and eagerness to serve. ...such a refreshing experience... Look him up!

Getting My Verizon to work correctly took a little bit, a few calls to customer service-whom were always wonderful to me on the phone- and eventually I got up and running. Hoping all goes well now!

I have been with sprint for the longest time and went into this store. Treated with outstanding service and decided to switch to Verizon knowing I will always be taken care of and the great plans they have considered to me. This Verizon store is very good and I recommend anyone to come and get the help if needed or even just to look around. What a superfluous time!

Went to pick up a phone at 4:30 and they were closed. Is not indicated they they are closed at 4:30. What kind of place isnt open at 4:30 on a Thursday?

If there was a choice of no Stars I would have picked that! They first told me the apple watches were buy one get one free. Then we purchased another phone. It took them over 3 hours to figure out how to set it all up and we left with our two watches and one phone NOT SET UP! We had to set them up ourselves at home. THEY CALLED AND THE WATCHES WERE BUY ONE GET ONE HALF OFF!!!! Had the audacity to call and tell me!!!! They had one watch under the wrong number so back to a Verizon store I had to go! Of course I went to a different store that actually helped me! I Just found out two weeks later they put one watch on a different plan then all other lines! I have never had a problem with Verizon until I entered this store! DO NOT GO IN THERE!!!

I visited TCC Verizon at 159th Street looking for a particular model of phone. I was greeted by Tim, who let me know they were currently out of stock of said model. Instead, however, of letting me walk out the door to let me figure out my next move, he made a call to a nearby store to check inventory at that location. Sure enough, they were in stock. Thanks to Tim, for going out of his way to help me out.

I went into the store just to check on my data usage and ended up buying a tablet. Very professional sales people. He explained the advantages of the tablet and demonstrated the various functions and applications. Have been a loyal Verizon customer for many years and have always had great experiences with the personnel and the products.

Everyone knows that when your phone gets broken in some way, it’s usually a long and annoying process to either get a replacement phone or a new one entirely. My experience with the other Verizon stores in the area has always been less than stellar. But at this particular location, the staff was friendly and attentive and I never felt like I was being upsold or swindled. I ended up getting a new phone and Aaron was essential in the process. Doesn’t matter if any other stores are closer. I’d rather go where I feel welcomed and I’ve only found that here.

Terrible experience—my wife and I both needed new phones on 2 recent occasions—it was the weirdest experience—it was almost as if they didn’t want to sell me the iPhone—salesperson did mention he didn’t really make any money off of iPhone sales and finally told me it would be easier to go online to purchase it🤦🏼‍♂️—I ended up going to Verizon store on 135th and got a new phone within 5 minutes—don’t waste your time at this store
