They were supposed to be open until 5pm so I was going to stop in real quick to get a tire pressure gauge but when I got there at 4:48pm doors were locked and lights out.

Just cause your a women and men clearly don’t think you can do anything with a vehicle cause your a women well your wrong. This is the worst Napa I have have ever been to they clearly think your bothering them. So do not deal with this Napa.

Was sold a battery that was over 3 years old (date code 2/18). Brought home and open circuit voltage was at 11.7 volts. Put on a smart charger overnight and tested, test failed reserve capacity test and CCA test. Took to a different Napa and swapped for a good battery. Will not be coming back to this store.

The counter man look on the computer to find my took. It was not there so he got the part book out and found the tool was wanting then found it in the store.I went out very happy because I had been to all of other store and they did not try to find it.

Bought a full set of headlights for my Chevy silverado and they sold me the wrong low beams. Well I had to remove the grill and lights for the change so I had to borrow a car to go and replace them, the replacement was also on sale like the other lights and a sale price was on the shelves and the sale date was not over but the price in there computer was $6 higher and it took for ever to make the return ! There wasnt any Napa napa know how that day , I dont think I will go back !

So this store is a real piece of work.. i bought something last week so ac charging Refrigerant when i took it home it did not work on the car.. so i kept my receipt and everything..today i when back to return withing 7 days along with a receipt of purchase.. and they refuse to refund me my money.. was told that there is a policy on no returns on electrical or refrigerate allowed.. when asked to be shown this policy i go told to talk to the gm. and he also refuse to and when i asked for headquarters numbers they all laugh at me ..so i would suggest that anybody needs auto parts go somewhere else because of if its the wrong item you can not return it and youll be stuck with the item..also i found really funny how the gm of the store Kegan Entwistle wrote hes own review of this store talking and i quote They give you good service and always take care of the customer at the end of the day. but he refuse to give me a copy of hes policy and i also already called the headquarters @napa and left you my info for you to reach me atupdate:: since ive put my review up Kegan Entwistle has gone back and change hes review..i guess you guys dont give good service and take care of your customers at the end of the day huh..this store is a big joke
