Great experience. We went to pick out plumbing fixtures and Wanda was really helpful. She really knew all of the price points where we were budgeted and was able to tell us when we were going over our proposed budget

I needed some parts for a Delta tub spout and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They tracked down the tub spout I needed and Delta gave me a replacement at no charge. I was very happy with my experience. Thanks for the great service!

Showrooms are pretty and the sales staff can be friendly, but the customer service, aside from two veterans, is very frustrating. Trying to locate ordered parts, asking about faucet parts, or a having a software program that tracks parts, sales orders, customers, and past purchases is non-existent. Its easier and faster if you track your own parts, look up your own part numbers, and manufacturing details than rely on the staff, with the two experienced exceptions.
