The corporate office has decided to no longer carry low priced parts....at least thats what I was told,after asking for a part they advertise online!!!Yes they sell it but dont stock it, only stock higher priced items,an must have lower priced items shipped in due to Corporate

The fact that they no longer do price matching really is serious consideration not to shop there anymore. And the fact that everything is going online for sales youre probably better off using Amazon Prime rather than supporting a nationwide chain even though Amazons worldwide I would rather support small business Town guy that your money stays in your town short of that I would find somewhere else to shop. They do have good products though and some good deals I paid in cash my name my day everything is registered I have an account but yet they wont give me cash back they wanted to put it on my card which I dont care but that seems as bad business is being conducted. I will probably still shop there but we reluctantly and advantageously do my price checking and homework with other stores before going in.

I was really displeased when I learned that my lifetime warranty could be voided after two years if I dont keep my receipt and was encouraged to take pics of it. Its not my job to keep up with my lifetime warranty. Its the companies. At least thats the way it should be. Wont get much business from me unless I absolutely have to go there! 🙅🏽‍♂️

Rough day. Took along time to get my parts. Staff was horseplaying. Fellow behind the counter was very polite but clearly didnt know what he was doing. Stood at the counter for 30 minutes to get a set of brake pads.

Advance Auto parts is my new go to place for parts. 9 times out of 10 they have the best price. I recently bought a trailer hitch and it was a better hitch for less than anywhere else. There was a defect with the hitch, but they were helpful and swapped out the bad piece without hesitation.

Same as before just testing and still had quick service from these people. Lowest prices from Auto zone and OReilleys. 95.00 compared to 125.00 for about the same thing, and advanced gave me the lifetime warranty.

They have Auto Parts, if youre looking for auto parts and thats what you need, then they probably have some for you to purchase. In my experience and years of Auto Parts buying most auto parts stores have similar prices, certain items may be more at 1 then the other but all in all most are pretty comprable

The best parts store in town. They have had everything I have needed for my 1983 Wagoneer.

They apparently have changed their hours which was a huge inconvience for me. Before driving 40 min (closest AAP), I checked the website and Google Maps to ensure their hours of operation. But when I arrived (at 8:45am on a Sunday) I find they have changed from 9am to 10am. So I drove further to another AAP where they opened at 9am.

Although I ordered online with “in stock” status, they didn’t have in stock and I had to drive around 3 stores in okc to pickup all the items(It was 1.5hr extra driving and extra gas.) Their online purchase system is sucks. Don’t forget to call them and check their inventory before you go to the store.

They had some stuff on sale. Salesclerk was ok could have been friendlier.

These guys are always helpful and friendly. Plus the parts are of good quality and price.
