Brad Smallwood didnt try to sell us anything he allowed us to chose and answered questions has we went through the process. Great experience! I was short on time and knew what I wanted. Even shopping with my 6 year old grandson, I was in/out in less than 20 or 30 minutes.Although I dont regularly buy appliances, the last time purchased was 2006. Had such a great experience, I came back in 2021.

This was my first time here and I will definitely be back! The sales staff was friendly and not pushy. I was shopping for a dishwasher and this was the 6th store I had been to. 4 of the 6 stores I went to ignored me altogether. The salesman here was great and knowledgeable. I was also very surprised by the amount of product they have in stock. I thought for sure I was going to have to wait weeks if not months and we left with the dishwasher I wanted that day.

When we purchased our home the builder used Metro, and since we’ve been back at least 3 times for different items. They are always great and have competitive pricing. This trip we were able to do everything over the phone and get the over range microwave we wanted special ordered at a GREAT price! Check them out, I doubt you’ll be disappointed.

We have used Metro Appliances to buy all of our major appliances. The staff is always helpful and informative. We were there on Friday June 25, 2021and Dru was very helpful to us as we purchased a Frigidaire Panty style refrigerator. We are also going to return in the next couple weeks to purchase the matching dishwasher. Metro Appliance and More is definitely the way to go for selection and pricing. Again thank you Dru for your knowledge and assistance. It was worth the drive.

Purchased an expensive built-in coffee machine, and a warranty for it. The warranty was purchased through Metro (for 5 appliances including the coffee machine). No mention of the warranty being purchased with a third party. Now my coffee machine has had issues (it makes a very watered down cup), and all I can tell you is the warranty issue has been a big debacle and headache. We are told that Metro does not handle the warranty, but some company named FORTEGRA. This was not told to me before, and it is not on my invoice (See Attached). Someone at Fortegra advised that the problem with my coffee machine is a maintenance issue not covered by the warranty. Take note that no one has come out to even look at the Coffee Machine. I will update this posting when the claim is concluded. Right now, I am not happy with Metro and how the extended warranty claim has been handled. On that note, all my other appliances/electronics were purchased at Best Buy and all the warranty claims through Geek Squad have been PHENOMENAL. SO...guess where all my future appliances will be purchased.

In and out, the easiest appliance purchase I’ve ever had. Knowledgeable sales people and large selection. The problem is with service. Now, six calls to the service department and over a month later I cannot get the service manager or anyone else to get someone out to finish installation of my $3,700.00 appliance. Unbelievable!!!

Made sure that once item was sold they was no longer responsible for the range. Horrible customer services. Due to they no longer have installation department and the service department is no longer available. So even if I would have purchased their warranty they still wouldnt be liable for the range due to they no longer offer installation or service department. Im stuck with a range that doesnt work properly. I had to contact the maker of the merchandise to schulde an installation. If youre customer looking for good appliance with reliable support for the merchant... Please dont waste your time. Now I have to wait an three days for a services provider. One week total with a brand new range that I cant use due to metro appliances lack of customer service. A huge waste of my time.

Excellent service. Called Daylan to see if they had a Bosch dishwasher in stock that I needed. Ordered and paid for it over the phone. Delivered and installed in 2 days.

We ordered a new GE Refrigerator but unfortunately it wasn’t in stock and had to be shipped from Dallas. Due to a week long winter storm it was delayed almost a month. Frustrating to spend 2k on an appliance and have to wait that long. Due to this they installed refrigerator free of charge. They also helped move our old refrigerator into our garage. I couldn’t have done that on my own. I really appreciate their customer service. After refrigerator was installed the next day we woke up to a puddle of water. Again super frustrating to have a new appliance and causing this issue. I called Metro and they had an install guy out within a few hours fixed issues and it’s been great. A great company isn’t about everything going perfectly it’s about when there is an issue how they respond. They were great. Also lastly they saved us 600 dollars on price for exact same fridge from a bigger National chain.

Went in to shop for a refrigerator. I know there is a shortage, so I specifically asked what was in stock before I chose one. After being told that a kitchenaid model I liked was available, I ordered it and paid for it. It was to be delivered a few days later. The evening before delivery, I received a phone call stating that while they had several of this model number in the warehouse, they had all already been sold. I would not be getting one delivered. The salesman apologized for the mistake and offered to sell me a cheaper model whirlpool that was not what I wanted. He did not make any other efforts to fix the situation except to offer to refund my money. He promised to call me the following day to see if anything else could be done. The next day he did not call me. I had to call him myself and when I spoke with him, he had done nothing about the situation. I was told the only thing to do was to wait two weeks and maybe some more would come in. I told him he was not being proactive enough and not putting any effort into getting me a fridge and he basically told me that he is not paid to do that. In my mind, he earned his commission and he doesn’t care if I get my refrigerator or not. He even told me that his manager had too many other things to deal with to help. That is not customer service at all. So here I am without my money and without my fridge for at least two weeks, maybe longer. There are no guarantees the fridge will even come in then. I understand that they’re is high demand, but no efforts have been made to fix the situation. Only refunds have been offered. I don’t want my money back, I want my refrigerator. Metro had the lowest price for this model, but so far, customer service has been terrible. Next time, I will go somewhere else and pay a little more to get good service!Update: After speaking with the manager, she was able to find me a fridge quickly. She had no knowledge of the situation so the salesman had not talked to her at all. I personally had called the Tulsa store to see if they had any in stock and if they would be able to send one down here. One phone call told me that the salesman here did absolutely nothing to locate another refrigerator. Tulsa had a few in stock and they would be able to send one down but the store manager here would need to coordinate it. The manager here was able to find me another unit that was available here instead. Ill up my rating to 2 stars because the manager was so willing to help. She was not however apologetic as to how I had been treated. The salesman told me he had done everything he could when in fact he had done NOTHING, including making his manager aware of the situation.

WOW, I went in to see if they sold a light kit for a ceiling fan. I walked to the area where the fans were located. A sales person was sitting at a desk. She did not great me or ask if ahe could help. I finally asked if I could ask a question. She said she was new and I would have to wait till a different person could help. So instead of finding someone for me, she went back to looking at stuff on tbe computer. I stood there for 5 to 8 minutes longer with NO ONE even looking my way. I just walked out. This was on a Saturday afternoon. Will not be going back.

We purchased a washer and dryer set from here less than 3 months ago and already need repair help. I called and found out that they don’t service brands/products that they sell…extremely frustrating!! I spent my entire morning trying to get through to the manufacturer and a second party repair person that they sent me to with little luck. We finally gave up the hope of using our “warranty” and called a local company (Wade’s appliance) to come help us. We’ve been longtime customers of Metro, but we will not return in the future. If you sell a product, I expect you to have ways to help your customers service the product - especially if they are only a couple of months old. Very disappointed.

When I called I was able to talk to a person immediately who helped me with my selection and purchase.

Frieny and professional services. The store had a large variety of appliances to choose from snd the prices were great. To top it off, they delivered our appliances within 24 hours. 5 star service and great overall experience.

I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator and an 84 month warranty in 2016 from Metro Appliance. I contacted Safeware about an issue with both ice makers (door & drawer) not working. Safeware was supposed to have forwarded my claim to 4repairs.net. They closed my ticket and never sent the info to 4repairs. I contacted 4repairs directly and they do not have anyone that will service claims for them in Oklahoma. After talking to the repair people they said still did work for them out of Lawton (an hour away but the closest they could send) 4repairs does not pay their bills and so it is up to me to get someone to come out and then try to get reimbursed. Meanwhile, I have contacted Metro and they tried to tell me twice that my contract is 5 years only major components and failures. I sent them the document that shows that I have an 84 month warranty with no deductible and in home service. Now they are saying my contract was rewritten (I never received a rewritten contract) and they will not assist me in getting my fridge repaired. We have talked to Kayla every time and the service manager does not have the guts to talk to us himself. So DO NOT buy a warranty from Metro, the warranty company will not service it and Metro wont either even though they have service personnel and sell the warranties.

It is amazing place to get your appliances and great service. I have been there many times and will continue to come back and buy appliances.

For those of you who do not know, Hahns and Metro are technically one in the same.Unfortunately, I had to purchase a new Samsung washer to a replace a similar unit only 4 years old (not from Metro).It was nice to get a replacement purchased same day with delivery. Sales is always expedient and nice.I wrote this review because of my delivery guy, Eric. He was amazing, ontime, super-friendly and was just as gentle with my new washer as he was with the old one he took. I wanted to make sure he know hes very appreciated. Its what got my final 5-star review. If Metro doesnt celebrate your service, I will. You have my number and I have your lunch..

Was very satisfied with the the Kitchen Aid Dishwasher I purchased over the phone with Jessica. I live in Fort Worth, TX now and drove to OKC to buy this appliance. Jessica made it so easy and had it ready for pickup 30 mins prior to closing when I arrived to pick it up.

I purchased a KitchenAid refrigerator that was delivered on September 25. Metros sales associate, Dru Barrier, was very helpful and patient during my several trips to your store and my trying to make a decision. The delivery and installation went smoothly. Your delivery personnel were on time, knowledgeable, efficient and considerate. They installed my refrigerator, instructed me on changing filters and ice and water production, and answered my questions. Metro has a great crew. Its only been one week and I am very happy with my new KitchenAid refrigerator!

Service was good when in store but when I called back with a question, my rep never called back and person who answered phone was short and rude with me.

Very disappointed with this store and the staff. We purchased a high end Maytag Washer and dryer in July. We had to order the washer due to not being in stock and it came in quicker than expected. I was excited about getting them, but that did not last long and we had trouble with the washer. We called after having it a week and since we live more than 25 miles from the store so they sent some guys to get the washer and actually brought a nice loaner for us to use in the mean time. We called the next week many times trying to get answers about the washer and never could get any real answers. Our sales lady, Taylor was horrible about getting answers or even calling us back after leaving messages, or saying that she would get us answers. My husband tried to get a manager and although he left many messages no one would call him back. Finally after having the washer 3 weeks, we got the washer back, but no real answers about what may have been wrong. When we gave them the washer I had left the paper over the glass top and control panel and there was not a scratch on it (The protective covering is still on the dryer to protect it as well). When it came back, the covering was gone and there was a large gash in the front of the washer!! The problem is still not fixed so I called after having it a few days due to the fact that it took that long for me to get to use it. I asked to speak to service, but that person was out sick and I talked with the sales manager Melissa and told her the entire problem and she promised to call back and that has yet to happen and it has been a week!!! The service department and sales service is absolutely horrible!! I would not recommend them or go back to them for anything! They dont care about their customers and there is no service after the sale. Very sad and shameful. Beware, we didnt think there would be any problem, we bought a very popular high end washer and dryer and the extended warranty for a lot of money and expected it to be cut and dried, but it didnt work out that way. Go at your own risk!!!

Very upset how warranty Was handled. I advise every body to make sure the sales person explain that even though you buy the $250 10 year warranty. If you have a service tech come out. And cant fix your appliance. They will give you a in store credit. of what ever your appliance cost like if you paid $785. They will give you $620 and they will pay service tech $150 out of your in store credit. And then make you buy another 10 year warranty for $250. I dont understand why they dont take $150 out of the warranty paid for instead of your instore credit. I try to support my local stores around me. So just make sure you ask all the right questions. Before buying a appliance at this location. 3weeks without washer machine is a big inconvenience for buying a 10 warranty...

I went in to buy a new bottom freezer fridge and NOT ONE single person in there greeted me, asked if I needed help or anything! I had 3K to spend and intended on doing so. You lost my business, I will spend my money elsewhere.

Sold a washer and dryer set to my parents. The washer has never worked properly and continues to always break. When the warranty goes out and the washer breaks again. They will just be better off buying a band new washer than fixing it. The drive motor keeps grinding on the lightest loads. May tag washers suck. Overpriced appliances here.

They have a good selection of appliances. If you find a floor model you like you can get an even better deal. Ill likely be back again. Another nice thing is the sales people are available without being overbearing. Much better experience than Hanns.

I needed a dryer badly.I thought oh no here goes half a day wasted. This place it so good. My salesman was Dallas. I told him what I wanted to spend. He lead me over to just the right one it only took 13 minutes in and out. And delivery is FREE! And they take away your old one hook up the new one. This is really a good place.
