Lucy & Craig are very professional. They got me in and out at the end of a very busy Saturday. We had some miscommunication regarding my file, since I had work done at one of there other locations. They cleared everything up and handled business professionally. Clean atmosphere, lobby is comfortable and everyone in the garage are very kind and prompt. Would definitely recommend to anyone. I went here because my roommate had mentioned it and decided to give it a try. I definitely will start using them more often!

Zeek and Lucy were very professional. Lucy put a special request on the order and Zeek followed through, showing me things under my vehicle that I hadnt seen. They didnt try to sell me something I didnt need yet. That will be handled on a return visit, because I will be back.

They were shorthanded but got my oil change done within an hour. Thats some great work by these gentleman. They also let me know ahead of time and keep me informed on where they were at. These men really deserve a raise if the positions cant be filled!

My wife took her car in for an oil change yesterday and when she got home I saw the sticker that tells that tells you when to come back was set at 2000 miles later. Everyone knows you bring in your car every 3000 miles at the minimum and with synthetics you can sometimes go to 5000 miles. They did this because shes a woman. Typical scamming car place. Ladies beware!!!! Dont go here alone! Bring a man with you!

P-l-e-a-s-e‏Im just did treatment of oil change in my car, then I was surprised that the vehicle warning lights and security lights.I went back to the place and Justin (the manager of the place) said that my engine was broken before!I immediately went to the dealership of Lexus, The manufacturer told me that when the engine oil was replaced they fitted me with a filter that was not suitable for my vehicle so they did damage to the engine. I back to Justin the manager, and he did not want to take responsibility for the damage to my car!!!‏I swear the god that was there fault. I bought the car two months before this oil change treatment.I will never forget this store and this story in my life.

I’ve been here for an oil change ever since I got my first car at 16 so I know what it’s like here with their business flow and customer service. This time around... something is different. Not sure if they’re under new management but it’s just different. I bought my car brand new 7 years ago. I came in and was told I pick the wrong kind of oil change today and that I needed synthetic. I told him pull up my record. His eyes got big and said you’re right. We’ve never done synthetic on your car. So at this point I’m not sure if it took them 7 years to realize I needed synthetic oil or that I don’t actually need it but they were trying to upsell. I’m confuse myself but just told them to stick to what they’ve been doing to my car the last 7 years and don’t change it up. I’m not sure if they know what they’re doing anymore, every single Face in the building was new. Might be time to just take it to my dealership.

I have been using Precision Tune Auto for over a decade, their service and quality is good, definitely go on a weekday morning as they get busy later in the day. This poor review is inspired and caused by the fact that when I went there today, all of the workers were not wearing masks, including the person who spoke to me face to face multiple times during the process of having my oil changed.People who dont wear masks during a pandemic that is the size of 9/11, every day, are psychotic, and/or, narcisistic, especially when the law requires the wearing of a face covering... according to Newsweek, and Psychology Today.

This is the worst place I have ever encountered. I have a suv. All I did was chenge oil for the first time with them. And usually I do an oil change next to my home. When I got out of the garage, three warning lights went on in my car. And one of the bulbs says there is no oil in the engine. If you want to destroy your car it is definitely the right place to get to.

Went in for an oil change and my oil leaked out at the auto body shop I took it too the exact next day. All my oil out of my car and then Sarah tells me that she has no record of me getting an oil change there when I sat in they building for at least 30 mins while they changed my oil payed in cash with 3 $20 bills and received change and they give me a receipt and I don’t notice until I have to call and tell them they messed up my car that the receipt they gave me is just an estimate so Sarah basically calls me a liar saying Well she has no record me getting my car serviced and I have sticker on windshield and all but she states they never service my car and further tells me that Corp will not do anything but call her. I will be on the phone with Corp and my lawyer Tom because precision will be paying for my damages

8/04/2020 went in for a oil change tech left filter loose drove approx 6 blocks car quit. Carry mgr told me nothing was wrong. Went to 2 regular mechanic who stated it ruined my crank shaft bearing. Motor was replaced by precision tune got car back 8/24/2020. Numberous calls to corp. Now 9/08/2020 back for them to replace a motor mount. This has been a long frustrating process because mgr Carry continues calling me a liar stating it was not precision tunes fault. This vehicle has had regular maintenance and had NO issues when took in for a regular flipping oil change. He acts I am at fault because they ruined my vehicle. This mgr should not be in charge of any buisness. And he is refusing to make good the other issues that resulted due to their neglegence. I would not recommend this place on meridian to anyone.

DO NOT GO HERE. Avoid this place at any cost! My husband took his truck in yesterday for an oil change and paid for the upgrade to include tire rotation, fluid top off as well as replacing the windshield wipers. After waiting an HOUR, they pulled his truck around and told him it was ready. He noticed right away they hadnt rotated his tires (bc last time he was there, they put one of them on backwards and it was obviously in the same place), but decided to let it slide since it was dinner time and he had already worked a 10 hour day. He made it halfway home and realized they had kept his wheel key.. so he turned around and went back to pick it up. Unfortunately, it wasnt until he made it all the way home that he checked everything else. Oil level was fine, and they did actually replaced the wiper blades, but fluids were not topped off and tires not rotated. He decided to return to the shop to ask for a refund (since he had paid for the upgrade service and did not receive anything close to an upgrade). The shop hand only rebutted once and quickly gave a refund since there were several customers in the waiting room and he didnt want them to hear my husband continue to complain. This morning, my husband got up to go to work and was greeted with a puddle of oil that runs down our entire driveway. The oil level in the truck is so low we cant even drive it to pick up more oil. Now, not only do we have to figure out how to remove A LOT of oil from our driveway and replace the oil (which apparently we just shouldve done ourselves in the first place), but my husband has been penalized for being late to work and I will miss an entires day work since he had to take my car. Seriously STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Was a great place until they left one of my hoses off and my car kept overheating. They denied it but my husband actually let the guy know to pull the dipstick you need to pull the hose but it “definitely wasn’t us” the guy on the phone kept repeating, even an apology would have done instead of lies. N the waiting room stinks and is very dirty STAY AWAY

They told me that my car need it a new radiador an They were going to charge me $749.00 to fix a crack..nothing was wrong with the radiador my car need it to be flush and I only pay $40 , now my Heater is working beautiful . I will never go back here..I rather choose jiffy lube from now on

Had work done to my car years ago and they ruined my car. I got a coupon for a free oil change so I thought Id give them another chance. Not only did I end up spending almost $200 on other things Im not sure I really even needed, but my car now is once again ruined. I totally regret giving them another chance. If Id gone somewhere else and paid for oil change my car might not be in a bad shape. Very disappointed!!. Never again. This place should not be in business. I feel like Ive been scammed!!

I’m really sad. I thought I’d found an auto repair shop I could trust. They seemed knowledgeable, and the price was reasonable. Until... my clunking in my wheel got worse, and I got desperate. Since my husband wasn’t with me when I took it back, they suddenly had to do more extensive work, and more than doubled the price. I was unable to afford it, and somehow got it one mile down the street to my church, where I could park it. Then realized my wheel was about to fall off, being held on by only two lug nuts, and one so loose I could turn it with my fingers. My hubby replaced the lug posts and nuts. Turned a $577.00 job into a $20.00 job. Had these guys only been honest with me in the little things, I would have come back for the big things. I can’t recommend that kind of ethics. Your loss, Precision!

I came here 2 yrs ago I thought it was a good place! I am here right now! They had a clipboard on the top of my hood and the lobby was not clean tables, chairs or doors! Im not gonna even try to use the restroom! They could atleast keep things clean because of covid! 😕 a little rude too! I will not be back to this location ever! So My vehicle is done the guy who changed my oil was nice gave me some details about my car that I already know! There was black fingerprints on my hood! Update!!!They striped the bolt on my oil pan an told me nothing when I had got my oil changed again we almost didnt get it off!!! You cannot trust anyone these days for nothing!

Went to Precision Tune Auto Care on 2324 N Meridian and they charged me $225 for the same work. And it took exactly 1 hour. Keep up the good work. Awesome team they have! Kudos!

Ive always had my oil changes done here for vehicles & never had an issue. I take my car in yesterday to have the brakes checked & they tell me I need front & rear brakes pads, front & rear rotors, & both front wheel hub assemblies. Wanted over $700. I cant afford that kind of money. So I buy the parts myself, have my car towed to a friends (because now Im scared to drive it), we take the wheel off & the rotors look almost BRAND NEW!!! Barely any wear at all!!! The brakes didnt even need to be changed yet, had over half the pad left. Luckily my friend knows a mechanic with his own shop. My friend & his buddy are replacing the wheel hub. NOTE: THIS mechanic said yes, the hubs were going but not the dire situation Precision Tune made it out to be. I wont be back, EVER, not even for oil changes. Youre not going to try & screw me out of MY hard earned $$ & expect to keep my business.

Absolutely Worste Place Ever.Rip Offs....

My son and I got our vehicles worked on a couple of months ago. We got everything fixed, and was good to go. My son came in, Saturday, for the routine oil change. They said that they would top off the fluids in his car. His car was in excellent working condition before taking it in for the oil change.He left to come home, and his car overheated. I came to check it out, because he pulled over to the side of the highway. There was NO coolant in the car. I went and got some for him, at he 24 hour Autozone. He put it in the car, and we made it home.His dad took him to Precision Auto Tune, on Meridian. They made it sound like it was my sons fault! Also, while they were working on it, all of a sudden there is a blown head gasket. It wasnt blown when we had it. If it was blown, it would have NOT made it home. His dad towed it up there. It was not driven at all after we got it home.Now we have to take them to court. This place is a joke. We have all of our ducks in a row. Sorry to say, but Momma studied law. Im getting my sons car fixed or replaced.DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR VEHICLE! GO TO A PRIVATE SHOP. YOU CAN FIND A GOOD ONE IF YOU LOOK AROUND. VEHICLES ARE EXPENSIVE AND YOU SHOULD BE CAREFUL AS TO WHO WORKS ON THEM. I TRUSTED THESE PEOPLE, BECAUSE OF THE HIGH RATINGS. JUST GOES TO SHOW THAT NOT EVERYTHING GETS REPORTED ON HERE. Do yourself a favor and do not come near this place. They try to do everything to take customers all the money !!! When I got to change oil in my car, they gave me a general check and claimed I had to pay them $ 1,800 for brakes, steering wheels, tires and many more. They said it was necessary and it was better for me not to go like that. My car is 2015 in excellent condition !!!!! I took it right away to the manufacturers shop and they said that everything was excellent in my car! They try to take customers the money! Its just stealing! Do not get close !!!!

Great place! Friendly, fast, and affordable. I had what I thought was a misfiring cylinder, turns out it was worse than that, and they had my car back to me and purring in less than four hours. Checked it over with my mechanic dad after, and he said they took great care of me, too- this is not the kind of place to tell you that you need a headlamp fluid change. :)

Needed used vehicle inspection, called Corey before hand, he assured me he wold ensure my safety like his little sisters, and he along with the rest of them totally did.All 3 of them gave me the true picture. Whatever needed urgent replacement and things that werent a deal breaker and could be a put off.Highly recommended for honest opinions.

Nickle and dimed me for $1,100, then same problem a few days later. They repaired it. Then, a few days later, the exact same problem for a third time. This time they wanted another $600. I took it to 3 other mechanics to look at it... Conclusion was me calling the Better Business Bureau and taking my car to a different mechanic. Take heed. Youve been warned.

Justin is a great guy, but the whole point in getting a premium package oil change and talking about my tire that is low in pressure is so I dont have to air it up myself. Also when putting in a new filter, it wasnt done where the filter wasnt in the box correctly and the glove compartment wasnt latched back in correctly so it opens abruptly rather than slowly.

Terrible management, as mentioned by other reviews. They seem nice upfront but when issues happen, poor quality of work, they become unfriendly quickly and try to blame the customer for their own wrong doing. The manager literally said he was going to throw my vehicle keys out in the middle of 23rd street because I requested that they actually perform the work that I paid them to do twice on the third trip in for the same issue. Highly incompetent auto repair shop. Taking my business elsewhere from now on, I absolutely recommend others do the same.

RUN DONT WALK AWAY!!! I went in for an oil change and a AC inspection.it was supposed to be around $75. I came back to a bill of $193. They apparently *FIXED* my AC and put freon in. The AC had a leaky part that needed fixed but he said that it *should* work and that it was guaranteed.it worked 24 hours and when I took it back to get fixed he said it could be fixed IF he could find a part.I called back several times and he NEVER got the part.AC still doesnt work!!

While I do love the free water, soda, and coffee I feel like Justin is sort of a circus ring leader. He is extremely arrogant, overbearing, and argumentative. He charged me $180 for a battery. When I asked him why it was so high, he said, I could have charged you more, but I didnt. WTF does THAT mean? I didnt get an explanation. He walked off.Hes a douchebag I dont mind paying for a product or services, but dont make ridiculous statements like I could have charged you more, because this to me implies you are a dishonest thief who is swindling his customers. I dont like that one bit. When I brought up the high charge for a battery to Justins coworker, he explained to me that there were additional charges the computer assigns called shop maintenance fees or something like that. He removed them and I felt relieved. Very relieved. But Justin ruined it for me. I will never go back because now I dont trust Justin. I think he is a fast talking used car salesman, and he is blatantly abusing his role as a manager. Shame on you Justin.

Come in for a belt squeak and Im told its the pulley + tensioner I asked for a quote to replace it Im told itll be $160 so I ask you overcharge an 85 for the part I just priced it at AutoZone for 45 no explanation. I say this to let everyone know to be careful when dealing with Precision Tune. I understand the labor portion. But the offer price for parts is just insane. Now I dont even think Ill be back for an oil change. Thats not the way to stay in business.

I took my car for an oil and filter change and the mechanic caused $5000 worth of damage. He completely denied it. I took it to Lexus immediately after and they told me whoever did the oil change caused the damage. What q nightmare.

Is it legal to have the same lady promote oil changes outside with a sign and literally the next day she is across the street with a please help sign? Seems fishy. Apparently shes married to guy who works in the store. Both working and still begging on street. Doesnt seem right.

, (I’ve been going to this place for inspections and oil changes for three years)I noticed some squeaking in my breaks so I decided to come and get my breaks inspected fast and easy by the guys I thought I could trust, they told me I need to replace everything struts, rotors, pads, told me it was so bad “you could see hydrologic fluid pouring out”?? Even made up a whole story of why it’s doing that ,but I thought I’d go get a second opinion at hibdon tire plus here in norman because and they told me struts look fine, rotors and pads need to be replaced. I didn’t tell hibdon that I went to a place before and there exact words when I asked about struts “they look fine, I don’t see any fluid, maybe in a couple years but fine for now” So lesson learned never going there again and WARNING OTHERS

Do not ever go to this location for service on your vehicle. They will accept that you have something wrong with your vehicle and try to fix the problem only to come back and say we cant fix your problem and youre no better off then when you came in. Well this is not true I get back in my vehicle to notice things broken and unclean. If you want the issues that the mechanics caused fixed well they will just send you on youre way and tell you to take them to court, and if you try because of how upset you are to talk to management to get something resolved they will just call the cops on you and get you removed. Customer satisfaction is non-existant and damage they caused non-warrented. Look for better because you deserve better. The Manager there is Danny Skaggs, and it seems he put a 5 star rating for the place. Its a 1 star for sure.
