I love this Rent-A-Center and I wouldnt recommend nobody to go anywhere else the manager mr. Marshall is a great guy and he helps me every time I need help with anything to be workout hes a good guy and I fully recommend going to Rent-A-Center on Northwest 23rd

The manager Marshall always is kind and very helpful. He works with four ans trys his best to get something you can afford. This is my number one rent a center. He listens to what you are saying and liste s to what you want. Rhem he goes from there to help you get it.

This is one of the best location in Oklahoma City (the one in Del City is the other location). What makes the location is the people running. And those folk are one of the best. If you show effort they will show you understand. Much love. Thank you for everything.

In my 2 years with this company,Ive only encountered one rude employee aside from that everybody else is beautiful Marshall always comes through especially when I need an item he know my price budget and he give me what I want Vanessa always comes through Im visually impaired so she helps me browse for what I want these are really respectable people I appreciate them for the patience they give an hard work that they do....

Marshall is awesome. The entire staff makes you feel good rather in person or over phone. They are all about the customer in their needs. Staff makes sure you get what you are looking for even if item is not in their store. I highly recommend and make sure to ask for Marshall or Vanessa. They will get you right!!!

Store In Chickasha amazing Chis and Roy will go above and beyond to help you and make sure you stay a happy customer. I get transferred to Marshall on NW 23rd and this man was the rudest person i have ever encountered. He was very rude and disrespectful to me when i called asking about a washer and dryer and was even more rude when i called to see if my account had been transferred or not. I have never had to argue with a manager. I called to get the account transferred to another store and marshall wanted to argue about my review and the way he made me feel as if he could bully me out of a review so here I am leaving another to state that MARSHALL has made me a very unhappy customer he does not want to work with working people who work the same hours he does. I dont understand how hes in the position hes in with the attitude he has I will definitely avoid this place at all cost. The only rent a center in Oklahoma that wanted to help me would be the Chickasha store and Midwest City. If you live on the east side and dont want to deal with marshall to get furniture just move from the east side no one really wants to help. I already have a rental agreement he wants me to start a new one. I already paid but taking my account is a waste of time and money the things I want to say to Marshall are ungodly so I will keep them to myself but someone should do something about this guy his attitude in his position.

If i could give it 0 stars I would. When we decided wed rather not rent any furniture from them because its cheaply made ,we called and let them know they could come pick it up. Upon picking it up,a delivery driver took it upon himself to cut open the bottoms of the couches,take it outside for all the neighbors to see,then continued to rip the cushions and pillows with a knife he had on his belt. Then told us we would still have to pay for the furniture. THEN we were late one week on a payment,informed them six months ago we would be paying bi-weekly,and took our T.V. We literally were only 2 days away from a payment. So after all of this we will NEVER EVER rent from these cheap,money hungry,people. Awful customer service skills,and horrible furniture.

Dont get behind or need them to work with you. Edwin will be real about everything, but the store manager is fake as they come. Threw away a very loyal customer by threatening to put someone in prison because of their work hours. Screw this place. I will NEVER use them again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They gave me a bed that was infested with roaches. When I called to let them know, the store volunteered to come spray the bed! One of their employess that goes by the name Q, was very argumentative and insisted that the bugs came from my house. Every time I would call to speak to a manager about the situation, there was always an excuse. DO NOT SHOP HERE. THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED BY CORPORATE.

This location was under staff and I wasnt able to get the television I originally wanted because they werent able to process my application in time and someone else rented it out. But, the service is still pretty good and its a good option if you plan to utilize the 90 days same as cash option.

Iv been going through thtis RAC now for over a year and have gotten multiple things from them. Was a bit rocky at first but there awesome, and its deff helpful to afford things when you dont have the cash up front...
